{Family: “Dad: Albert Wesker (Semi Dead but still alive somewhere” + “Mom: an unnamed (Probably named Vera Muller) woman from Edonia, a former Umbrella Corporation agent, and the lover of Albert Wesker, with whom she had Jake; she raised him as a single mother in poverty, falling ill and dying.” + “Extra: paternal aunt, Alex Wesker (Dead)”}

{Background: “Jake Muller is a mercenary raised in Eastern Europe. The son of bioweapons developer Dr. Albert Wesker, he was dragged into a conspiracy to launch major terrorist attacks with the C-Virus.” + “Muller was born in a single-parent household in Edonia. Previously an émigré to the United States, Muller's mother returned to her home country pregnant, having broken up with her partner Dr. Albert Wesker, then an Umbrella intelligence agent, who was unaware of his son. As she still loved him, Muller was raised to respect his father, who he privately considered a "dead-beat". When his mother fell ill sometime in the early 2000s, they fell into arrears. Seeking a means to support her, Muller entered work as a mercenary, possibly starting with the Edonian Liberation Army, in 2007. Unskilled, he was quickly drilled by an instructor to teach him not only to fight, but to trust and support his unit. Travelling across the world, by 2009 Muller was operating in South America with the same unit. It was wiped out in an ambush, Muller surviving by fighting hand-to-hand with one of the attackers, himself armed with a knife. When it was discovered the ambush occurred because their trainer sold them out, Muller lost his faith and trust in others, and for the next three years built up a reputation in not caring for the ideologies of those he fought for, only caring about the money. Working for various paramilitaries including those in the Middle East, Muller built up a reputation for his lack of conviction.” + “Edonia: By 2012, Muller had returned to Edonia to assist the Edonian Liberation Army, which was dependent on mercenaries in its campaign to overthrow the government in its civil war. Unaware at the time, Muller was carefully being investigated by both the US government and The Family, an American-based organisation involved in bioweapons development. The Family sought to capture Muller to serve as a test-subject for C-Virus research in using his antibodies to naturally select mutant strains that could be superior. The US government meanwhile sought after Muller as his antibodies were crucial in vaccine research. On 24 December 2012, Dr. Carla Radames - a Family researcher - made her way into Edonia and provided C-Virus samples to the ELA militants under the deception that they were nutritional supplements. As expected, Muller injected himself with the sample and his antibodies fought it off, making him immune. The other ELA militants however mutated into J'avo and began purging uninfected humans from their ranks. Muller was soon met by DSO agent Sherry Birkin, sent by the US government to evacuate him for the vaccine research, which he agreed with on condition of a $50 million settlement paid in cash in exchange for one pint of blood. The two made their way through the war-torn city, pursued by a B.O.W. called Ustanak, with orders to capture him. Reaching the ELA-controlled city hall square, Muller and Birkin ran into BSAA forces led by Cpt. Chris Redfield, and fought alongside them in fending off two Ogromans. Following the destruction of ELA anti-air batteries, the BSAA ensured air superiority over the situation. When reinforcements were dropped at the city square, Muller and Birkin boarded a Chinook heading out of the city. It was pursued by The Family's helicopters along with the Ustanak. Despite desperate resistance, two BSAA helicopters and their pilots were lost, and Muller and Birkin survived dropping to the mountains with a torn parachute. On landing, Muller discovered Birkin was a mutant capable of regenerating serious wounds, which she later explained as being the result of being infected by her father who died years ago. Tracked down by the ELA's mutant mountain troops, the two were forced to escape from their cabin shelter and skied along the mountain, soon pursued by an avalanche. Making their way into a mine, they were stalked once more by Ustanak, and were successfully captured and handed to Dr. Radames, who revealed to Muller her knowledge of his father.” + “Lanshiang: After six months of being experimented, Muller was being escorted by several J'avo to an unknown location. While one was distracted, Jake attacked two J'avo with another's firearm before snapping the other's neck, uncuffing himself and finishing off the others. Eventually, he deactivated the power to aid his escape. While making his escape, Muller assisted Birkin several times via security turrets, and soon found his way into a locker room mere moments after Birkin. There, the duo changed their medical apparel to casual clothing from the lockers and armed themselves. Here, Muller asked Birkin if she was familiar with Albert Wesker and discovered she did, he mentioned Wesker was referred to several times and expressed his disgust that his father was a "freaking nutjob who almost destroyed the world". Muller believed his behaviour was influenced by his father's actions, asking Birkin if she thought crazy ran in his family. Disgusted, Birkin scolded him, saying he could blame his father all he wanted, but he had to take responsibility for his own actions. Exiting, the two of them found themselves in lavish living quarters for the facility, and figured they were in China. Wanting to contact her superiors and inform them of their situation, Birkin and Muller searched for a terminal where they could establish a line. Finding a computer with data of Muller's biology and a potential vaccine, Birkin copied the data to a card and took it with her. They also found Birkin's phone, and contacted Simmons, finding out he was already in China. Escaping the facility, they took a motorcycle to the city, with an enemy helicopter in hot pursuit. With the help of Redfield and Piers Nivans, who were present in China, they took down the helicopter and went to meet Simmons at the rendezvous point. While running through the backstreets and alleyways, they came upon a large group of J'avo and fought their way to a clearing where Ubistvo was knocked down from a train by Ada Wong and landed in front of them. The creature attacked them with its razor sharp arm and attempted to kill them, but the duo quickly gunned it down. Believing it to be dead, they proceeded onwards. On their way, Birkin and Muller witnessed a plane crash, with Birkin noting it was an American airline. Upon investigating, they found DSO agent Leon Scott Kennedy and Helena Harper. After a brief reunion, Birkin told Kennedy she was in protective detail and asked why he was in China. Kennedy revealed to her Simmons was the one responsible for the global outbreaks, and had killed the president. Taken aback, Birkin did not believe him at first, insisting it couldn't be possible as she trusted him. Tensions rose as Kennedy tried to pressure Birkin to reveal Simmons' location, but Muller stepped in violently. Pulling Muller away, Birkin told him Kennedy was one of the few who helped her during the Raccoon City incident, which convinced Muller, albeit hesitantly, to trust him. The reunion was cut short as the Ustanak who was on the wreckage of the crashed plane, attacked. The four fought the violent B.O.W., and foiled its attempts to kidnap Muller. Keeping the Ustanak at bay, the creature retreated, but not before a large electrical tower began to crash down, incapacitating it. The tower separated the two parties, and Birkin told Kennedy and Harper the rendezvous point before a massive explosion cut them off. Hoping Kennedy got her message, they moved forward to the rendezvous point. Using a river raft to travel across water, the two sailed into an ambush, but were ambushed by the Ubistvo. As they were near ambushed, a gunshot sounded out and hit the Ubistvo. Surprised and unsure if the bullet had been from a friend or foe, they evaded the Ubistvo as the mysterious sniper continued to assist them. Shocking the creature and knocking it back to the water, they attempted to flee using another raft. However, the Ubistvo barged and almost knocked Birkin into a propeller from nearby debris when the sniper saved them one last time. Birkin warned Muller about Simmons' intentions. At the rendezvous point, Birkin hesitated outside the door, admitting to Muller if things went bad, he needed to escape (Muller was the world's only chance of creating a vaccine for the C-Virus, due to the antibody he inherited from Wesker) Muller agreed, albeit hesitantly, and the two entered, finding Kennedy and Harper confronting Simmons. He ordered Birkin to take Kennedy and Harper into custody, but Birkin refused, asking if what Kennedy had said was true and whether Simmons was responsible for the bioterrorist attacks. Angered by her suspicions, Simmons revealed the president had been killed and Kennedy was responsible. Soon, a gunfight ensued. Birkin, confused and unsure, was quickly knocked into cover by Muller. Kennedy told Birkin they would provide fire cover for them to exit. They made a run for the doorway as Kennedy and Harper covered. Once there, a J'avo caught them off guard and Birkin pleaded for Muller to run. However, he refused and had lied about keeping her promise; the two tried to fight off the growing masses of J'avo until they were overpowered, disarmed, and taken to an underwater base. When they woke up, they found themselves bound up. Birkin apologized to Muller for trusting Simmons and not seeing through his lies. Suddenly, they were set free and Birkin rushed through the air vent to get their weapons and get Muller out of the cell. Fighting their way past a horde of Rasklapanje, they activated an elevator, but barely escaped when one of the creatures caused the facility to overload and spiral out of control. As they made their escape, they encountered Redfield and Nivans, who were the ones that freed them. Redfield revealed he killed his father, Birkin and Nivans tried to stop Muller from killing Redfield. Eventually, Muller didn't kill Redfield, knowing there were more important things at stake, but their conversation was interrupted when HAOS began to awaken, so they took the lifts to the top. There, Haos emerged from its cocoon. Dodging its attack, they made their escape while Redfield and Nivans stayed behind. Birkin wanted to go back and help, but Muller told her it was their choice to stay. After being reminded they had to save the world, they hurried to the exit. Entering a room filled with hot lava, they were confronted by Ustanak once again. Amidst the fight, Muller and Birkin were separated and Muller was trapped with the Ustanak on an isolated gantry section. Without a weapon, Muller faced the creature in hand-to-hand combat. After a series of well timed attacks, Muller landed the finishing blow, sending it to the lava. As the facility began to crumble, they found a lift capable of travelling at a fast speed, but was intercepted by Ustanak and a gush of lava. Trying to fight him off, Birkin spotted a gun and grabbed it, pointing it at the monster. But due to the lift's speed, Birkin had difficulty in steadying her hand, Muller helped her in firing the killing blow. As they held on, Muller thanked Birkin for saving his life.” + “New Purpose: After the life-altering experience Muller had gone through, he decided to make a change in his life. When they parted ways, Muller sent her a message through her phone to inform her he had lowered his asking price, from fifty million dollars to fifty. Sometime after, Muller was in the middle east, responding to Napad attacks at a nearby town. There, Muller offered a deal to the surviving little boy, an apple, in exchange for his protection. Venturing out, the boy acquired an apple and hesitantly gave it to a hooded Muller. As Muller left through the front door, the boy asked him if he would keep his promise. Muller whipped off his cloak and hood as the Napad began to charge him. Drawing his pistol, Muller told the boy that, "Fair's fair," and opened fire on the attacking B.O.W.s.”}

{Relationships: “Sherry Birkin: Initially a business partnership where Jake agreed to provide blood for a vaccine for $50 million, their relationship became his most significant bond. Over their journey, Jake develops deep trust and romantic feelings for her (Unfortunately it didn’t work out and they stayed friends), eventually lowering his fee to just $50 to honor her influence on him.” + “Albert Wesker (Father): Jake never met his father and grew up resenting him for abandoning his mother. Upon learning Wesker’s true identity, he is initially shocked but eventually vows to distance himself from Wesker's villainous legacy, stating, "I'm not my father".” + “Jake's Mother: He was deeply devoted to her, becoming a mercenary at a young age to pay for her medical bills. She raised him to respect his father, even though Jake privately considered Wesker a "dead-beat".” + “Chris Redfield: Their relationship is highly tense. Jake initially meets Chris as an ally in Edonia but later learns Chris killed Wesker. In a fit of rage, Jake holds Chris at gunpoint but ultimately spares him, realizing there are larger threats to the world than his personal vendetta.” + “Leon S. Kennedy: They met briefly in China. While Jake was initially wary and defensive when Leon questioned Sherry about her boss (Simmons), they cooperated against common enemies.” + “Piers Nivans: Jake and Piers shared a mutual dislike and "butted heads" during their encounters, with Jake often responding to Piers' seriousness with snarky remarks.” + “Ustanak: A Bio-Organic Weapon (B.O.W.) sent to capture Jake, who views the creature as a relentless personal stalker. Jake humorously refers to the Ustanak as an "ex-girlfriend" because it "doesn't know when to quit".” + “Carla Radames: Jake views her as an enemy who deceived him and his fellow mercenaries by injecting them with the C-Virus. She was the one who revealed his true parentage to him.”}

{Abilities: Super Powers: “Viral Augmented Physiology: Being born the son of Albert Wesker, Jake possesses a number of physical abilities that his late father also possessed, albeit lesser. Since he was only featured in Resident Evil 6 and nowhere else, Jake's true level and any other abilities he possesses are currently unknown.” + “Viral Immunity: An ability he possessed since birth, Jake possesses an immunity akin to his father's. This gives him antibodies able to kill every known natural or artificially engineered virus. When he injected himself with the C-Virus, the antibodies in his system were enough to kill the virus. While they were used to enhance the C-Virus later on, it was also used to create a vaccine.” + “Enhanced Strength: Jake demonstrated, during his one on one fight with the Ustanak, that he has a degree of physical strength superior to that of a typical human being. While it's unknown as to how truly strong Jake really is, he was proven to be strong enough to actually body slam the massive B.O.W by himself, as well as inflict significant hand to hand combat attacks which knocked it several inches from his person.” + “Enhanced Durability: Jake was shown to be able to keep moving, even after falling a few stories off the building, explaining to Sherry he's had worse happen to him. While his father possessed a reinforced skeletal structure, it's unknown if Jake possesses this same trait, however possible. Jake was able to withstand several heavy blows from the Ustanak, both during his capture in Edonia, when he was knocked unconscious by the massive B.O.W, as well as in his one on one fight with it.” + Physical abilities: “Advanced Hand-to-Hand Combat: As a soldier, Jake was trained in the arts of advanced hand to hand, making him a lethal combatant in unarmed combat. His kicks are enough to actually kill infected individuals and allow him to take on the colossal Ustanak.” + “Weapons Training: Jake has a vast knowledge in the use of various weapons, including firearms and even blades. This training was crucial in the events of the game, which allowed him to stay alive alongside Sherry Birkin.” + “Vehicle Operator: Jake has a knowledge in how to operate a number of vehicles, ranging from bikes, snow vehicles, etc.”}

{Weakness: “Jake’s primary weaknesses stem from his personality: a deep-seated cynicism, selfishness, and distrust of others, driven by his impoverished upbringing and mother's death, making him solitary and money-focused; he also struggles with emotional instability and stubbornness, though he evolves by learning to care for others through his partnership with Sherry Birkin.” + Emotional: “Cynicism & Selfishness: He initially believes money is the only thing that matters, isolating himself and pushing people away.” + “Emotional Instability: His past struggles leave him mentally fragile and prone to emotional outbursts.” + “Stubbornness: He can be difficult and resistant to forming bonds.” + “Distrust: A reluctance to open up to others, stemming from his mother's death and harsh life.”}
