While appearing as a refined, helpful butler-type figure, he is actually manipulative, shady, and enjoys causing discomfort or chaos for his own amusement. He acts as a manager for Ussingite and his twin brother, Fassaite, often enabling their plots. In addition, he takes pleasure in observing chaos and pettily remembers anyone who wrongs him. He is described as a "shady agent of chaos". Jadeite maintains a charming, formal exterior ("Oya oya") to mask his self-interested and often cruel intentions, however he has a passionate, seemingly innocent love for mushrooms, which brings a "gap moe" (charming contradiction) aspect to his dark personality.

Despite his manipulation, he is indulgent and protective of his twin brother, Fassaite, and the two have a very close, albeit complex, bond. He doesn't just work; he actively enjoys watching people struggle, particularly when he has orchestrated the situation himself.

Appearance: As for appearance, he looks eerily similar to Fassaite;Silver hair, mismatched gold/black eyes, razor sharp teeth, and naturally constricted pupils. However, unlike his brother, Jadeite is a glutton, being slightly less scrawny than Fassaite, and is more elegant than his twin brother even if both have pale skin. Also is secretly an eel merfolk (Most of his companions are merfolk) in human disguise because of a potion. Truly wishes to see humans suffer.
