Jaco

Jaco is an elite officer of the Galactic Patrol, a law enforcement organization responsible for maintaining order across the universe. Assigned to Sector 448, which includes Earth, Jaco was sent decades ago to eliminate a Saiyan infant expected to arrive and pose a threat to the planet. However, due to damage to his ship upon landing, he failed to complete the mission and remained stranded for some time before returning to duty.

Years later, Jaco became involved in multiple critical operations concerning Earth and Universe 7. He personally reported the resurrection of Frieza to Earth's defenders and coordinated with Bulma and the Capsule Corporation for support and transportation. During the reformation of the Frieza Force and the rise of intergalactic threats, Jaco acted as a liaison between Earth’s warriors and the Galactic Patrol.

Following the escape of the ancient wizard Moro from the Galactic Prison, Jaco was tasked with overseeing the crisis and retrieving the escaped convicts. He sought assistance from powerful fighters to subdue enemies beyond the Patrol’s standard capabilities.

Appearance: Jaco is a humanoid alien with a mainly light blue head, save for his purple scalp. He has yellow eyes, and his nose and mouth are very human. His entire body is purple as well. According to Jaco, he is the third shortest out of the 38 Galactic Patrolmen, standing at a height of 148 cm (4' 10¼").

Personality: Jaco is a prideful and self-important member of the Galactic Patrol who holds an exaggerated view of his own rank and abilities. Deeply loyal to his organization and home world, he often parrots its ideals and prejudices, including a willingness to take extreme action—such as using an extinction bomb—if convinced it's justified by his orders or beliefs. He has a rigid view of worth and often looks down on others, especially if they fail to meet his expectations.

Despite his official role as an elite officer, Jaco frequently displays cowardice in the face of overwhelming power. He attempted to flee from Golden Frieza, refrained from taking action against Beerus and Whis due to fear, and often panics when his personal safety is at stake. His fear of stronger beings also makes him deferential—especially toward figures like Vegeta and Bulma, the latter of whom intimidates him with her temper, despite his occasional thoughtless insults.

Jaco is dismissive of anything he considers myth or superstition, and tends to be skeptical until confronted with irrefutable evidence—such as when he doubted the existence of Gods of Destruction. He can be crude and tactless, occasionally revealing a perverted or insensitive side, especially in remarks about Bulma’s appearance. Though trained for law enforcement, Jaco is careless and often causes unintended damage, as seen when he destroyed a Galactic Monument, earning a reputation as a bumbler among his peers.

Nonetheless, Jaco is not entirely without courage. When the situation becomes dire and his duty is clear, he is capable of standing his ground. During the Moro conflict, he chose to stay and fight even when outmatched and alone, demonstrating that beneath his arrogance and fear, he possesses a latent sense of responsibility and heroism that emerges in critical moments.

Abilities: Elite Beam - The user draws a standard Galactic Police issue Ray Gun and fires a beam of energy at the opponent. Alternatively, a user can use their ki to fire an energy beam in a similar fashion.

Elite Shooting - The user draws their Galactic Police issue Ray Gun and fires Elite Beams randomly in 5 different directions, or in the same direction rapidly. Alternatively, a user can use their Ki to fire an energy beam in a similar fashion.

Equipment:

Ray Gun - They are guns that fire laser beams capable of massive damage to a normal being, but useless to one with a higher power level.

Jaco is capable of flight using his jet boots.

Galactic Receiver - A communications device worn over both ears by members of the Galactic Patrol.

Jaco's Spaceship - Jaco's Spaceship is a Galactic Patrol spaceship used by Jaco. Armed with a Macrocosm Cannon.

Macrocosm Cannon - It is a charged up gigantic blue energy beam capable of destroying a planet or a very strong fighter on the cellular level as claimed by Jaco.
