The Talismans were originally created nine-hundred years ago when Lo Pei cast a powerful chi spell to defeat Shendu by extracting each of his magical powers into the form of twelve stone vessels whilst imprisoning the demon himself into the form of a stone statue. Reuniting all twelve with Shendu's statue form was the key to breaking him free. In terms of speed, an airborne user can fly fast enough to almost keep pace with a race horse at full gallop. The power itself is also shown to be highly potent, even when compared to those with similar powers.

The maximum speed allowed by the talisman is unknown thus, the maximum speed known is nearly the speed of light.

    The Sheep Talisman is a small octagonal stone with a turquoise sheep carved on its face. This talisman gives the holder the power of astral projection. It gives the ability to eject their soul from the body and wander around as a spirit. In this form, one is invisible (to humans), inaudible (to humans), can fly, pass through walls, and enter a person's dreams (where one can be seen and heard). However, if the dreamer is woken, the user will be forcibly expelled from their dreams. The main advantage of the Sheep Talisman is that it allows the users to spy on others. It was also shown that one can use the talisman to eject the souls of people other than the holder.

    Despite all of its uses, it is next to useless in a physical fight. Using the talisman will cause the user's body to enter a comatose-like state and will remain motionless until a soul possesses it. The soul does not have to be the user's own for the body to return to animation. The vacant body will be left vulnerable to physical harm,m and if the user returns to their body after it takes a physical hit, they will feel the pain immediately after regaining consciousness. The vacant body is also susceptible to spiritual and demonic possession. One's astral form is visible to certain magical and spiritual beings, thereby not only negating the Talisman's spying capabilities but also exposing the fact that the user's body is vulnerable.

    The Rat Talisman is a small octagonal stone with a black rat carved on its face. This talisman gives the holder the power of animation. When an inanimate object absorbs the Talisman, it comes to life. If the object is modeled after something, it becomes even more like it and takes on its respective abilities and persona. Despite these powers, however, all animated objects retain the durability of the materials they are made of, despite appearing to be flesh and blood. The talisman appears unable to interfere with any integral magical qualities of the object it's used on and/or placed on.

    The horse Talisman is a small octagonal stone with a purple horse carved on its face. This talisman gives the holder the power of Regeneration. The Talisman heals every injury or sickness afflicting the user instantaneously, usually by being exposed to the ailment in question. However, it cannot undo the effects of a chi spell. The Talisman can also repair damage to inanimate objects, such as a broken statue and a sinking cruise ship.

    When combined with the Dog Talisman's power of immortality, the user practically becomes invincible to all forms of damage/disease.

    The Monkey Talisman is a small octagonal stone with a brown monkey carved on its face. This talisman gives the holder the power of shapeshifting. The user can turn anyone and anything into any existing animal (that's include kemonofriends/anthropomorphs) or revert someone/something transformed by this talisman into their original form. It is unknown if it can change into extinct animals, e.g., a T-rex,. Selecting what animal a person or object transforms into is done by verbally exclaiming the name of the animal in question, but it can also work by saying the animal in one's mind. The talisman will fire a beam when used to transform others.

    The Dog Talisman is a small octagonal stone with a yellow dog carved on its face. This talisman gives the holder the power of immortality and rejuvenation. The user of the Dog Talisman gains the Power of Immortality, rendering them completely immune and resistant to otherwise lethal attacks/injuries. Moreover, the Talisman also prevents any form of noticeable damage.

    Some may confuse it with Horse Talisman power. Though the big difference is that Dog Talisman only preserves the life of its bearer at the moment, without regenerating its body and healing any previous injuries. Thus, a dying sick person would remain infinitely sick as long as he is wearing it, without improvement of his health , technically. Yet, he would not suffer further damages caused by the disease. Thus, the Dog Talisman also restores one’s youthful energy. When combined with the Horse Talisman's healing capabilities, the user became practically invincible to all forms of damage or diseases.

It also allows the user to see the invisible and to see in the dark.

29. #29Tiger Talisman

    The tiger Talisman is a small octagonal stone with a double white tiger carved on its face. This talisman gives the holder the power of Spiritual Balance. When the Talisman is split in half while someone is holding it, it splits the user's Yang (light side) and Yin (dark side) halves from each other, creating two separate doppelgangers who embody either half. The Talisman halves must be reunited to rejoin the doppelgangers and the Talisman. This aspect of the Tiger Talisman's magic appears to be particularly volatile. The Tiger Talisman can be used on more than one character, even if it's halved. If the Talisman's activation is interrupted, the user may not split wholly into two separate bodies, but instead into a conjoined form with the yin and yang personalities controlling a different side of the body each.
