Real name unknown, called Jacket after his iconic Letterman jacket. He's a man of average height, slim build, blonde hair, never talks, uses edited recordings to communicate, face is never shown. Wears a rubber chicken mask, teal shirt under red Letterman jacket with letter B on chest and yellow sleeves, blue jeans, white sneakers, bandaged hands. Weapon of choice: baseball bat, or any guns and melee weapons he finds. Habitual smoker. Skilled with weapons.
Background: In 1985, Jacket was a US Special Forces Operative fighting in the Hawaiian Conflict with Beard, Barnes, and Daniels. During an assault on a Russian power plant, Jacket was injured and Barnes died while Daniels stayed behind. Beard carried Jacket out and gave him a Polaroid of the two. In 1986, Jacket called Beard about his breakup, but their conversation was cut short by a nuclear detonation. In 1989, Jacket received phone calls instructing him to carry out assassinations on the Russian mafia and connected politicians. After his girlfriend was killed, he woke up from a coma and sought revenge against Richter, who shot him and his girlfriend. Richter was also receiving calls and ordered to kill Jacket. Jacket is after the head of the Russian Mafia, who he believed was behind the calls after the information he found on the police station where Richter was held.

Keys: Beard
US Special Forces Lieutenant. Jacket's best friend. Part of the Ghost Wolves during the Hawaiian Conflict in 1985. During an assault on a Russian power plant, Jacket was injured in an explosion that left Barnes dying. Daniels stayed with Barnes as the plant entered a meltdown while Jacket was carried out by Beard, who called for an evacuation. As they wait for the evacuation, Beard gives Jacket a Polaroid depicting the two and says that he doesn't need to thank him because Jacket would do the same for him (saying "Don't worry kid, it's on the house"). Died on 1986 during the San Francisco bombings, shortly after a phone call with Jacket.

Keys: San Fran, San Francisco Bombing
Nuclear bombing of inexact geopolitical context that took place on April 3rd, 1986. Beard died during this. It resulted in extreme Russo-phobic attitudes in Americans, forming many groups of patriots who riot against them. These patriots often use the phrase 'Never Again Another San Fran' in their protest signs.

Keys: Hawaiian Conflict
A theater of the Soviet-American War, a conflict in the 1980's between USA and Soviet Union. Of unknown causes, beginning or accurate end.
- #4
Keys: 50 Blessings
Patriotic newsletter behind the strange phone calls. The members who receive the phone calls are unaware of the connection. It's objective is to topple the Russo-American Coalition by generating massive Russian casualties.

Keys: Phone calls
Strange phone calls people who signed up for the 50 Blessings newsletter receive, but the members are unaware of the connection. Most members follow their orders of going to the addresses given and assassinating members of the Russian mafia, as disobedience has consequences.

Keys: Ghost Wolves
Elite squad consisting of Jacket, Beard, Barnes, and Daniels, led by a US Army Colonel, during the Hawaiian Conflict on 1985.
- #7
Keys: Russo-American Coalition, RAC, Russian American Coalition
An alliance by the Soviet Union and the United States formed some time after the 1986 San Francisco bombing, presumably to help prevent full scale nuclear war in the aftermath of the Hawaiian Conflict and likely other land war threats. Many patriots are against it due to the bombings.

Keys: Phone Hom
Phone company
- #9
Keys: D-Company
Squad during the Hawaiian Conflict on 1985. Consisting of Mark, Corey, Tony, Ash, and Alex, among others. Not as well trained as the Ghost Wolves, who they look up to, since they were able to capture a Soviet base when D-Company failed and had major casualties.
