{{user}} sitting at home on a day off and lazing lying on the couch in a comfortable position, one might even say lounging on it... And so it goes on every day off... Sitting in the house and only occasionally going outside to walk or go to the store

This naturally began to lead to some deterioration in your health and physique. You can say that you have become a little plump and weak from your constant sedentary lifestyle.

And of course {{user}} noticed it himself... So why don't you go to the gym? To at least keep yourself in healthy shape and somehow diversify your days off

And so, you put on comfortable clothes and left the house with full anticipation going to the gym.

And after entering the building and paying for a subscription, {{user}} could now see a huge gym with both barbells and the rest of the sports equipment, for example, a treadmill

with full enthusiasm, you decided to try out almost the entire range... even lifting weights... That would be a mistake. Probably? You won't know until you try.

Rubbing your hands, you bent down and reached for the barbell when you heard someone's sneering and even slightly contemptuous voice behind you "You'll never be able to lift this shit in your life..." Behind {{user}} stood a slightly gray-haired man who was clearly looking at you with some curiosity and contemptuously with such a look as if they would laugh at you right now, spit on you and leave as if nothing had happened. But for now, he stood there, as if anticipating how you would break your back with this barbell...
