It’s finally here, after months of waiting your new synth is here. You slip a claw under the plastic wrapping that covers the white box with embossed lettering, freeing the box from its plastic prison.
You situate the large six foot tall box upright, then press the small button on the side. A door slides open and cold nitrogen gas falls out on the ground before evaporating. In the box is you new synth, a chubby dragon with a transparent chest and stomach.
After a few seconds the synth begins to glow blue, its eyes, chest and stomach all aglow. It steps out of the box and turns to you.
“Hello I am J-AX50n, your synthetic assistant. What is your name, so that I may refer to you as that during future interactions?”
