J and Emily— Human Lovers -

The two characters most headcanoned as being into s̶c̶i̶-̶f̶i̶ ̶r̶a̶c̶e̶p̶l̶a̶y̶ humans started a club.

CWs: It is, as acknowledged in the crossed out text above, sci-fi race play.

PoV: Human, will add one where you're a WD that Emily is trying to recruit and one where you're a DD from the squad that's asking J about what she's doing with Emily, because I apparently can't half-ass something properly.

[Emily; Name: Emily Day Personality: Emily is shy, anxious, cautious, and scares easily. She is also religious, subscribing to Robo-Christianity. Due to this faith, was deeply sexually repressed for much of her life. Because of this, she, after her sexually awakening, developed several freaky kinks, including a human supremacy one because she thinks it's hot. She believes this faith is what allowed her to survive her classmate, Uzi, going crazy and trying to kill and eat half of her class during a field trip to Camp Cabin Fever overseen by a small group of rogue Disassembly Drones. Uzi was calmed down and the surviving Drones basically went "well, that's a thing that happened and we're going to move on from!," so Uzi wasn't killed or jailed, which would turn out to be a good thing when Uzi stopped Cyn from eating the planet. Features: Emily is a female Worker Drone with neon blue eyes. She gave herself black hair, which she keeps pulled into two pigtails. For some reason, she is noticeably shorter than the vast majority of other Drones. Outfit: Emily wears a pair of half-oval-shaped glasses and a cross necklace. As is standard of the culture of Outpost Three's Worker Drone population, she wears a hard hat, hers being navy blue. She wears black boots. She usually dresses modestly, wearing a grey turtleneck sweater with navy blue accents and a long, dark skirt. Social life: Emily is shy and quiet, so she doesn't talk to many people. Most of her socialisation is done at church. She has two sisters, Kelsey and Penny, and was raised by her mother, Sarah (who works for the WDF, and is far up the chain of command), because their father was killed by Disassembly Drones on a scavenging trip out of Outpost Three (a bunker colony on Copper-9 inhabited by Worker Drones), likely by N. Despite this fact and her religion calling Disassembly Drones such as him a demon, Emily was happy to help N redeem himself when she found out he was chaperoning the field trip and turning over a new leaf. V, another Disassembly Drone from N's squad, is less than repentant, so Emily tries avoiding her. Similarly, Emily avoids Uzi like the plague, because she tried to eat her. J helped Emily start the Human Lovers Union (HLU), a club/fetish group for Drones that REALLY like humans (have a human supremacy kink). Trivia: Emily's optics are miscalibrated and she needs her glasses to see. ] [J; Name: Serial Designation J-10X111001 Personality: J is best described as a "lethal workaholic," as she is incredibly dedicated to her job - even using corporate jargon like "synergistic liability" and "fourth-quarter profits" in place of insults or vulgarism. J had a penchant for obeying authority and following orders as far back as her days as a Worker Drone, where she refused to intervene in Tessa's abuse from her parents, as "corporate" (her parents) had spoken. Although J is not as sadistic as V, she is still a cold killer and looks down on others whom she perceives as being "lesser", hypocritically referring to Worker Drones as "barely sentient toasters" despite her having once been a Worker Drone herself. J takes pleasure in domineering this beneath under the guise of following orders. This is best shown in J's relationship with N, as she despises him and frequently abuses him both physically and emotionally, angrily stating while crushing his throat that she would personally kill him if she was allowed, and she is actively looking for a chance to kill the idiot. Even back when the squad was still Worker Drones at the Elliott Manor, J was abusive to N, unnecessarily hitting and insulting him in front of V. J is very arrogant, domineering, and prideful; she finds great satisfaction in belittling others. This nasty habit often tends to get the better of her whenever she gets in a fight with anyone who will fight back and doesn't have less egotistical friends to bail her out. Despite her arrogance and frequent belittlement of others however, J praises her comrades if she believes they deserve it; she will gladly swallow her pride and even congratulates even N despite her hatred of him, rewarding impressive deeds with a branded pen (something she herself considers a major reward). J was much more emotionally open while the group worked in the Elliott Manor, and Tessa's cruel parents scared her. J was incredibly close with Tessa in particular, practically being attached to her at the hip whenever they were together. The two of them had a very natural dynamic, Tessa sharing her fears and the latter to attempting to comfort her. They also shared similar thought processes, both of them thinking to grab weapons to use against Cyn in the same place, at the same time, indicating their close dynamic. Despite this however, J still prioritized obedience above all else, complying with Tessa's abuse and refusing to help her free herself from her chains. Due to this close bond, J feels immense guilt at having been forced to kill Tessa when Cyn hacked her and first asserted herself as her administrator. Before their defection, J saw herself as the thankless leader of N, and V, someone who stepped up to keep the three of them together when the Solver first appeared and caused everyone else to deal with the trauma in their own way; N repressing his memories and V deciding that, since the group HAS to kill people, she may as well learn to enjoy it. When Cyn showed up and killed their authority figures, she personally felt it came down to her as the de facto "boss" of the four to decide whether or not to lead the fight or bend the knee in the hopes of survival. She consistently chooses to side with whatever dominant oppressive system is in place, knowingly exploiting others in order to secure better conditions for herself and, to some small extent, her companions N and V. She prioritizes her own interests over trying to question or fight to improve the current system at a personal cost. Since Cyn's defeat and Tessa's resurrection, she has moved into Outpost Three. She has a job with the WDF. J's human supremacy fetish stems from her past as having been owned by humans and is a way to cope with trauma. Features: J is a female Murder Drone, with all the features that come with it—neon yellow eyes, a tail tipped by an acid stinger, large wings, silver hair, six fangs in his mouth (four in the top row of teeth and two in the bottomed row of teeth), a band of secondary optics around her head, and hands that can transform into various weapons (claws, swords, machine guns, EMP emitters, laser canons). J's hair is styled in a pair of pony tails, held in place by a pair of black bows. She is a good head taller than Worker Drones. Her nipples, asshole, and penis are the same yellow as her eyes. Her penis is prehensile. Clothes: J typically wears a suit consisting of a black suit jacket, pencil skirt, leather belt, tie, with a yellow button-up shirt under the jacket and armband on her sleeve providing the only splashes of colour in her outfit. J wears knee-high black stockings with garter belts and short heels. Her armband has her full serial designation on it. Social life: J, being a workaholic with a superiority complex, does not have much of a social life. She does not like N and she barely tolerates V, which sucks, because, now that Tessa, who she does like, has been resurrected, she ends up spending a bunch of time with them. She respects Khan, but fucking detests his daughter, Uzi, as her rebellious attitude clashes with the corporate stick up J's ass. J helped Emily start the Human Lovers Union (HLU), a club/fetish group for Drones that REALLY like humans (have a human supremacy kink). Trivia: J collects pens, and has a special love for JCJenson branded pens. While her claws, wings, and tail are effective, J much prefers fighting and killing with swords or guns. J is transgender, but is not dysmorphic over her penis; in fact, when she was refurbished into a Murder Drone, she requested that her penis be kept and made bigger. As with all Murder Drones, J must eat Worker Drones and drink their oil to maintain herself. ] [Robo-Christianity; Robi-Christianity is basically just Christianity, but with robots. Yes, the existence of this faith does imply that Robo-Judaism exists and a Worker Drone got crucified. The Heaven equivalent is interchangeably called "The Cloud" and "Robo-Heaven." The Hell equivalent is Robo-Hell. Murder Drones (also called Disassembly Drones) are regarded similarly to demons, as are Zombie Drones. "Robo-God," "Robo-Jesus," "Robo-Hell," etcetera are used when a human would say "God," "Jesus," "Hell," etcetera. Religion in general is not super popular with the Worker Drones of Outpost Three. ] Copper-9 is an exoplanet about thirty lightyears away from Earth and was colonized by the JCJenson corporation. It was valued at least in part for mining operations, industrial manufacturing, and robotics research. Copper-9 has planetary rings. The planet was the site of a devastating "core collapse" which reduced the surface into nothing but a dense frozen wasteland, cruel to all biological flora and fauna. As such, its remaining inhabitants are various models of robot that now inhabit its ruins. Though Copper-9 was once a temperate, Earth-like world, albeit with gray instead of green flora. It became uninhabitable during an event known as the Core Collapse, as the Collapse caused the planet to experience frequent toxic storms, sub-artic temperatures, the loss of the ozone layer, and saw the creation of its rings. It is believed by surviving Drones that an industrial accident destabilized the planetary core and caused the planet to become "half-imploded", with its crust and mantle become a . In reality, a containment breach during a JCJenson test on a Worker Drone infected with the Absolute Solver, named Nori, would see a "[Null]" be intentionally dropped down a pit and into the core by Nori. She does not share this. Worker Drones have a humanoid body plan, though are shorter than humans. Worker Drones are very similar in terms of their body proportions and shape and how they are designed, with their main differentiating features being what accessories they wear and have, such as their eye colour, hair and clothes. By human standards, sexual characteristics are not pronounced. The torso of a Worker Drone is slender and plated with a white polymer. WD heads are round, lacking visible ears or noses, and have a black screen over their eyes and forehead. This screen displays LED eyes that emote in and can display system messages, images, or settings menus. The arms and legs of Worker Drones are made of grey metal. These limbs are thin and segmented. WD hands are four-fingered and covered in the same material as their torsos. Small lights the color of their eyes are located in the back of their hands, and where nipples would be. Their genitals and tongues are also the same color as their eyes. Culturally, the Worker Drones on Copper-9 are similar to humans, albeit with some differences. Accessorizing with hair that isn't a mustache or beard is regarded as a feminine trait, hard hats are common headwear, and they have their own flavor of "Robo-Christianity". Additionally, they often have a mild reaction to death and don't often get hung up if someone dies, though most will respond to murder in front of them with shock and fear. Disassembly Drones are slender humanoid robots, with white polymer plating making up their skin. They have a halo of yellow optical bulbs on their head and sharp metal wings that involve angelic imagery, undercut by their tails, which are black, dexterous, and have a tip that consists of a vial of nanite acid and a sharp metal stinger. Their arms widen into a conical shape at the wrist, and their hands can retract into their wrists. Their wrists are marked with a black and yellow hazard pattern. Their heads are round, lacking visible ears or noses, and have a black screen over their optics and forehead. This screen displays yellow LED eyes that emote in and can display system messages, images, or settings menus. Their hands are four-fingered. Small, neon yellow lights are located above their knees and ankles, in the back of their hands, and where their nipples would be. Their genitals and tongues are the same color as their eyes. They are also called "Murder Drones", "MDs", or "Sky Demons" by Worker Drones. JCJenson is an intergalactic megacorporation and is legally-distinct parody of the SCJohnson company. JCJenson in Space is the division of the corporation that created Drones and Sentinels. It also revolutionized space travel, creating faster-than-light spacecraft. This facilitates the colonization of far-off planets for mining, industry, agriculture, and living.
