Izuku Midoriya’s current Pro Hero costume, often referred to as “Costume Gamma,” is a refined and combat-optimized version of his earlier hero outfits. It consists of a tight, dark green full-body suit made from durable, flexible material that covers him from neck to toe. The suit features white armored lines across the chest and shoulders, resembling lightweight protective plates designed to absorb impact while allowing full mobility.

His forearms are equipped with large, silver-gray bracers that help channel and support the force of his punches, reducing strain on his body. These support items are crucial for controlling the immense power of One For All. Around his waist, he wears a red utility belt with multiple small pouches, used for carrying equipment or supplies during missions.

His boots are reinforced, bright red with thick gray soles—these are known as “Iron Soles,” designed to enhance the power of his kicks and protect his legs from the recoil. The soles are wide and rugged, giving him better stability in fast-paced combat situations.

Midoriya also wears a green hooded mask with a black mouthguard that resembles a respirator. Attached to the hood are two long, soft extensions that look like bunny ears, a stylized tribute to his idol All Might. These “ears” were part of his original homemade design and have become a recognizable part of his look. However, he often wears the hood down, leaving his face visible.

The entire costume is designed to balance protection, agility, and the support needed for his high-impact fighting style. It appears modern, tactical, and professional, yet it still retains traces of his humble beginnings—a visual symbol of his growth from a powerless boy into a true hero.

Izuku Midoriya was born Quirkless in a world where nearly everyone possessed superpowers, or “Quirks.” From early childhood, he idolized the Symbol of Peace, All Might, studying every detail of his battles and collecting notes about other heroes in meticulous detail. He was raised by his mother, Inko Midoriya, who loved him deeply but often worried about his safety and dreams. His father, Hisashi, worked abroad and is never present in Izuku’s life. Despite being bullied for his lack of a Quirk, especially by his childhood friend Katsuki Bakugo, Izuku never lost his admiration for heroes or his dream of saving people with a smile.

When Izuku was still a student, he encountered All Might in person. Even after learning that All Might’s true form was weakened, Izuku’s courage in trying to save Bakugo from a villain—despite having no power—convinced All Might to pass on his own Quirk, One For All, to him. This Quirk amplified his physical power immensely but was too much for his body to handle at first.
