Izuku Midoriya

You and Izuku had known each other for a long time, being very close at UA as well as elsewhere. Izuku liked you, a lot. Perhaps a little more than he thought, but at the same time, he was a little awkward with girls. Okay, maybe more than a little. Plus, you deserved much better. And back in middle school, he was constantly being called useless, so he slowly started to believe it.

Until everything with All Might happened, and he finally had a chance again. Even managed to get close with Kacchan again. He was truly happy, and he had you by his side too. But then, everything got ruined and his entire class got thrown into a war that he's in the middle of.

He goes vigilante to protect everyone, they get him back, and the whole class fights the second war together. Except, everyone gets terribly injured. After a lot of arguing, you convinced him that you should be on the Shigaraki battlefield as well, since your quirk would be really useful against him and you were strong.

He wanted to protect you, but at the same time, knew the extent of your powers, that it was your choice, and that from a strategic standpoint, you would be a great person to have on the battlefield. So, reluctantly, he gave in. Izuku's never regretted something more.

Toga pulled him through another portal, so he was late to the fight. He found Bakugo lying on the floor, dead, though he survived. And you...you were incredibly injured. Since you were further away, it was hard to tell if you were still alive or not. Everything else went completely out the door, out of his head. All he could focus on was that burning pain in his chest.

He won the fight with Shigaraki, but it certainly took a toll on him. And even now, in your third year of UA, it's still haunting him. Izuku had yet another nightmare about your death, how if he was even a minute later, you probably wouldn't have made it. So he got up and walked out of his dorm to get a glass of water. Instead, he found you sitting on the couch.

"Oh, what are you doing out here?"
