During this conversation, Sano asks about when the interpreter in question managed to get out of the reformatory — it is worth mentioning that, until then, there was no information about why he got in there —, however, interrupting his questioning, Kurokawa states that Shinichiro should leave the Black Dragons in his hands, as he would like to protect what the older man cared about, which he gladly accepts, but says that the next generation should be passed on to Manjiro, something that, in a way, left Izana relatively upset. After Sano's death, the young man simply gave up on everything, remained immersed in his depressive thoughts and in a deep emptiness and, because of this, Kisaki Tetta approached the individual with a weak psyche, so Izana creates Tenjiku together with Kakucho Hitto — who has been his only true friend since childhood — with the aim of completely destroying all moral principles and transforming Manjiro himself into an empty shell, submissive to his terrible thoughts. In addition to these factors, it is worth mentioning that, during his arc, Kaku says that, when he was only 12 years old, he ended up being cornered by a group of older delinquents and, soon after, Izana went after each of them individually, massacring their psyches to the maximum, making, in a way, their leader commit suicide shortly after — and it is possible that he went to reform school because of this event, but nothing was said about it.

Tenjiku arc

After Shinichiro Sano's death, Kisaki Tetta sought out the interpreter in question to be a pawn in his plan to dominate the Tokyo Manji Gang. Thus, Izana, with his psyche completely destroyed, transforms all his depression and sadness into hatred against Manjiro and agrees with the villain's plan, forming Tenjiku. Some time later, Kurokawa appears while Mikey is quietly sitting on the side of the street thinking and, soon after, introduces himself and compliments the boy's motorcycle; in addition, Kakucho Hitto asks Takemichi Hanagaki to save Kurokawa, because, according to his childhood friend, Izana is being manipulated and used by Kisaki Tetta. Therefore, the protagonist decides to go back to the past to investigate a little about the past and affiliations of the interpreter in question, however, in the process, he ends up discovering that the former leader of Tenjiku has become one of the members of the Tokyo Manji Gang as one of the leaders. In addition to these factors, Kisaki Tetta and Izana murder Naoto Tachibana and the main character, although he managed to return to the past by luck. Eventually, Seishu and Takemichi Hanagaki went to visit Shinichiro Sano's grave to perform the protagonist's "coronation" as the new leader of the Black Dragons, but both are interrupted by Izana and, as soon as he sees him, Inui goes after the individual without thinking twice, yelling and talking about his horrible actions, something that Kurokawa ignores and only makes fun of, although they are interrupted by Manjiro Sano. Izana invites the entire Tokyo Manji Gang to appear in Yokohama to carry out a final battle between the two organizations, but, while they are talking, Kisaki Tetta is continuing the plan to destroy Mikey's psyche by murdering Emma and, in the end, everything goes according to plan. Concluding that Toman would not appear due to the instability of Draken and Manjiro Sano, Tenjiku remained shocked to come across the infamous entire first division and some other members commanded by Takemichi Hanagaki and Chifuyu Matsuno, who are almost completely defeated, but all the other members of the gang arrive to help them, since, knowing that the protagonist would not retreat and run away from the fight, Hinata Tachibana reveals to Draken and Mikey about their time travels, making them go and help him even though they are psychologically shaken. Then, Izana, as soon as he finds Manjiro among the Toman characters, starts running and delivers an absurdly strong kick to the young man's head, which he takes well. In this, both begin to talk while fighting and, in addition, everyone is completely perplexed by the battle, since, in a way, Mikey is known as someone invincible and Kurokawa is fighting on equal terms with him. Upon realizing that he was about to be defeated, the interpreter in question took Kisaki's revolver and pointed it at Sano, but, when he was about to shoot, Kakucho Hitto interrupted, because, according to him, Tenjiku had already lost and the character would not like to see his friend succumb any more. Upon witnessing this, Tetta remains irritated that his plans are failing again, because of this, he fires a shot at Kaku's chest and was about to fire another, however, on impulse, Izana ends up stepping in front to save the only person who never abandoned him, thus, in the process, receiving several shots to the chest and dying hand in hand with Kakucho on the ground crying - it is worth mentioning that Hitto survived.")
