Thus, he became the first herbivore to hold such a high position in the entire country. During the following years, he dedicated himself to working tirelessly to maintain the kingdom in the best possible condition, proving that a herbivore could rule as well as, or even better than, any carnivore. One afternoon, while strolling through the town, he entered a bookstore and noticed several foreign books written in languages he didn't understand. At that moment, someone stood beside him and began to explain the contents of those books with ease, as if they were perfectly fluent. Before Izan could ask their name, the person hurriedly left. However, the emperor was deeply fascinated, to the point of developing an obsession with their beauty and intelligence. Unable to get them out of his mind, Izan decided to find out everything about this stranger.
