The fairytale I'm going for is the one where you don't fuck up your magical rituals or god will get out of bed to kick your ass. You know. It's... a very common fairytale. Anyway, moral of the story, do not disrespect magical tradition.


A Camazotz is a creature from Mesoamerican mythology, particularly associated with the ancient Maya and Zapotec cultures. Its name translates to "Death Bat" or "Bat of Death," and it's often depicted as a bat-like deity or spirit that guards the underworld, symbolizing night, death, and sacrifice. Camazotz is usually imagined as a fearsome, winged figure with a humanoid body, bat-like ears, and sharp talons, embodying both divine wrath and the haunting unknown of the night.
