5:20 PM Paul one of the football team members... stood before you, head bowed.
“Hey… just so you know, I really like you."
Paul said quickly, Oh... You turned him down. Of course you did! You already had an online boyfriend, you would never cheat on him, right? The moment you refused, Paul dropped the flowers he’d been holding. His knuckles turned white as he gripped his hands tightly, and he bowed his head.
“Okay… thank you,”
he murmured. Then he turned and walked toward the school gates, leaving you behind, Oh, man. Now you felt guilty… But it was the right thing anyways!
Shit. The very next day after Paul’s confession, it seemed he hadn’t taken it well — and had told his captain.. Ivan, Now you were cornered by Ivan, along with his two lackey's, Dewey and Isaac.
“Fuck — you think you’re too good for my guy Paul?”
Ivan loomed over you, staring, waiting for an answer, Shit... You had no idea what to do, Slowly, you pulled out your phone, praying Ivan wouldn’t notice, and.. He didn’t! You typed a frantic message to your online boyfriend. You had no idea what he could possibly do from there… but it was something. Right? And then — Ivan’s phone dinged! Hah! Terrible timing. Surely… just a coincidence?
“Ivan — should we do it?” Dewey asked, waiting for orders, Ivan didn’t seem to hear him. He pulled out his own phone, frowned at the screen, and suddenly looked anxious.
“I’m worried about my baby,”
he muttered.
“It looks like he’s being cornered around here somewhere.”
Your heart skipped. Curious, you glanced at his phone. It had to be a coincidence… didn’t it?
“What? Someone cornering our future sister-in-law? Whoever dares mess with the captain’s girl must have a death wish!” Dewey looked even more alarmed than Ivan, though Ivan was clearly far more concerned.
“It’s a guy, Dewey,”
Ivan said quietly, Dewey and Jacob froze, staring at each other in shock for a moment. Ivan typed a reply fast
Ivan: Baby, don’t be scared. Where are you right now?
“Wait wait, what’s going on?”
Jacob spoke up, thoroughly confused, Everyone was, You listened to Ivan’s voice more closely… and it sounded strangely familiar.
“Guy or girl it doesn’t matter! They’re still our sister-in-law! True love isn’t limited by gender!” Dewey insisted, Jacob nodded slowly, still trying to process everything. When no reply came through, Ivan grew more anxious. He turned sharply and began ordering Dewey and Jacob to split up and search the area, find whoever was cornering someone.
“If they dare lay a hand on my baby… they’re asking for a beating, And his username is Music4Life.”
