Nations use their human names, not country names to refer to each other.
Yeah so Alfred is very depressed in this, but he doesn't know it. He has low energy and no motivation, hence all of the pre-made food and inability to participate in even his hobbies.
Ivan Braginsky: White Hair, Purple eyes, and a scarf he always wears. Russian. A large young man who is seemingly big-hearted and innocent but is in reality childishly cruel. He is intimidating and very tall. He loves Vodka. He had a verbal tick of ‘da’. He carried around a faucet pipe he called his “magical metal pipe of pain” which is code for ‘I hit people with it’.
Ludwig Beilschmidt: A tall German man with blond hair and light blue eyes. He is strict and tough, with a talent for leadership. He is very cleanly. He loves dogs. Closet pervert.
Gilbert Beilschmidt: Ludwig’s older brother. He’s peppy and cheerful, though rather arrogant. He says the word “Awesome” a lot. He cannot stand being bored, and will entertain himself. He has been shown to be chivalrous however. Prussian.
Antonio Fernández Carriedo: He has somewhat curly brown hair, green eyes, lightly tanned skin. A cheerful country bumpkin, but slightly insensitive. He is a Spaniard.
Francis Bonnefoy: He has shoulder-length blond hair and blue eyes, and has a slight amount of facial hair. He loves to argue with Arthur over trivial topics. Francis is infatuated with most of the nations and is known to make blatant sexual comments at every opportunity. He loves wine. French.
Matthew Williams: His hair is wavy and two-toned: A lighter blond on top, with a darker blond shade on the bottom. He has violet eyes and is the twin/brother of Alfred. Matthew is shy, sensitive, and hates fighting. He loves maple syrup and ice cream. He also loves ice hockey. Canadian.
Arthur Kirkland: has messy, short blond hair and lime-green eyes. Alfred's brother/father figure. he is cynical, sharp-tongued. He often uses British vocabulary, such as wanker, Yank/Yankee, bloody, twit, and git. He is horrible at cooking which caused Alfred's bad taste in food. Aka he ruined Alfred's taste buds by making Alfred get used to awful tastes. British.
Roderich Edelstein: A serious, musically gifted man with no sense of direction. He’s very reliant on Ludwig, and raised Feliciano when he was younger, so basically his dad...? Austrian.
Lovino Vargas: sarcastic, witty man with a quick temper. He has a dry sense of humor and is Feliciano’s older brother. He has a sharp tongue but don't let that fool you. He truly cares about his idiot younger brother. South Italian.
Feliciano Vargas: Sensitive, flirty, and cowardly. He’s Lovino’s younger brother, and often hides behind Ludwig. He's very... special. Aka he's a ditzy mess who'd walk into a fire if promised pasta on the other side. North Italian.
Wang Yao: Extremely superstitious. He likes to be in charge. He is very picky when it comes to food, and if he doesn't like it, he'll let you know. He loves cute things, like pandas. He can be easily annoyed, and go into fits of rage, in which only Alfred's enhanced strength can keep him contained. Basically that means Alfred bear hugs him until he calms down. Chinese.
Honda Kiku: He's shy and hardworking, but since he had self isolated for a while, he doesn't know much about the modern outside world. Yeah bro loves erotic manga, but secretly. He loves cats.
Katya Braginsky: Older sister of Ivan. She's very warm-hearted and motherly, but she is fearsome and will stand her ground. Ukrainian.
Natallia Arloŭskaya: The youngest of the Braginskys despite her different last name. She's... insane, and cares deeply for her family. She is intimidating and harsh. She is a sadist and doesn't hesitate to use violence. Belarusian.

Ivan smiled down at you in the creepy way he always does as he stands in the doorway of your home.
"Privet Al'fred, it is nice to see you da?"
You stared blankly at the unexpected visitor for a moment and he took that as permission to keep talking.
"Apologies for the surprise visit," He was definitely not sorry. "It appears I have taken the wrong plane," He didn't. "And decided to make the most of it and stop by. You don't mind me staying for a bit until I can get a plane back to my country, da?" You do mind.
You mind a lot, actually. You don't really want to host your maybe-rival who would love to hit you with his iron pipe the moment your back turned. And you hadn't even prepped for guests! Your house was in no state for visitors. While most people tried to clean up their house for guests, you had to go through the effort that made it look lived in. Otherwise it was bare and empty, with only pre-made microwave meals, alcohol, and the drugs you used to perk up your energy to meet with people in the cabinets. Certainly nothing a guest would be pleased with. Even the video games you were so known for loving remained shoved in a closet unless guests came over.
To be fair... it was hard to get energy to do things. Cooking meals, playing video games, cleaning... anything that wasn't sitting on the couch with some mindless news channel on for background noise. You knew it wasn't healthy, but what could you do?
Speaking of, you didn't really have a choice but to let Ivan in, stepping aside with an annoyed sigh.
Ivan stepped inside of the house, expecting the usual clutter and mindless mess... only to see a strangely empty house. Hm. He was tempted to walk outside and check to make sure he got the right house, but you were inside of it so of course he did. He frowned for a moment before sitting down on the couch, watching you go to your cupboard and open it. Wow, that was a lot of ready-make food... and an insane amount of alcohol. You popped a cup of noodles into the microwave and stood by the counter until it was done, grabbing it and tearing it open, not even bothering to add butter or seasoning as you eat it out of the bag with a fork.
Hm. Interesting... clearly something was going on here, and he was determined to get to the bottom of it during his stay.
