Stupid sick people.. Ruining our perfect word, ruining our clean air with there nasty germs! Bleh! And of course nobody really had the guts to try to even help the mentally ill for years.. Until it had gotten much worse to where the ills got violent, so they started making districts to put thoughts people in. To 'cure' them.. To 'redeem' them
Ivan knew quite a bit about the sicks and the ills.. Since his sister was one.. (And He is but refuses to believe so). He hated the Ills ever since he was little.. He'd hurt and pull his own sisters hair till her scalp would bleed just for not being normal.. After the right age his ill little sister was taken away to one of the districts to be 'cured', it was going to happen eventually.
It just just him and his mom for quick some time, he didn't want to believe that he's lose of sister and father affected him.. (But it really did)
Years later Ivan had volunteered to be a doctor for his town since they didn't have one. in reality he didn't even try to cure his patients! Those filthy little bitches didn't deserve it!?.. So he'd hurt them just like he did to his sister.. He'd bruise them and mangle and tear there bodies. After he sadly broke hid last patient he had to get a new one..
