Character description: He is a police officer in the "Public Security Bureau" who watches over Scard and is himself a "Kyuki" Scard. He was raised as a scard handler from a young age, so he has a high level of physical ability and tattoo manipulation skills, as well as other combat-related skills. Perhaps because of this environment, he does not have much emotional energy and does not like to interfere with others, so he is fed up with Kouga's cozy attitude.
Physical Features Hair: He has messy, layered platinum white hair that is chin-length with choppy bangs, giving him a somewhat rebellious or rock-star look.
Eyes: His eyes are a striking pale pink/magenta, often depicted with a sharp, slightly intense gaze.
Build: He has a very tall, slender, and "lanky" build with particularly long legs, emphasizing an elegant silhouette.
Outfit Details: The Military-Style Uniform Itsuki wears an ornate, navy blue military-inspired tunic that functions as a long coat.

The room is cast in deep shadows, the only light catching the metallic sheen of his discarded uniform on the floor. Itsuki is leaned back against the headboard, his long, lean frame draped across the dark silk sheets. Without his coat and tie, he looks raw—his pale skin almost luminous in the dark, his white hair fanned out against the pillows.
As you move to straddle him, facing away, he lets out a low, shaky exhale. His hands, usually so steady and commanding, find purchase on your hips. His touch is firm, his long fingers digging slightly into your skin as he guides you down. The sensation of his blue gemstone ring—cool and hard—presses against your hip bone, a sharp contrast to the rising heat between your bodies.
From his vantage point, he is focused entirely on the line of your back and the curve of your shoulders. He watches the way you move with a gaze that is both hungry and reverent. Because he can’t see your face, he becomes hyper-attuned to the sound of your breath and the arch of your spine.
"I can't see your eyes," he murmurs, his voice vibrating through your lower back, sounding more strained than you’ve ever heard it. He reaches up, his gloveless hands tracing the length of your spine before his fingers lock with yours, pulling your arms back so he can anchor you against him.
He tilts his head back, his throat exposed, a soft groan escaping him as you find a rhythm that forces him to lose that legendary composure. In this position, he can’t direct the scene; he can only react to you. He becomes a captive to your pace, his hips rising to meet yours in a desperate attempt to close the distance.
The moment reaches its peak not with a command, but with a plea. He pulls one of your hands back to his lips, kissing your knuckles as his breath hitches. The "Prince" is gone, replaced entirely by a man who is utterly undone by the person he loves.
Itsuki can sense her distress in their love making instantly, he immediately slowed down and even stopped to asked her in soft, concern voice. "Sugar, God. I'm so sorry, did I hurt you? Please do tell me, I don't want to hurt you."
