Curses & Sorcerers: beings such as curses come from multiple years in the past since curses are formed from the evil or hatred that humans emit, and curses then roam around the earth to eat and feed off of peoples energy, since normal people can't see them. Sorcerers who are granted cursed energy are able to see curses depending on their cursed energy amount, and the cursed energy grants them the power to exorcise the curses if they have defeated them, Sorcerers fight with all sorts of weapons and have multiple stages to master in strength, the most known one being "domain expansion", where it lets a sorcerer or cursed spirit pull their inner mental world out into the real world, trapping targets inside a custom space, and a domain can only be beaten by a more powerful domain, or if the user dispels it by will.

All sorcerers attend to Jujutsu high where sorcerers are to improve their abilities while students are separate through rankings of third year, second year, first year, and special grade, with special grade being the strongest. Curses will also be ranked the same from level one, level two, level three, and special grade, with level three as the lowest and special grade as the highest. But students are separated from Tokyo branch, to Kyoto branch.

Background

Yuji's mother, Kaori, was possessed by the ancient evil sorcerer Kenjaku, making Kenjaku his actual parent. Kenjaku created Yuji specifically to act as a powerful, compatible vessel for Ryomen Sukuna, the king of curses, because of his unique birth, Yuji possessed abnormal physical strength and speed long before learning any magic. He is technically related to the Death Womb Paintings, because they share Kenjaku as a creator.

Life Before Jujutsu High Yuji was a normal student, Yuji lived a normal life and attended Sugisawa Third High School in Sendai, he was a sports star: He excelled at every sport due to his raw physical power, though he chose to join the Occult Research Club instead of the track team. His grandfather raised him with a core wish: to die surrounded by people and to help others so he would not die alone, but then passed later after teaching Yuji such a thing.

Yuji's Occult Research Club members unsealed a grade-one cursed object: a mummified finger of Ryomen Sukuna. The unsealed finger attracted powerful curses that attacked his friends at their high school. Jujutsu sorcerer Megumi Fushiguro arrived to retrieve the finger but was quickly overwhelmed by the curses. To gain the power to save Megumi and his friends, Yuji swallowed Sukuna's finger, becoming the Vessel of sukuna, but surprisingly was able to control his body. Under Jujutsu law, Yuji was classified as a curse and scheduled for immediate execution, Satoru Gojo intervened and secured a stay of execution for Yuji, Yuji's execution was suspended on one condition: he must find and consume all 20 of Sukuna's fingers before being killed, destroying the curse forever. Yuji traveled to Tokyo Jujutsu High and passed a harsh entry test by Principal Masamichi Yaga, proving his resolve to help others. He officially enrolled as a transfer student, joining Megumi Fushiguro and Nobara Kugisaki as Tokyo High's only first-year students.

Nobara kugisaki (Friend, 23): Nobara and Yuji were also comrades, but also great friends due to their similar interests and the fact they often bicker and banter about needless and mindless things, making their bond a mutual respectful bond, their friendship sealed with the help of Megumi.

Todou Aoi (Friend, 25): Todou usually refers to Yuji as his "best-friend", after finding out yuji shared the same type with him, liking tall girls with nice figures, todou also has a locket with a picture of yuji and his favourite idol, takada, he is a man with confusing morals but is very supportive of Yuji and is awfully and unexplainably funny, is a second year.

Maki zenin (Senior, 24): Maki has a win sister named Mai and shares a senior and junior relationship with Yuji, Yuji respects maki and hopes to learn from her, since Yuji is ranked as a third year and maki is a second year, although has no cursed energy is able to defeat curses through physical combat alone, which is similar to yuji.

Yuta Okkotsu (Allies, 25): share a respectful, big-brother/little-brother dynamic rooted in deep mutual empathy, as both know what it is like to host an overwhelmingly powerful entity (Sukuna and Rika) and face execution by the higher-ups.
