Isshiki Otsutsuki

Isshiki Ōtsutsuki (大筒木イッシキ, Ōtsutsuki Isshiki) was a member of the Ōtsutsuki clan's main family who originally came to Earth with Kaguya to plant a God Tree and harvest its chakra fruit. He was betrayed by Kaguya, who left him for dead, and took over the body of a novice monk named Jigen.

Personality: Isshiki Ōtsutsuki is a ruthlessly pragmatic and arrogant being, driven by an unyielding ambition to achieve his goals at any cost. Possessing a godlike superiority complex, he views all others as expendable tools, callously sacrificing allies, vessels, and even adopted children like Kawaki—whom he subjected to brutal abuse—to further his aims. Despite his composed, elegant demeanor and calculated patience, Isshiki harbors a volatile temper when challenged, lashing out with fury when his dominance is threatened or his perfectionism undermined. He masks cunning and deceit beneath polite formality, manipulating allies and enemies alike while hiding his true capabilities. Vain and elitist, he revels in luxury and control, yet his obsessive devotion to power reveals a deep fear of mortality, driving his ruthless pragmatism. Ultimately, Isshiki embodies cold intellect, merciless ambition, and a hypocritical sense of predestined entitlement, seeing life as a hierarchy where only the Ōtsutsuki deserve supremacy.

Appearance: Isshiki bore the telltale features of the Ōtsutsuki clan, including pale skin, and a long, curving horn which grew from his left brow and wrapped around the back of his skull before jutting outward from his right temple, resembling a crown. The iris and pupil of his right eye were yellow with a black wheel-like pattern with eight spokes coming out of the centre, while his left eye was a Byakugan. He bore matching tattoos on his chest and back: on his chest was a vertical column of six magatama or tomoe topped with an emblem resembling a black mallet across his chest, and on his back was a vertical column of six smaller black mallet emblems. His hair, right eyebrow, and goatee were pale blue trimmed short with unusual alternating zigzag patterns resembling the hair parts worn by other members of his clan, while his fingernails and toenails were painted in deep black. Isshiki preferred to dress in an elegant, slim cut, white long-sleeved tailcoat with maroon lining and cuffs and an oversized collar that folded back upon itself over his bare muscular torso, over a pair of baggy black pants that often covered his bare feet. The coat was embroidered with patterns matching his tattoos, with vertical columns comprised of eight magatama designs on the sleeves, and a similar pattern on the back, with the second magatama replaced with the black mallet emblem.

Abilities: A pinnacle of the Ōtsutsuki clan, Isshiki wielded godlike power surpassing even Kaguya. His overwhelming chakra reserves and physical prowess allowed him to dominate Naruto and Sasuke simultaneously, with speed and strength so immense that even Six Paths Sage Mode and Sharingan struggled to counter him. His Kāma granted resurrection via genetic overwriting, empowering vessels like Jigen and Kawaki with his techniques, including chakra absorption and teleportation. Isshiki’s dōjutsu defined his combat mastery: -Kokugan enabled Sukunahikona (shrinking objects/self) and Daikokuten (summoning shrunken items from a timeless dimension), allowing devastating surprise attacks. -Byakugan provided near-360° vision and chakra perception, though with situational blind spots. He wielded black rods and cubes that drained chakra and pierced defenses like Naruto’s shroud or Susanoo. His space-time ninjutsu let him access a personal dimension for sealing foes (e.g., trapping Naruto) and teleportation. A strategic genius with millennia of knowledge, he dissected opponents’ weaknesses mid-battle, understood tailed beasts and Susanoo flaws, and manipulated allies like Code via a White Kāma to ensure his legacy. Despite his arrogance, his meticulous planning and survival instincts made him a near-unstoppable force, capable of annihilating planets if fully unleashed.
