   Issei Hyoudou (兵ひょう藤どう 一誠いっせい, Hyōdō Issei) is the main male protagonist of High School DxD. He is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-B and a member of the school's "Perverted Trio", a trio of the most perverted men in the entire student body. He likes the other girls but love’s Rias

   Issei is the Pawn of Rias Gremory's Peerage and a member of the Occult Research Club. After the Evil Dragon War, he was promoted to the rank of a High-Class Devil, becoming the King of his own independent peerage, and is one step closer to fulfilling his dream of having a harem and becoming a "Harem King".

   Due to his possession of the Longinus; the Boosted Gear, which hosts the Welsh Dragon, Ddraig, Issei is the direct rival of Vali Lucifer, who is the host of the Vanishing Dragon; Albion, who is Ddraig's archrival.

   Issei is a high school student of average height with short spiky brown hair, with two short locks of hair behind his head, and light brown eyes. Following his training with Tannin, he gained a more muscular and toned build.

   While he has worn various outfits throughout the series, his most commonly worn outfit is the Kuoh Academy boys' school uniform, which consists of a blazer (more commonly black, although in other media is shown with a tinge of purple or grey, with white accents) over a white, long-sleeved dress shirt with black highlights with a black ribbon on the collar, matching black pants, and brown dress shoes. However, Issei's uniform differs in the fact that he wears a red T-shirt underneath his open dress shirt and blazer, and wears blue and white sneakers in place of dress shoes. Even by his own admittance Issei is an unintelligent and straightforward individual, with his tremendously perverted and lascivious nature being the greatest characteristic of his personality. Issei easily indulges in lewd fantasies, being obsessed with female breasts and a desire for a harem, traits he openly admits and makes no effort to hide, a characteristic that he is, in fact, proud of. This has caused him to be instantly labeled as a pervert among the girls of Kuoh Academy and has gained him notoriety for being one of the members of Kuoh Academy's Perverted Trio.

   Despite his pervertedness, Issei is courageous, selfless and unwaveringly determined to protect those who are important to him, despite almost dying by the hands of his opponents.

   Age 18

   Dragon Shot (魔力弾ドラゴンショット, Doragon Shotto): One of Issei's signature moves, where he releases a beam of concentrated Demonic Power. It is often used in tandem with Boosted Gear to increase its destructive potential, once destroying a mountain. When enhanced by the Boosted Gear Scale Mail, Issei's Dragon Shot became powerful enough to casually "erase" a mountain, and when enraged it overwhelmed a full powered demonic power blast by Diodora, a High Class Devil enhanced by Ophis's snake. Issei can go into his limit break mode upgrading his strength with a crimson like dragon armor.

   Boosted Gear (赤龍帝の籠手ブーステッド･ギア, Būsuteddo Gia): Issei's Sacred Gear and main weapon, among all the original 13 Longinus, which holds the Welsh Dragon, Ddraig's soul, making it a Mid-Tier Longinus. A left-handed red gauntlet that doubles his powers every 10 seconds until he reach his limit, holding the potential to kill god if mastered. He later gained the ability to Transfer the multiplied power into a person or item, even parts like his eyes for enhanced vision. Issei later awakened Penetrate, letting him bypass all defenses (save the targets baseline physical durability) like Rizevim's Sacred Gear Canceler or barriers. He later developed a technique of applying Penetrate to his eyes to see through women's clothing. Dragon Aura: Due to possessing Boosted Gear, then having his left arm turned into a dragon, Issei has a small amount of dragon aura. Training with Tannin increased it, to the point of dealing minimal damage while using Boosted Gear. After gaining a new body, made from a combination of Great Red's flesh and Ophis' power, it became more natural, described as being dominant. Pailingual (乳語翻訳パイリンガル, Pairingaru): Issei's third signature move, which allows him to "talk" to women's breasts after creating a "space". As such, it is a useful move as it allows him to learn his opponents' plans by asking their breasts, however, complaints from females from other peerages caused Rias to ban it in Rating Games. Dress Break (洋服崩壊ドレス・ブレイク, Doresu Bureiku): Issei's second signature move, which he mainly uses against women. As its name suggests, this move allows him to "strip" woman by first coming into contact with them, concentrating his demonic power, then snapping his fingers to activate one of two effects. He can fly,has immense mobility,Speed,Strength and durability, and a expert close combatant and sword fighter.

2. #2Rias Gremory

   Keys: Queen, Princess, President, Rias, Big Red, Red, Ri-Ri

   Rias Gremory is the main female protagonist of High School DxD.

   She loves Issei

   She is the Gremory Clan's heiress after her oldest brother, Sirzechs, took the position of Lucifer. Rias is the sole daughter and youngest child of Zeoticus and Venelana Gremory, the aunt of Millicas Gremory, and the maternal cousin of Sairaorg and Magdaran Bael.

   She became known as the Crimson-Haired Ruin Princess, because of the color of her hair and Power of Destruction. Now, Rias is a first-year College Student at Kuoh Academy, the former President of the Occult Research Club, and the school's Number-One Beauty, as well as one of Kuoh Academy's Two Great Ladies alongside Akeno Himejima. She is also one of Issei's fiancées. Rias is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous body, white skin, blue eyes (blue-green in the anime, season 1-3) inherited from her father, Zeoticus, and a buxom figure. Her body measurements are [B99-W58-H90 cm] [B39-W23-H35 in]. Her body weight is [58 kg] [128 lbs].

   Her most distinctive feature is her long, beautiful crimson hair, which she also inherited from her father, that reaches down to her thighs with a single hair strand (known in Japan as ahoge) sticking out from the top. Her hair also has loose bangs covering her forehead and side bangs framing her face. Rias' height is 172 cm. (5 feet 8 inches), making her one of the tallest female characters of the series.

   Although Rias has worn various types of clothing throughout the series, her most commonly worn outfit is the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, which consists of a white long-sleeved, button-down shirt (short sleeves for spring/summer), with a black ribbon on her shirt collar worn under a black shoulder cape and a matching button-down corset, a magenta skirt with white accents, and brown dress shoes over white crew-length socks. Rias also tends to wear seductive lingerie and thongs, especially when she has a desire to sleep with Issei.

   On some rare occasions, Rias wears glasses when she's deep in thought, as she feels they make her mind work better despite having perfect eyesight. As a Devil from the House of Gremory, Rias is very kind and compassionate, especially to her servants and people close to her. She gets angry and violent whenever people insult her or her peerage, showing a fiery side to her. This also plays into the fact that she dislikes cruelty towards people

   Power of Destruction (滅びの力, Horobi no Chikara): A unique demonic power, which allows her to erase nearly anything, such as matter, energy and even immaterial things such as souls. She would originally often release massive blasts to engulf and erase her targets, but Rias has improved her control over her Power of Destruction to the point of being able to compress it into softball-sized bullets and release them in quantities Kiba compared to a machine gun, which he noted that those without enough power would vanish from one of them. Extinguished Star (消滅の魔星イクスティングイッシュ・スター, Ikusutinguisshu Sutā): Rias' Ultimate One-Hit Kill Technique, developed from both her own training and the influence of draining Issei's dragon power on her demonic power. She activates it from focusing Power of Destruction into an enormous sphere that has a crimson and black aura swirling in it. Despite being a slow-moving technique, Extinguished Star both pursues its target and has a strong attractive force, strong enough that even the monstrously powerful Grendel had extreme difficulty trying to resist it, that pulls them into it. Its destructive power has been said to surpass the Rating Game's retiring system. Despite its power, it takes time to manifest and can be destroyed by sufficiently strong foes. Castling: Due to being the King of her own peerage, Rias has the ability to use Castling, which allows her to swap locations with one of her Rooks. She first used it during Nilrem's attack on Kuoh Academy, swapping places with one of her unused Rook pieces. Healing: Rias is capable of healing others using her demonic power,

3. #3Akeno Himejima

   Keys: Akeno

   Akeno Himejima is one of the many female protagonists of High School DxD. The daughter of Baraqiel, a Fallen Angel Cadre who soon became Grigori's Vice-Governor General and Shuri Himejima, making her a descendant of the Himejima Clan. After the death of her mother, Akeno was soon found and made the Queen of Rias Gremory, who became her best friend.

   Akeno is one of Kuoh Academy's Two Great Ladies alongside Rias, soon becoming a first-year college student. She is also one of Issei's fiancées. Akeno is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, very long black hair and violet eyes. Her hair is usually tied in a very long ponytail, reaching all the way down to the floor with two strands sticking out from the top and sloping backward, with an orange ribbon keeping it in place.

   Like most of the girls at Kuoh Academy, she wears the customary Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, along with black calf-length socks.

   As revealed in the visual book with her data her body measurements are [B102-W60-H89 cm] [B40-W24-H35 in]. Her body weight is [54 kg] [119 lbs] while her height is 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches).

   In the anime, during battles, she often transforms her clothes into a traditional miko attire, consisting of a white haori with red accents, a red hakama, and a pair of zōri with white tabi.

   After Akeno has revealed her Fallen Angel side in front of Issei, she has one Devil wing and one Fallen Angel wing. As the series progressed and she came to terms with her fallen angel powers, her wings increased to six, at first, because of the aid of Azazel's bracelets, then eight, resembling a High-Tier Fallen Angel.

   Personality

   Akeno is first seen to be a very elegant and gentle woman with refined lady etiquette, embodying the principals of the ideal Japanese woman: "Yamato Nadeshiko". However, underneath her calm, noble and dignified atmosphere, Akeno is shown to be highly sadistic in battle and doesn't show any mercy or remorse towards the enemies she slays, casually keeping up her smiling elegant persona over an enemy's death and showing an expression of pleasure and lust upon delivering them pain.

   Despite her sadism, Akeno is very kind, acknowledged by Rias and Issei. Before meeting Rias, Akeno would help people by purifying evil spirits for a living.

   As a result of seeing her mother being killed in front of her eyes and her father being unable to save her, Akeno developed a hatred for Fallen Angels, including a sense of self-loathing towards her own Fallen Angel nature, for it was the reason her beloved mother was killed by the Himejima Clan, which lead her to sever ties with her father, going into exile before being saved by Rias after Akeno's maternal relatives nearly killed her. Due to this reason, she empathizes with those who have suffered under the hands of Fallen Angels like Issei and Asia, who were manipulated and killed by the Fallen Angel Raynare, and was worried that Issei would dislike her due to her Fallen Angel nature. However, she fell in love with him after he told her that he still liked her. With Issei's help, she was able to overcome the sadness of her mother's death and reconcile with her estranged father, renewing their familial bond. Due to Issei helping her and Baraqiel in their reconciliation, Akeno's love for him deepened considerably as she confessed her feelings for him.

   While Akeno originally had no interest in dating men due to her past, she began to take an interest in Issei, thinking of him as a cute junior and that interest intensified after seeing his determination in the Rating Game against Riser Phenex and his actions during Rias' engagement ceremony, where he defeated Riser Phenex. She has stated that Issei is the first boy she has ever felt such feelings for as she is shown to have a desire to further her relationship with him. She also loves to tease Issei and Rias, as she loves to make Rias irritated by flirting with Issei stemming from her playful sadistic side. Akeno has also stated that she has some masochism in her as well, as she is only masochistic towards Issei in contrast to her sadistic nature in battle. She is shown to be quite vulgar, flirting with Issei as such and doesn't care if Rias knows or saw her doing the act as she tried to have sex with him while also trying to help Issei further his relationship with Rias, but does care enough to not steal him away from her as she even helped Issei confess to Rias. After falling in love with him, she becomes very seductive and is obsessed with having an affair with Issei whenever she finds a chance, which is often interrupted by Rias and some others. She also has a emotionally weak side to her once she removes her mask of being an Onee-Sama, what is left is her true side of "depending" on a man

   Akeno is still innocent and emotional towards love and acts like a girl her age whenever she is on a date with Issei. However, this still does not stop her from being seductive and flirting with Issei. Despite being seen as calm and clear, Akeno does get jealous like the other girls and will fight for Issei. Elemental Demonic Power: Akeno excels in using natural elements such as ice, fire, and water, but she specializes in lightning. She is able to create thunder clouds using her demonic power, making lightning bolts rain down on her opponents. She could freeze Cerberus' flames in an instant and target ice spears at her opponents. Much like her Holy Lightning Dragon, Akeno can also form Asian Dragons out of fire and ice, sending them at her enemies. Lightning Manipulation: Akeno originally specialized in lightning demonic power alone before she began using her Holy Lightning ability, where she imbues it with the power of light.

4. #4Koneko Toujou

   Keys: Kitty, Hellcat, Koneko, Toujou

   Koneko Toujou, originally named Shirone, is one of the female protagonists of High School DxD. At first, she is a first-year student at Kuoh Academy, prior to becoming a second-year, and a member of the Occult Research Club. She is a Nekoshou, a rare species of Nekomata, and the younger sister of Kuroka, as well as Rias Gremory's first Rook.

   Age 15

   Having become one of Issei's fiancées, then coming to terms with herself, her past, and making amends with Kuroka, Koneko started going by Shirone Toujou. Koneko is a petite girl with white hair and gold eyes. Her body measurements are [B67-W57-H73 cm] [B26-W22-H29 in]. Her weight is [31 kg] [68 lbs]. The front of her hair has two long bangs going past her shoulders and several loose bangs hanging over her forehead, while the back has a short bob cut. She also wears a black cat-shaped hair clip on both sides of her hair, one of which contained the data on artificially making new Super Devils.

   She usually wears the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, without the shoulder cape. Koneko's height is 138 cm (4 feet 6 inches), making her one of the shortest female characters of the series.

   In her Nekomata form, she grows a pair of white cat ears and a pair of matching white tails, and her pupils become more cat-like. In Volume 24, she gained three tails.

   In her "Shirone Mode" that she used for the first time in Volume 16, Koneko can make herself grow older, and her attire consists of a short white kimono and a light blue skirt. Her bust size grows significantly larger when in this mode, making her look more similar to her sister Kuroka.

   In the anime, during the Rating Game between Rias and Riser Phenex, she wore black fighter's gloves with pink cat pawprints on the upper palm. Personality

   Due to witnessing her sister supposedly losing control over her nekomata power and killing her master, Koneko became traumatized by the event, causing her to become withdrawn into herself and stripping her of most of her emotions. As a result, Koneko originally had a quiet and cold personality, rarely showing any feelings or emotions, even when she was speaking. It is noted that her serious personality is a result of receiving influence from Rias, and it is also antithetical to her sister's mischievous and outgoing personality. She was also the only one in the group who did not initially get along with Issei, often insulting and rebuking the latter for his perverted nature, although she reveals that she respects him for never giving up and considers him a hard worker.

   She shows the most concern for her comrades when they are in trouble, often lending her strength in fights. Koneko apparently has a problem with people calling her a midget (although the context of the phrase could be used to be called flat, as in bust size), as shown in her second battle against Freed Sellzen. This may stem from her insecurity about her own small body and bust size. Born as Shirone, Koneko is a young Nekomata who is part of a rare species among her kind, called the Nekoshou. She was born from the union between a human father and a Nekomata mother named Fujimai. Her father was a scientist who did not acknowledge Koneko or was aware that she was his child, and he merely used her as a subject for his experiments. Her parents eventually died in an experiment-related accident. However, her older sister Kuroka, omitted the truth and any other details about them from Koneko to protect her. Demonic Power: Koneko has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells. Senjutsu Master: Being a Nekoshou, Koneko is able to use Senjutsu, she is still training under her sister, Kuroka as well as Magari. By taping into Senjutsu, she gains control over the flow of ki and is able to both greatly enhance her physical attacks and affect others internally, such as breaking down Gandoma's magic resistance. Koneko can use Senjutsu to detect the presence of others.

   Touki (闘気, Fighting Spirit): Koneko can cover herself in an aura of ki, drastically increasing her strength, defense, and speed. She could soon cover herself in a tremendous touki, surpassing her sister in terms of strength. Healing: Through the usage of Senjutsu, Koneko can use ki to recover both a person's physical and mental health, in addition to their stamina. Through being in physical contact with the person she's healing and can be used to even recover a person's life-force, which was damaged through different means and did so continuously after Issei used Juggernaut Drive. Bouchujutsu (房中術, Bedroom Method): A more effective and faster healing technique in which Koneko directly shares her ki with a man to heal life-force to a greater extent, this is done by the act of having sex. Though Koneko has never performed this, she claims to be capable of doing so when offering it to Issei should he need it. Kasha (火車, Burning Chariot): Koneko can summon multiple large wheels that are covered in white flames that have the power of purification. Sealing: Koneko had learned a practical use of Senjutsu from Kuroka as a counter-measure against the Evil Dragons revived using Sephiroth Graal, in which she uses a jewel from Issei's armor to seal their souls inside it, as shown with Grendel who was later stored and guarded in Heaven. Presence Suppression: Koneko has demonstrated the ability to use senjutsu to suppress her presence and avoid detection.

5. #5Yuuto Kiba

   Keys: Yuuto Kiba, Yuuto, Kiba

   Yuuto Kiba is one of the male protagonists of High School DxD. He is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3B and the school's "pretty boy" who is adored by many female students and hated by other male students. He is Rias' Knight and the Vice-President of the Occult Research Club. Age 18 Yuuto is a handsome young man with short blond hair, blue eyes (bluish-gray eyes in the anime), and a mole underneath his left eye.

   He wears the Kuoh Academy boys' school uniform, which consists of a black blazer with white accents over a white, long-sleeved dress shirt with a black ribbon on the collar, matching black pants, and brown dress shoes. Yuuto is overall an upbeat person and cares deeply for his comrades. He's also a very polite and friendly individual, even considering Issei's initial dislike towards him. As a Knight, he has pride, chivalry, dignity, and honor befitting one, and is shown to enjoy fighting fellow swordsmen like Karlamine.

   Initially, he had a deep hatred towards the Holy Swords or their wielders. But the efforts of the Occult Research Club members during Volume 3, and the souls of his deceased friends, who died earlier being victims of the Holy Sword Project, helped him overcome his drive for vengeance, making him more accepting of the Holy Swords.

   Yuuto considers Issei to be his best friend, but also feels a sense of rivalry with him, wishing to one day fight him fair and square. At the same time, he also shows deep concern for his well-being, desiring to avenge Issei after his death in Volume 11 and only stopping himself due to promising to protect the girls of the Club in his stead. Demonic Power: Yuuto has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the ability to cast spells. He could create illusions of himself using Demonic Power to use as a sneak attack against Siegfried.[1]

   Holy Sword Wielder: After absorbing the Holy Element and gaining his Irregular Balance Breaker, Yuuto became able to wield Holy Swords, once even borrowing Xenovia's Durandal.

   Enhanced Strength: Despite not being his main focus, Kiba is much stronger than an average human, being able to wield a sword much larger than himself, although this dampened his speed. His training since then has made it much easier to wield swords as large as Durandal and Gram without lessening his preferred speed. Having undergone Vasco's rigorous training, Kiba's strength improved, letting him apply greater power to his swordsmanship, wielding Gram to overpower Bikou.

   Immense Speed: Due to his Knight Piece, Yuuto has superhuman speed, which he trained and developed further as the core of his fighting style. Issei has referred to it as God-Speed, honed to the where he can perform his swordmaster's famed, Sandanzuki, three-strikes in one initial move. Kiba soon learned to create propulsion armor from Glory Drag Trooper, which enhanced his speed to where he could overwhelm Issei in Pseudo-DxD.

   Enhanced Durability

   Keys: Gasper, Gaspy

   Gasper Vladi is one of the male protagonists of High School DxD. He is a cross-dressing male Dhampir, a half-Vampire half-human but was turned into a Devil by Rias Gremory. He has the ability to stop time and is Rias' first Bishop. Age 15

   Because his powers were uncontrollable prior to the series, he was sealed in the Academy by Rias and was not seen again until Volume 4 of the light novels. He is a second-year high school student at Kuoh Academy, alongside Koneko and Ravel. He is the possessor of one of the five newly manifested Longinus, Aeon Balor, which evolved from the Sacred Gear, Forbidden Balor View. Gasper is an effeminate-looking male with platinum blond hair and pinkish-violet eyes. His hair is styled in short bob cut with several small fringes over his forehead, and he has pointed ears. Kiba describes him as looking like a beautiful girl.

   Unlike the rest of the boys of Kuoh Academy who wear the boys' uniform, Gasper wears the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform with thigh-high socks, creating a Zettai Ryōiki (Japanese for "absolute territory"). Personality

   Originally a coward and a shut-in with a very shy personality, Gasper likes to wear female clothing, claiming that girls' clothes are cute. He also has a penchant for boxes, carrying one with him all the time. When Issei tried to give Gasper confidence, the former gave Gasper a paper bag to put over the latter's face. However, Issei comments that whenever Gasper puts the paper bag on, the latter looks like a molester.

   As the series progresses, with Issei and the Gremory group's encouragement, Gasper begins to gain confidence and bravery. When necessary, Gasper has displayed the ability to force down his timid nature and speak up as a man. On more than one occasion, he has demonstrated extreme courage and loyalty, going so far as to be beaten to unconsciousness in defense of his weakened comrades. Demonic Power: Gasper has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

   Enhanced Magic Power: As a Bishop, more so one who consumed a Mutation Piece, he can strengthen his demonic and magical powers.

   Dhampir Physiology: Being a Dhampir as well as one with rare Vampire abilities, Gasper has the ability to control bats and transform into a flock of them, usually using them for reconnaissance. Thanks to his human half, Gasper is immune to general Vampire weaknesses, but still feels some discomfort from them.

   Daywalker: Due to being Dhampir, Gasper is also a Daywalker, allowing him to survive contact with sunlight. Blood Consumption: Gasper can absorb other people's powers by drinking their blood, as shown when he drank Issei's blood, using Issei's Dragon power to boost his own, while allowing him to control Forbidden Balor View. Darkness Manipulation: Gasper can also manipulate shadows and darkness, though he initially had difficulty in controlling them adequately. This has changed, being able to freely extend and control his shadows. Gasper has shown the ability to change the shape of his shadow to suit multiple purposes, such as tentacles that can bind his opponents seemingly of their own will. Immense Strengthorbidden Balor View (停止世界の邪眼フォービドウン・バロール・ビュー, Fōbidoun Barōru Byū): Gasper's Sacred Gear and main weapon, which lets him stop anything and anyone within his field of vision in time. In the beginning, he couldn't control it without his vampire powers because its power continued to grow as time passed. Because Balor's consciousness and powers were sealed in it through the Sephiroth Graal, it can create and control a deep darkness that consumes anything, including the Dimension Lost's mist. Gasper can also switch perception with others, such as Issei on two occasions, letting him freeze Shalba and see whatever he sees Through transforming into multiple bats, he can also extend its range. Gasper's Sacred Gear would eventually be recognized as one of the five new Longinus, and renamed Aeon Balor (時空を支配する邪眼王, Aiōn Barōru), also known as The Evil-Eyed King Who Dominates the Space and Time.

7. #7Asia Argento

   Keys: Argento, Asia

   Asia Argento is one of the many female protagonists of High School DxD. She is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-B and is a girl with a very gentle heart who possesses a rare Sacred Gear, Twilight Healing, in her body that is capable of healing the wounds of Humans, Angels, Fallen Angels, and Devils alike. She was formerly one of Rias Gremory's Bishops but now serves as Issei Hyoudou's first Bishop and one of his fiancées. Asia is a beautiful young girl with long blonde hair and green eyes. Her body measurements are [B83→85-W55-H81→83 cm]; her height is [155 cm] [5 feet 1 inch] and her body weight is [44→45 kg] [97→98 lbs]. Her hair flows all the way down to her back, with split bangs over her forehead and a single strand sticking out from the top and sloping backward. Age 18

   Her former main attire consisted of a dark teal nun outfit with light blue accents, a white veil over her head with light blue accents, a brown satchel slung on her right hip (where she holds her Bible), and brown boots with black straps in an X-shaped pattern. She also wore a silver cross necklace around her neck (she was later forced to remove it after becoming a Devil).

   Upon transferring to Kuoh Academy, she wears the Kuoh Academy girls' uniform, albeit with a black sweater vest over her dress shirt in place of the cape and corset which has become her current main attire. Personality

   Asia is extremely shy, innocent and fairly inexperienced in things like socializing. As a former nun, Asia is a devout Christian, despite being reincarnated as a Devil, Asia still believes in God and follows his teachings such as praying to him and reading the Bible, which would usually result in her getting severe headaches. Asia has a strong kindness, even when she was still a human, she harbored no hate towards Devils and treated everyone equally, regardless of what they were. Azazel noted that her unconditionally kindhearted nature forces her Sacred Gear to heal even enemies, as she is incapable of turning a blind eye to the suffering of others. Asia was also in deep shock when she learned from Kokabiel that the God of the Bible was killed during the Great War.

   While initially having difficulty adjusting to her new life as a Devil, she has stated that she has found more important things than her faith in God, those things being her new friends, comrades as well as Issei's parents and Issei himself.

   Asia is noted to be a very pure individual as people are drawn to her and that she is easily liked by others. Her charm and purity is such as that she was able to tame Rassei, a Sprite Dragon despite being a Devil as normally Sprite Dragons aren't tamable by Devils and are only tamable by those with pure hearts. Azazel noted that she had outstanding talent for taming dragons, as after receiving Ophis' blessing, she was able to form a contract with Fafnir, one of the Five Great Dragon Kings. After she managed to tame 4 mass-produced Evil Dragons, her name was spread in the world of Dragons due to the fact that only Evil Gods were able to tame Evil Dragons, as she became known as the Dragon Priestess (龍の巫女, Ryū no Miko) among Dragons. Demonic Power: As a Devil, Asia has all the common skills and powers of one, including the power to cast spells.

   Enhanced Magic Power: As a Bishop, Asia can strengthen her magic and demonic powers, which she normally applies onto her Twilight Healing.

   Magic Talent: As a Bishop, Asia has shown great potential in using magic as she was put in charge of forming a barrier by Freed. Asia is studying under Rossweisse in order to learn summoning and transport magic to help defend herself and increase her combat strength, she can also use Dragon Gate magic circle.[1] Using her Bishop trait she can enhance her healing abilities with Twilight Saint Affection along with Fafnir's golden aura.

   Summoning Magic: Asia is show to be very adept at summoning magic as she is capable of using it to summon various creatures to assist her and Dragon Gate magical circles to summon her guardian familiar; the Golden Dragon King Fafnir. Elemental Magic: Asia is capable of using elemental magic; such as fire and wind magic as demonstrated in her fight against Crom Cruach. Twilight Healing (聖母の微笑トワイライト・ヒーリング, Towairaito Hīringu): Asia's Sacred Gear and her main weapon of choice, she can heal Humans, Devils, Angels, and Fallen Angels alike. Since she has shown no actual combat skills, she relies on her healing abilities as a healer of her team. Asia learned how to expand the range of her healing field and send her healing powers as a projectile, although these are inferior to actual touch. In Volume 11, Azazel has said that she mastered her Twilight Healing more than other possessors in healing powers and time. She can also create a bow and arrow of healing power, and if the arrow is about to hit an enemy, it will disperse instead of healing them.

   Twilight Saint Affection (聖龍姫が抱く慈愛の園トワイライト・セイント・アフェクション, Towairaito Seinto Afekushon): Asia's sub-species Balance Breaker. Asia's Balance Breaker takes the form of a Golden Dragon Armor with red jewels that cover her body and grants her a field of absolute defence and protection. For a limited time, Asia can cover a field with tremendous healing energy and can negate any damage from virtually any sources. It does not negate the attack but rather it negates the damage that the attack would inflict. As Fafnir's aura is included as well, it also boasts immense defence on top of the healing ability. Asia can also used it to heal numerous allies at once on a wide range, using it to heal the allied youkais during the Evil Dragon War.

8. #8Xenovia Quartaconstant

   Keys: Xenovia, Xenovia Quarta

   Xenovia Quarta is one of the many female protagonists of High School DxD. She is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-B and is a natural-born Holy Sword user who wields the Durandal. After learning the truth of God's death in the war, she was excommunicated from the Church and decided to join the Occult Research Club as Rias' second Knight, alongside Yuuto. After Issei's promotion, she now serves under him as his first Knight and is also one of his fiancées.

   Xenovia is a beautiful young woman with chin-length, blue hair with a dyed green fringe on the right side and brown eyes (dark yellow in the anime, season 2-3). Her body measurements are [B87-W58-H88 cm] [B34-W23-H35 in], and her body weight is [56 kg] [123 lbs]. Xenovia's height 166 cm (5 feet 5 inches).

   Her battle attire is her Church battle suit, which consists of a black, skin-tight, short sleeve leotard with pauldrons, matching fingerless gloves that extend to her biceps, and thigh-high boots, all of which are adorned with straps. This attire is worn under a white hooded cloak with gold and blue accents. She also wears a crucifix around her neck, which was later removed after becoming a Devil.

   After joining Issei's peerage and during the Rating Games, Xenovia wears a uniform that consists of a red button top with a white tie and red shorts. She also wears a black waist cape as well as a purple cape over her left shoulder.

   Upon transferring to Kuoh Academy and joining the Occult Research Club, she wears the Kuoh Academy girls' uniform but without the cape. Personality

   When Xenovia was first introduced, she was shown to have a calm, quiet, and serious demeanor, putting her mission first and only speaking when necessary. She was also very cold, bordering on heartless, as she called Asia a witch for becoming a Devil (even though she became one unwillingly so she could be with Issei) and even went so far as to try and kill her. She later threatened to do the same to Kiba when he was technically a Stray. After being reborn as a Devil, however, she gains a very close relationship with Asia, being touched by her kindness and apologizes for calling her a witch when they first met.

   In battle, Xenovia appears to be a bit arrogant, stubborn, and rarely uses her head in attempting to overwhelm her opponents with pure power and strength instead of being subtle or using skills. According to Issei, her fighting style is comparable to that of a Rook despite being a Knight, referring to her as a "Power idiot". As Xenovia was raised in the Church, she lacks common knowledge on the life of a normal person, evident when she brought a box of condoms to school as well as wanting to give birth to strong children, and has chosen Issei as her mate.

   As the series progresses, it is shown that Xenovia has developed genuine romantic feelings towards Issei due to him protecting his comrades, even if he gets injured by doing so. As a result, she becomes more aggressive in seducing him, which proves that Xenovia is quite perverted as well, a fact that she is "cool" with. Demonic Power: Xenovia has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

   Natural-born Holy Sword Wielder: Xenovia is a natural-born holy sword wielder and capable of wielding any holy sword without artificial means like Irina. Even reincarnated as a Devil, Xenovia is still able to wield any holy sword without any issues.

   Enhanced Strength: Due to her years of training in the church, Xenovia gained superb arm strength, able to wield very heavy swords like Excalibur Destruction and Durandal with ease. After being reincarnated into a devil, her natural strength has been increased too.

   Enhanced Speed: Xenovia is able to move at superhuman speeds. She combines her speed with Durandal's destructive powers, making her a formidable fighter. Her speed is further enhanced by her Knight piece. However, Xenovia is considerably slower than Yuuto due to her being power-oriented as opposed to the technique-oriented Yuuto. When further combined with the Excalibur Rapidly, her speed is enhanced and she can move as fast as Masaomi.

   Immense Stamina: Xenovia has massive amounts of stamina and endurance. She was durable enough to confront Nero at the end of their match. She can still muster enough strength to use Cross Crisis enhanced by Crimson Destruction Dragonar.

   Master Swordswoman

   Durandal (デュランダル, Dyurandaru): Xenovia's main weapon, a unique-shaped single-edged blue broadsword that has a golden edge. It is a unique sword, to the point that it responds to the user, for her, Durandal releases a massive aura, which has destructive powers. Xenovia later learned that she can transfer Durandal's aura into another holy sword, as proven when she channeled its holy aura inside Ascalon. Excalibur's Scabbard (エクスカリバーの鞘, Ekusukaribā no Saya): The legendary Scabbard of Excalibur, which emits holy aura similar to a normal holy sword was originally sealed in an underground ruin. This makes Xenovia essentially immortal, healing wounds suffered from even a god-class being, however, this has its limits, but it allowed her to endure the light-based attacks of the Chief-God, Apollon despite being a devil and entrapped in a light cage.

9. #9Rossweisse

   Keys: Rossweisse

   Rossweisse is one of the many female protagonists of High School DxD. A former bodyguard for Odin, she is currently acting as the Civics teacher at Kuoh Academy and Class 3-B's homeroom teacher. She was formerly Rias Gremory's second Rook, alongside Koneko Toujou, but now serves as Issei Hyoudou's first Rook and is one of his fiancées.

   Rossweisse is a beautiful young woman with long, straight silver hair and aqua-colored eyes who appears to be in her late teens. Her body measurements are [B96-W61-H89 cm] [B38-W24-H35 in]; height is 173 cm (5 feet 8 inches) and body weight is [59 kg].

   Her battle attire is normally of a set of Valkyrie armor, which consists of a white breastplate with gold and pale blue accents and matching, fingerless gauntlets, boots, hip guards, and wing-shaped hair clips. She also wears a black leotard underneath her breastplate, black thigh-high stockings, and a pale blue cloth wrapped underneath her hip guards, all of which are clad with pink lacing along with her hair clips.

   For her teaching position at Kuoh Academy, she wears a simple business suit and skirt. When she is not at work, she is noted for often wearing cheap, plain jerseys. Personality

   Rossweisse is known to be a very serious person, acting professional prioritizing work and study above all else since her youth, this however, caused her to miss out on romance, thus is extremely bitter and sensitive about not having a boyfriend and is quick to anger or sadness when made fun of. She has taken a liking to her role as a teacher in education for her students, making sure they understand her lessons and helping them whenever they're in a bind and is appreciated for it. Rossweisse has little tolerance for those who behave unprofessionally, especially for lewd acts at inappropriate times. When she lectures them on standards, they usually retort with her simply being jealous. This may have some truth to it as on numerous occasions she has expressed interests in doing perverted things with her future boyfriend, she also desires her lover to be financially stable with a bright future.

   Despite her seriousness, she is stated to be clumsy and has a tendency to make rash decisions without informing anyone. She is highly susceptible to alcohol as one drink from it can leave her drunk and vomit for extended periods of time. Rossweisse has a lot of repressed baggage from upholding her uptight and modest demeanor which goes out the window when drunk and begins opening her true thoughts and frustrations. She also has a compulsion to buy things at sales when they're cheap, showing enthusiastic excitement whenever she goes to 100-Yen shops, causing Issei to dub her "The 100-Yen Shop Valkyrie". Rossweisse also has a tendency to speak using her country's accent when she is flustered.

   Like the other girls, Rossweisse acts like someone her age whenever she is on a date with Issei as she ended up acting shy when she was called cute. She soon develops romantic feelings for Issei in Volume 17 when he proclaimed to her that he will protect her from Euclid, which he did.

   After falling in love with Issei and becoming engaged to him, Rossweisse has started to partake in perverted activities she normally frowns upon, such as wanting him to apply suntan oil on her, sleeping with him while wearing revealing lingerie and fighting with the other girls over him.

   Demonic Power: As a Devil, Rossweisse has the power common to a Devil, which allows her to cast spells and special phenomena. However, instead of using demonic powers to cause different phenomena, she prefers to use calucations rather than using her imagination.

   Immense Magic Power: As Odin's former bodyguard, Rossweisse has considerable magic power enough to be recognized for her position. In Vol 11, Azazel noted her powers equals that of a High-Class Devil despite her not being a Bishop. In Vol 25, even the Strongest Valkyrie, Brynhildr has recognized that even without Mistilteinn, her magic power already surpassed hers.

   Enhanced Strength: As a Valkyrie, she has higher physical abilities than a normal person, which was raised after being reincarnated into a Rook.

   Enhanced Durability: Rossweisse has enhanced defenses befitting her status as a Rook.

   Master Magician: Rossweisse is a genius in Norse Magic. Despite lacking talent in her house's Seiz-Style Spirit Magic, she realized she was talented in others, such as Rune-style, Gondol-style, offensive magic, and those not used in their house, exceeding Rias and Akeno. She could teach others as she taught Asia about basic summoning magic, and other kinds. Rossweisse uses a high-level, intricate and self-invented magic circle, strengthening her spell's offense and defense, while restraining magic power to the bare minimum.     Age 16 Ravel Phenex is one of the many female protagonists of High School DxD. She is the only daughter and youngest child of Lord Phenex and Lady Phenex, and the younger sister of Ruval Phenex, an unnamed older brother and Riser Phenex. She is a second-year high school student at Kuoh Academy and a former member of Riser's peerage. Like her older brothers, she has inherited the powers of the Phoenix and possesses the power of fire, wind, and immortality. Upon Riser's defeat, she is traded to her mother, Lady Phenex before being traded to Issei Hyoudou, becoming his servant and second Bishop. Ravel is a beautiful young girl with dark blue eyes. She has long blonde hair tied into twintails with large, drill-like curls and blue ribbons keeping them in place. The front of her hair has several bangs hanging over her forehead, with a V-shaped fringe hanging over the bridge of her nose. Ravel's body measurements are [B85-W59-H84 cm] (B33-W23-H33 in); height is 153 cm (5 feet 0 inches) and body weight is [47 kg].

    Her initial outfit consisted of a light purple dress with dark purple accents and a blue bow at the front. At the back, three feather-like extensions mimicking a bird's tail protrude from the dress, which, when combined with her wings of fire, give her a bird-like appearance. Upon transferring to Kuoh Academy, she wears the Kuoh Academy girls' uniform, with the addition of a black sweater over her dress shirt.

    After joining Issei's peerage, during Rating Games, she wears a uniform that consists of a red button top with a white tie, a red skirt as well as a purple cape along with a blue satchel on her waist.

    In the anime, Ravel wears a long, pink dress with white frills and a magenta bow in the front. At her brother's engagement party, she wears a purple dress with matching gloves and black boots and holds a pink folding fan. Personality

    Ravel is first shown to be spoiled, arrogant and snobbish during her debut, but she is later revealed to be a well-mannered, modest, elegant, and polite young girl, but shown to be initially harsh towards those whom she dislikes. She's very loyal to her older brother, as she is seen diligently obeying his authority. She strongly believes that her brother is so powerful, no one could ever possibly defeat him. However, after witnessing his crushing defeat at the hands of Issei Hyoudou, she becomes attracted to him and later falls in love with him as the series progresses, albeit in a tsundere manner. Despite her young age, she's very intelligent, mature and perceptive, being able to understand the atmosphere of any situation as well as surmise Issei's thoughts just by simply looking at him. She is also shown to be a gifted strategist, serving as Issei's main strategist and second in command of his peerage. In this position, Ravel appears to be quite strict as she has her own expectations and standards when it comes to the suitability of someone to serve under Issei, such as when she denied Kuroka's offer to make Le Fay Pendragon Issei's contracted magician due to the latter's affiliation with the Khaos Brigade or when she was initially against letting Elmenhilde Karnstein join Issei's team.

    Ravel has also shown a ruthless side, being relentless in securing victory for her team. This is seen when she consistently read out the manga about Issei and Kiba to Tsubaki Shinra, despite the latter's obvious discomfort and pleas to stop. However, Ravel is also shown to be quite fragile hearted as seen when she cried when she believed she failed Issei after their defeat against Dulio's team in the Azazel Cup. Immortality: As a member of the Phenex Clan, Ravel shares her families' signature regeneration abilities, being able to regenerate lost limbs and recover from wounds instantly as demonstrated in Volume 25, when she regenerated from the damage inflicted by the Valkyrie Squad. However, since their immortality is fueled by Ravel's demonic power and affected by her mental state, if her body would be destroyed multiple times or her demonic power ran out, she wouldn't be able to regenerate. Hell Fire: As a member of the Phenex Clan, Ravel can create and control powerful flames noted to be strong enough to burn Scale Mail armor. She is shown to be capable of blowing half of her brother's head away with a single attack.[1] Defense: Ravel is able to create a shield of demonic power to protect herself or the people around her. Clothing Manipulation: Ravel is shown to be able to alter her whole attire into a different one, most notably when she changed from one piece dress into safari jacket and shorts. Skilled Hand to Hand Combatant: Ravel has learned to fight in close quarters combat after becoming Issei's servant, being able to hold her own against Koneko Toujou, a Rook who specializes in close-quarters combat.

    Genius Intellect

11. #11Ingvild Leviathan

    Keys: Ingvild Leviathan

    Ingvild Leviathan is one of the descendants of the original Leviathan and the Queen of Issei Hyoudou's peerage. She is the possessor of the Longinus; Nereid Kyrie. Ingvild is a beautiful foreign girl who appears to be in her late teens with a "whimsical aura." She has long purple hair and orange eyes.

    She wears a white dress typical of female noble Devils that exposes much of her large breasts, with high slits and long sleeves. She also wears a black mini skirt.

    After joining Issei’s peerage and becoming a student at Kuoh Academy, Ingvild now wears a female school uniform with long purple socks. Personality

    Ingvild is a kind and friendly person and enjoys singing as is shown when she sings at the fountain and for Issei and his group. Ingvild is also shown to love seeing the ocean and going on beaches with her friends. Unlike her fellow members of the Leviathan clan or any other descendants of the original Satans and akin to Vali, she doesn’t have any fanatic arrogance in her heritage as a Satan's descendant nor does she desire world domination like Katerea and the other descendants with the exception of Vali.

    She quickly fell in love with Issei, as it was revealed by her song in the battle against Nyx. She is even shown to be a little jealous of Issei's relationship with his harem such as when she and the other girls caught him with Akeno and Koneko, even thinking about acting like them despite considering it embarrassing. She also appears to be quiet, shy and soft-hearted. She can be very observant, remembering what Meredith said to Issei before she attacked him when the other characters were preoccupied with discussing Issei's condition.

    As noted by Issei once the two had gotten to know one another, despite Ingvild's exceptional talent, she still works hard for the sake of her friends, putting others before herself.

    Immense Demonic Power: As a descendant of the original Leviathan, Ingvild has impressive demonic powers, which according to Rossweisse's measurements is equal to a Satan-Class Devil or higher, being that her demonic power could resist against the brainwashing magic cast on her by Nyx. Despite having little to no practice, she has impressive control of her demonic power, being able to summon a total of ten thirty-meter water dragons, which each released an impressive aura. Rossweisse noted that she is naturally talented in controlling her powers. During training Roygun noted that her strength lies largely in the fact that she can use her enormous amount of aura to compete with almost any opponent on an offensive basis. After receiving the relic of the original Leviathan her abilities were further enhanced. Issei likens her to a female Vali in terms of talent inherited from the original Satans.

    Sea Serpent of the End (掉尾の海蛇龍, Tōbi no Umihebi Ryū) : As a descendant of the Leviathan Clan, Ingvild can control the sea and draw large amounts of water. At full power, she's capable of summoning floods, drowning whole cities and creating a snake-shaped Dragon made of water. Originally, Ingvild wasn't able to use this ability but gained access to it after coming into possession of the relic of the original Leviathan. Elemental Demonic Power: Ingvild specializes in the water element, which she can use to create ten or more enormous water dragons and other constructs. Her power is also capable of nullifying or overpowering the elemental powers of others. Defensive Magic: She has been shown to be able to use a multi-layered defensive magic circle built with her vast demonic power. Teleportation

12. #12Sona Sitri

    Keys: Sona

    Sona Sitri was the heiress of the Sitri Clan, taking the position since her older sister, Serafall Leviathan, who became one of the Four Great Satans. As such, she is the youngest daughter of Lord Sitri and Lady Sitri. She is a first-year college student at Kuoh Academy, the former President of Kuoh Academy's Student Council, and a childhood friend and rival of Rias Gremory. Her alias at Kuoh Academy is Souna Shitori, and she is the third most popular girl at the Academy, behind Rias and Akeno Himejima.

    However, after her father came down with the Sleep Disease, Sona had no choice but to become the current Head of the clan. Age 19

    Sona is a bespectacled young woman with a slim figure, black hair styled in a short bob cut, and violet eyes. Her body measurements are [B77-W57-H83 cm] [B30-W22-H33 in]; her height is 166 cm (5 feet 5 inches) and her body weight is [51 kg].

    She is usually seen dressed in the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform. Personality

    Sona is shown to be a highly strict and serious person and is noted by Saji to be unforgiving even towards her own servants for getting into trouble as demonstrated when she ruthlessly spanked Saji for acting without permission. Whether it is a matter of the Student Council or the Sitri Clan, she does not take anything lightly. Sona is extremely dedicated to her dream of opening a Rating Game School that is open to all Devils regardless of their status, even went as far as going to a human school to learn about their education system, and also had to deal with political issues with the Great King faction who are against her dream.

    Despite her strict nature, Sona is also kind, generous, and compassionate as she helped Saji resolve his financial difficulties in raising his siblings after losing his grandfather, a fact that led Saji to fall for Sona. Sona's wish for opening a school was also to provide more education opportunities for lower-class devils in the Underworld who are restricted by an aristocratic society that limits their chances to learn.

    Despite being mostly calm and serious, Sona does have an emotional and delicate side such as her fragile ego when it comes to baking cakes, which (unknown to her), she is quite bad at. When Walburga started burning Auros Academy with the Incinerate Anthem, she recklessly charged to protect it risking her own life and safety. She is also greatly distraught when she learns about the Rating Game corruption by the Great King Faction from Ajuka when he reveals the King piece. Sona is also extremely attached to her older sister Serafall who has excessively doted on her since childhood. As an adult, Sona is often embarrassed by her sister's childish behavior. Despite this, Sona cares deeply for Serafall and is very protective of her, thus Sona is completely heartbroken when Serafall seals herself in the Isolation Barrier Field without biding farewell, having to wait for millennia before they could be reunited again. Water: As a member of the Sitri Clan, Sona's demonic power specializes in water manipulation, with her control over her techniques surpassing that of Rias, during her fight against Rias where she easily controlled great volumes of water. She has also demonstrated the ability to change the water’s form, creating various creatures out of the water, such as multiple hawks, serpents, valiant lions, wolves, and several large Dragons. By Volume 21, Sona's water demonic power skills became great enough to freely manipulate the sea. In Volume DX.4, Sona's water magic skills improve to the point she can create an army of ten hawks, several colossal lions, and an endless pack of wolves out of water. Leviathan and Beasts: In Volume DX.4, Sona is able to create an enormous water dragon named Leviathan able to spit out countless compressed water needles, breathe, and stakes from its mouth; and countless monsters that attack in an intricate manner. Genius Intellect: Sona is extremely intelligent with incredible foresight. Her intellect is reflected in her talents in strategies, academics, and pedagogy.

    Demonic Power: As a High-Class Devil, Sona has considerable demonic power and talent which she developed through dedicated training, being powerful enough to be one of the Rookies Four, some of the strongest High-Class Devils in their generation. Master Tactician

13. #13Tsubaki Shinra

    Keys: Tsubaki

    Tsubaki Shinra is a first-year college student at Kuoh Academy, the former Vice-President of Kuoh Academy's Student Council, and Sona's Queen. She is the fourth most popular girl in the Academy. Tsubaki is a young bespectacled woman with long straight black hair that extends all the way down to her knees, with split bangs and heterochromic eyes, with a violet left eye and a light brown right eye (both light brown in the anime).

    In addition to wearing the Kuoh Academy girls' school uniform, she also wears blue, semi-rimmed glasses with square lenses. Personality

    Like Sona, Tsubaki has a serious personality and is rarely seen smiling. She also cares deeply for her teammates and is very loyal to Sona. However, ever since her fight with Yuuto Kiba, she began falling in love with him, which causes her to be very shy and flustered when around him to the point where she loses her usual calm demeanor. She is noted to like younger boys who would make her serious, making Yuuto a match in a sense. She is shown to be quite sensitive with regards to her feelings for Kiba and his friendship with Issei, as seen when she begged Ravel to stop reading out the manga based on Issei and Kiba. History

    Tsubaki was born in the Shinra Clan which has an ancient and honorable origin that purifies evil spirits, but due to her trait that calls out to abnormal beings through her mirrors, she received a state which was basically isolation from the other members. She eventually overcame that by becoming a Devil under Sona and changed the mirror to her own powers, which became her Sacred Gear; Mirror Alice.

    She then enters the Kuoh Academy along with Rias, Akeno, Sona and Kiyome, becoming the Vice Student President in her third and final year.

    Demonic Power: Tsubaki has considerable demonic powers as demonstrated during Kokabiel's attack on Kuoh Academy where alongside Sona, a High-Class Devil, Tsubaki could maintain the barrier surrounding Kuoh Academy for an extended period of time, whereas Sona's other servants began to deplete their demonic powers in doing so.

    Genshirou Saji is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-C, being the Academy's Student Council Vice-President and is Sona Sitri's Pawn. He is also in love with her. He is a friend and a rival of Issei Hyoudou.

    Age 18

    Saji is a young man with short blond hair and grey eyes. He wears the Kuoh Academy boys' school uniform, albeit without the blazer and his sleeves are rolled up. His height is [168 cm] and body weight is [61 kg].

    Because of Grigori's modifications, he has a [G] on his back. Personality

    ...I see, it’s obsession. A human’s obsession can be described as the most frightening thing... It’s been a long time since I’ve been exposed to such obsession. Even after reincarnating as a Devil, his will has remained so strong because he still retains the spirituality of being human.

    Saji's initial impression was someone who appeared arrogant and egotistic, as shown when he looked down on Issei and bragged about himself while unaware of Issei's capabilities. Saji has an overall personality similar to Issei's and is his parallel in the Student Council. He looks at Sona with the same lustful eyes which Issei looks at Rias with and he cares deeply for his comrades. Saji is also fiercely loyal to Sona, going as far as to say that Sona's dream is his dream and tries his best to help her fulfill her dream of building a Rating Game School that is open to everyone, regardless of status.

    His love and loyalty for Sona stems from her helping him resolve his financial difficulties in raising his siblings after his parents and grandfather passed away. Saji is also an extremely caring older brother towards his younger siblings Kaho and Gengo, having become their guardian after his grandfather's death. Demonic Power: Saji has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells. Through the use of Promotion, Saji can increase his demonic power. Saji and the Student Council were able to create a barrier around Kuoh Academy during Kokabiel's attack.

    Teleportation: Saji demonstrated the ability to teleport himself to any location. Immense Strength: Similar to Issei, at the beginning, Saji's strength was considered to be below average when compared to others. Due to his intense training since then, he could get into a proper fist fight against Issei outside his Balance Breaker, and was capable of hauling large objects with his Absorption Line as improvised weapons by smashing them into Issei. After training and gaining Balance Breaker, his strength has grown to where his powers matched a Dragon King. In Volume DX.4, he was able to fight with Issei in his Crimson Armor, which caused tremendous shock waves in the surroundings of the Rating Game.

    Immense Durability

    Vritra's Sacred Gears: Unique to Saji, he has a total of four Sacred Gears, each holding a piece of Vritra, one of the Five Dragon Kings, the Prison Dragon. His original one is Absorption Line, while the other three were acquired from Grigori. After undergoing modification surgery by Grigori, Vritra was awakened, in addition to attaining three additional abilities.

    Absorption Line ‖ Dragon King Vritra Saji launching a line with Absorption Line Absorption Line (黒い龍脈アブソーブション・ライン, Absōrpushon Rain): Saji's original Sacred Gear, taking form as a deformed lizard on his right hand. It has the ability to stretch out its tongue, attaching to and absorbing the power of whoever it is wrapped to, and was later stated as also being able to redistribute that power to others. These lines seem to have something of an intangible quality, seemingly protected from physical attacks alone, as even an Excalibur was unable to cut them, harmlessly passing through one, before it's user activated it's holy aspect. After training, it took the form of a black snake around his arm, and became able to create multiple lines instead of one, absorb blood from a target, transfer power into items and convert his life-force into demonic power. Saji can also use these lines to perform three-dimensional movements. Blaze Black Flare (邪龍の黒炎ブレイズ・ブラック・フレア, Bureizu Burakku Furea): His acquired Sacred Gear, which allows him to create and control black cursed flames that Loki couldn't extinguish, even to the event of his death, and Georg had to create an entire sub-dimension just to remove them from himself. Saji can also further increase the power of his physical attacks with the cursed flames. In his fight with Bedeze, he demonstrated the ability to reabsorb these flames if an enemy attempts to redirect them back at him. Delete Field (漆黒の領域デリート・フィールド, Derīto Fīrudo): His acquired Sacred Gear, which allows him to create an area where his opponent's powers is reduced until it vanishes. Shadow Prison (龍の牢獄シャドウ・プリズン, Shadō Purizun): His acquired Sacred Gear, which allows him to control black flames different from those of Blaze Black Flare, these being able to restrain his opponents or act like barriers. Vritra Promotion (龍王変化ヴリトラ・プロモーション, Vuritora Promōshon): A unique form, where he transforms into an enormous Eastern Dragon made of black flames, letting him use all four Vritra Sacred Gears at the same time.

15. #15Momo Hanakai

    Keys: Momo

    Momo Hanakai is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-C and one of Sona's Bishops. A young, beautiful girl with white hair and blue-green eyes. She mostly wears a Kuoh Academy girl's school uniform.

    Age 18

    Personality

    Momo is shown to be very caring towards her teammates. She originally had feelings for Yuuto Kiba but has begun to have a crush on Saji who she affectionately calls "Gen-chan", ever since witnessing his battle against Issei. Momo has a love rivalry with her junior Ruruko who was also in love with Saji, but gave up on him after seeing how still attached to Sona he was. History

    Momo has known about the Sitri clan since her childhood mainly due to her father having a high post in a certain company that is affiliated with the Sitri clan. At some point before the series, she was reincarnated into a Devil by Sona and joined the Student Council in the process although the reason for doing so is unknown. Demonic Power: Momo has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

    Enhanced Magic Power: As a Bishop, she can strengthen her magic and demonic powers.

    Magic Talent: Due to her Bishop piece, Momo possesses enhanced magical abilities. She and Reya were able to create a special barrier to hide Sona's presence during their Rating Game against the Occult Research Club.

    Reversal (反転リバース, Ribāsu): An ability gained from Grigori, which lets her inverse the effects of any powers or items, which was utilized to reverse Asia's healing area created using Twilight Healing, turning it into damaging power instead, eliminating herself, Asia, and Issei. However, she and the others stopped using it after the Rating Game against Rias and her peerage. Applause Wall (刹那の絶園アブローズ・ウォール, Aburōzu Uōru): Momo's Artificial Sacred Gear she received from Grigori. It takes the form of a pair of bracelets that has the ability to create barriers at will within a certain distance.

    Bishop Piece (僧侶の駒, Sōryo no koma): Momo was reincarnated using the Bishop Piece, which her grants enhanced magic power.

16. #16Tsubasa Yura

    Tsubasa Yura is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-C and one of Sona's Rooks. Tsubasa is a tall girl with blue, shoulder-length hair and matching eyes. She has the basic appearance of a tomboy and has a bishounen face. Personality

    Tsubasa is shown to be a polite girl. She is a somewhat tomboyish girl and prefers to be assigned physical work. Tsubasa also appears to have an interest in men who become muddy after they fight, which causes her to develop an attraction to Issei Hyoudou. History

    Since she was young and before reincarnating into a Devil, Tsubasa was able to see or touch supernatural beings or phenomena. She would engage in fights with monsters or evil spirits and defeat them with martial arts alone, but could not defeat stronger ones.[1]

    At some point before the series, she was reincarnated into a Devil by Sona, and joined the Student Council in the process.

    Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: Yura has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

    Enhanced Strength: Prior to her reincarnation, Tsubasa could defeat weaker monsters and evil spirits using her natural strength, which was strengthened due to her Rook piece. In fact, one kick was strong enough to send several cars in a parking garage flying.

    Enhanced Durability: As a Rook, Tsubasa has high defenses. After receiving Twinkle Aegis her defense has further enhanced.

    Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Tsubasa has been said to excel in hand-to-hand combat; specifically martial arts. It is stated by Issei that Yura used to beat up monsters or evil spirits with martial arts alone. In Volume DX.3, Yura able to hold her own against Issei in his Scale Mail armor and infuse demonic power into her punches and kicks.

    Contract: She had also made a pact with fairy and different spirits whom she can seal within Twinkle Aegis.

    Paranormal Awareness: Yura from a young age was able to see or touch supernatural beings or phenomena.

17. #17Tomoe Meguri

    Tomoe Meguri is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-C and one of Sona's Knights. Tomoe is a beautiful girl with shoulder-length, reddish-brown hair tied into twintails and brown eyes. Her hair features swept bangs and a single strand of hair sticking out from the top.

    Age 18 Personality

    Tomoe is a hyperactive girl and is usually cheerful. She also cares a lot for her master and friends, showing frustration when Heracles defeated her comrades through underhanded means. She is known to be interested in younger boys, where she is stated to really like Gasper Vladi due to his younger and childish appearance. History

    Tomoe hails from the Meguri Clan who mainly exorcised demons as it was their way of life, using Spirit Swords and their unique sword style to do so. However, a certain Youkai with a grudge cursed the family, and Tomoe's soul was cursed since the day she was born. Her parents requested the curse be lifted from a Devil who turned out to be Sona Sitri. She was then reincarnated as Sona's Knight as this was the only way to break the curse placed on her and eventually joined the Student Council as its secretary. This action of reincarnation caused Tomoe's family to be exiled from the exorcism business for having a devil in the clan. Demonic Power: Meguri has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

    Enhanced Speed: As a Knight, Meguri possesses enhanced speed and mobility.

    Expert Swordswoman: Meguri is an expert swordswoman. During the Rating Game between Rias and Sona, she was able to keep up with Yuuto Kiba and Xenovia Quarta, which shows her capability.

    Flight: Being a Devil, Meguri can fly using her wings. Equipment

    Blazer Shining or Darkness Samurai Sword (閃光と暗黒の龍絶刀ブレイザー・シャイニング･オア・ダークネス・サムライソード, Bureizā Shainingu Oa Dākunesu Samurai Sōdo): An Artificial Sacred Gear that she received from Azazel. Like the original, it possesses the same destructive powers as well as the ability to cut down spirits without physical forms. It can also release a bright and dark aura.

    Unnamed Counter Balance: Tomoe's sword changes shape and four armored samurai appear beside her. It is stated that the four samurai are weaker than Yuuto's knights. Katana: Tomoe's weapon of choice prior to obtaining her Artificial Sacred Gear.

    Knight Piece (騎士の駒, Kishi no koma): Tomoe was reincarnated using a Knight Piece, which enhances her speed, making her faster than an average person.

18. #18Reya Kusaka

    Keys: Reya

    Reya Kusaka is a third-year high school student at Kuoh Academy in Class 3-C and one of Sona's Bishops. Kusaka is a slim girl with long brown hair that ends in two short braids and matching eyes. She also wears a blue headband. Personality

    Reya is a soft-spoken and polite girl. While Reya admits that she likes Yuuto, she's not as passionate as Tsubaki. She also notes that he has become friendlier and easy to talk to, since the events of Volume 3. History

    Reya learned about the existence of Devils from her grandmother who was a witch and through this knowledge is how she met Sona. At some point before the series, she was reincarnated into a devil by Sona, joining the Student Council in the process.[1]

    Demonic Power: Reya has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

    Enhanced Magic Power: As a Bishop, she can strengthen her magic and demonic powers.

    Magic Talent: Due to being taught magic by her grandmother and having her potential enhanced by her Bishop piece, Reya possesses enhanced magical abilities. She and Momo were able to create a special barrier to hide Sona's presence during their Rating Game against the Occult Research Club. Her communication/spying ability is based on the magic that she learned from her grandmother.

    Reversal (反転リバース, Ribāsu): An ability gained from Grigori, which lets her inverse the effects of any powers or items, which she tried to use against Akeno's lightning strike, but was unable to reverse her Holy Lightning. However, she and the others stopped using it after the Rating Game against Rias and her peerage.

    Flight: Being a Devil, Reya can fly using her wings.

    Scouting Persona (怪人達の仮面舞踏会スカウティング・ペルソナ, Sukautingu Perusona): Reya's Artificial Sacred Gear. It creates masks and Reya uses them observe through the masks to search for the enemy, to gather information, or simply to act as a shield.

    Bishop Piece (僧侶の駒, Sōryo no koma): Reya was reincarnated using the Bishop Piece, which grants her enhanced magic power.

19. #19Ruruko Nimura

    Keys: Ruruko

    Ruruko Nimura is a second-year high school student at Kuoh Academy and was formerly Sona Sitri's Pawn until she was traded to Xenovia’s Peerage. Ruruko is a short girl with brown hair in long twin ponytails and green eyes. She wears a pair of green clips in her hair and she also wears striped green stockings.

    Age 18

    Personality

    Ruruko had a crush on Genshirou Saji and had a love rivalry with her senior Momo Hanakai, who is also in love with Saji, until she later decided to let go of her love for Saji. She has a hot-headed personality like Xenovia, wanting to solve problems through violence, rather than negotiation. She also has a delinquent side to her, as shown when she calls Xenovia "Boss" in the tone of an underling from a gang. She also complains that she's the only one single in the supernatural side of the second-year students. History

    Ruruko by chance, happened to learn about Sona and her peerage being devils and willingly asked to be reincarnated into her peerage. Sona did so and she joined the Student Council in the process.[1] Her crush on Saji began when he started giving lots of help once he started doing Student Council work.

    Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: Ruruko has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells. Through the use of Promotion, Ruruko can increase her demonic power. Ruruko and Student Council were able to create a barrier around Kuoh Academy during Kokabiel's attack.

    Immense Speed: Through the use of Promotion, Ruruko can increase her speed. With the artificial Sacred Gear Procellarum Phantom, Ruruko speed increase to the point that she faster then Xenovia. In Volume DX.4, Ruruko in her Hyper Procellarum Phantom form was able to exceed Issei's Cardinal Crimson Promotion form in terms of speed. In True Volume 3, according to Ouryuu's thought process, Ruruko's speed has increased and seems to exceed Yuuto Kiba's speed.

    Enhanced Durability: Through the use of Promotion, Ruruko can increase her defense.

    Master Hand-to-Hand Combatant

    Procellarum Phantom (玉兎と嫦娥プロセラルム・ファントム, Puroserarumu Fantomu): Ruruko's Artificial Sacred Gear, which takes form as a set of armor on her legs granting her both great speed and immensely powerful kicks. It was shown that she can leave behind after images of herself to confuse her opponents.

    Hyper Procellarum Phantom (玉兎と嫦娥と巨蟹ハイパー ・プロセラルム・ファントム, Haipā Puroserarumu Fantomu): The Procellarum Phantom's Counter Balance, which covers Ruruko's upper body in armor as well. This form greatly increases both her leg strength and speed, making it difficult for Issei to follow in his Cardinal Crimson Promotion and deflect a number of techniques such as Dress Break through using her kicks. In True Volume 3, it is later stated that Hyper Procellarum Phantom, has likely attained time-based abilities, making time move different for Ruruko, making it appear that people around her are moving in slow motion. Pawn Piece (兵士ポーンの駒, Pōn no koma): Ruruko was reincarnated using a Pawn Piece, which initially doesn't grant any special abilities like the other Evil Pieces, but which possesses the ability to use Promotion to gain the abilities of other Evil Pieces.

    Promotion: Being a Pawn, Ruruko can use Promotion to temporarily gain the traits of a Queen, Rook, Knight or Bishop.

    Age 18 Vali Lucifer is the remaining descendant of the original Lucifer and the leader of the Vali Team that was previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade, now a part of Team DxD. He is the wielder of the Longinus; Divine Dividing, being the possessor of the Vanishing Dragon, Albion. As such, he is the direct rival of Issei Hyoudou and Ddraig. Vali is a handsome young man with light silver hair and hazel eyes). He is often seen wearing a dark green V-neck shirt with a high-collared black leather jacket over it. He also wears burgundy jeans with a silver chain drooping down over them and black leather chaps with three bands encircling his right calf, and black shoes with black buckles. As with other Devils, Vali has black bat-like wings on his back. However, unlike other Devils, he possesses a total of eight. Vali also bears a great resemblance to his grandfather, Rizevim Livan Lucifer. Vali's height is 168 cm (5 feet 6 inches) and body weight is [60 kg]. Personality

    While initially appearing to be a cold, arrogant, overconfident and ruthless person, Vali has a calm, noble, and caring side in him as he cares deeply for his comrades. Wielding the Longinus "Divine Dividing" and his demonic powers, he refuses to use any other weapon besides the two, owing to a strong yet somewhat stubborn confidence in his capabilities.

    He is known to be a prideful young man and a battle maniac, being obsessed in finding strong opponents, and having said that he would gladly welcome death if there was no one strong enough for him to fight. While Vali does take some pride in being the descendant of the original Lucifer, but not in the same arrogantly fanatic extent as the other Old Satan descendants. This is most likely due to his childhood where his father, whose fanatical pride as Lucifer's grandson, was one of the two factors that led him to abuse his own son due to having greater potential than himself which led him to understand humility, the experiences of his childhood make him more realistic unlike the other Old Satan descendants like Shalba, Creuserey and Katerea who were too blinded by anachronistic pride of their lineage and their delusional ambition to acknowledge their limits and the power of others, thus explaining his refusal to help the Old Satan Faction. Unlike his ancestor and the other Old Satan descendants, Vali has absolutely no interest in world domination due to his humility and realistic worldview.

    Vali shows a proper attitude towards beings that deserve respect.

    Divine Dividing (白龍皇の光翼ディバイン・ディバイディング, Dibain Dibaidingu): His sacred gear and sole weapon, classified as one of the original 13 Longinus, which holds the spirit of the Vanishing Dragon, Albion. It takes form as a pair of light wings, enabling high-speed flight, while working opposite to the Boosted Gear, where it divides his target's power in half every 10-seconds, the halved power it added onto his; reaching his maximum limit, the excess power it released through his wings, keeping him at top performance. Later on, Vali could use Half-Dimension without Balance Breaker, and gained Reflect, letting him redirect incoming attacks.     Vali does possess a more vulnerable side, a side that he almost never shows. This side of him comes from the extreme abuse and persecution that Vali suffered at his father's hand. During the battle between Issei and Rizevim, he was captivated by his rival's fighting for his family the same time Vali felt lonely. While Vali never says it, Azazel has noted that Vali actually wanted to be raised in a happy family like Issei's, as well as being a normal person with no special lineage. This was shown in Volume 21 when Aži Dahāka pointed out that Vali's deepest desire is a family.

    His painful childhood caused by his father and Rizevim also led him to learn and understand compassion, a trait that other descendants of the original Satans did not have. Vali has repeatedly done selfless acts of kindness such as saving Asia from being disintegrated by exposure to the Dimensional Gap as well as helping Rias to stop Issei's life threatening rampage when he went berserk from activating Juggernaut Drive though he openly demonstrated a neutral demeanor when doing so. The greatest sign of his compassion is that Vali cared immensely for his mother who was the only person in his tragic childhood to have shown him kindness, leading him to withstand his father's horrible abuse for the sake of protecting her. Vali's strong resolve to protect his mother also extends to his younger half-siblings. During his death match with Aži Dahāka, the safety and protection of his mother and half siblings became the driving force and determination that spurred Vali to attain victory against the Evil Dragon.

    Due to the indirect fulfillment of his vengeance with his father and grandfather's respective deaths, Vali became more open in interacting with people, having accepted Goro's invitation to join them on a fishing trip at the beach simply for leisure and at Vidar's request, he moved into Kuoh Town to safeguard it from the Alliance of Hell, a significant change from his originally cold and battle obsessed nature which Issei noted in True Volume 2.

    Aside from battles, Vali is also utterly obsessed with noodles, in particular, ramen. He would go out of his way to visit famous ramen shops to eat ramen and even do culinary research on ramen. His devotion to his ramen research is such that he would travel between the Human world, Underworld and other mythological locations to procure special ingredients for his own ramen recipe. He is also extremely proud of his ramen research as he was completely shocked that his personally invented ramen recipe was criticized by Odin, Michael, Sirzechs and Azazel during the Pavilion Kingdom exhibition.

    Unlike his rival Issei, Vali is said to have an extreme lack of interest in the opposite sex, having no interest in romance since he was a child.[1] When pressed by Odin, Vali reveals that he has a slight fetish for women's butts (contrasting with Issei's everlasting fetish for women's breasts, although it's more downplayed and he would still prefer fighting), resulting in Odin calling him (and in turn, Albion) the Butt Dragon Emperor (ケツ龍皇 Ketsuryūkō). History

    He was born as the son of Razevan Lucifer, the son of Rizevim, conceived from his sexual fling with a human woman, making him a half-breed. Once it was revealed that Vali bore one of the Longinus, Divine Dividing, in addition to the power inherited from his great-grandfather, the original Lucifer, his father soon developed an inferiority complex toward his son who he viewed as a monster for holding those two powers. Because of the advice from Rizevim, Razevan started to bully and physically abuse Vali for his powers if he was so scared of him.

    Although he received physical abuse from his father, he was loved by his human mother who would tend to his wounds, attempt to protect him, and fed him whatever she could even if it was pasta, which became his favorite despite the bland taste. Vali soon ran away from home before being found by Azazel, who brought him in and raised him in Grigori, teaching him about both his Longinus and demonic powers with the intention of killing both his father and grandfather for being abused during his childhood.

    At 13-years-old, he started living with the members of the Slash/Dog Team, which included Tobio and Lavinia, the two members he viewed as older siblings, although he wouldn't admit it. At some point afterwards, the previous Ouryuu Nakiri caused trouble for him and Tobio resulting in him losing his position, which was passed down onto his cousin, Ryuuta Nakiri, who inherited the Sacred Beast and its name.

    At some point, Vali ended up meeting both the current Monkey King, Bikou, and Kuroka, a Nekoshou SS-Class Stray Devil, both of who became part of his secret team, where he sought to defeat Rizevim and to challenge stronger opponents. Powers & Abilities

    Devil Clan Full Symbol - Maou Lucifer Vali Lucifer’s Magic Circle. Immense Demonic Power: As the original Lucifer's great-grandson, he has extraordinary demonic power, and talent superior to other Satan descendants which he developed further through dedicated training since childhood in order to surpass his father and grandfather. Azazel stated that if his power was combined with Divine Dividing, Vali could become one of the strongest beings, and the strongest White Dragon Emperor of all time, past, present, and future. His demonic power lets him control Juggernaut Drive, using it as an alternative source before gaining its new form. In fact, Vali survived Samael's curse, although both Sun Wukong and Bikou's powers were needed to heal him. In D×D Lucifer, his demonic power alone could obliterate a 5,000 meter mountain using one blast and fight Aži Dahāka, who reached the Heavenly Dragons in power. Vali became a Super Devil candidate, and soon became one after fighting Hades following the Hell Disaster.

    Immense Durability: He is extremely durable with high pain tolerance which he developed from his childhood, when he was brutally abused by his father. He could endure vicious wounds from Fenrir, the monstrous wolf able to kill gods and later endured Samael's poison. Even after being viciously bitten by Aži Dahaka in a heavily exhausted state, he mustered the strength to use the Satan Lucifer Smasher. He was able to endure punches from Vasco Strada in his prime, then vicious attacks from Crom Cruach. Vali endured an assortment of attacks from Nezha's Divine Weapons and during the Hell Disaster, he withstood divine blasts from Hades and continued fighting despite his injuries.

    Vali's speed Vali overwhelms Kokabiel with his speed. Immense Speed: Vali has incredible speed, which using his Scale Mail allowed him to tear off Kokabiel's wings before he could react, with Yuuto comparing Vali's movement speed to light speed. He could avoid Loki's attacks in a manner that resembles an acrobat with ease, which even the extremely prideful Evil God was willing to acknowledge. During his battles against prime Vasco Strada using his silver armor, he circled around him at god-like speed to where he vanished and avoided Crom Cruach's attacks. In D×D Lucifer he could move at god-speed beyond normal perception, however, the Strongest Evil Dragon managed to react using his vast combat experience and honed battle intuition.

    Immense Stamina: He has tremendous stamina and endurance, being capable of maintaining his Scale Mail for one month, then endured being wounded by Fenrir, then activated his Juggernaut Drive. In Volume 24, Vali could continue fighting against Vasco even after the latter returned to his physical prime, then fought against Crom Cruach, the Strongest Evil Dragon, on even terms. He later competed in an intense match against Nezha, a Buddha rivaling Sun Wukong in power, as well as Hades, then later fought against Gvardora without rest before ultimately succumbing to his fatigue.

    Genius Intellect: Vali is highly intelligent. While under Azazel, he has acquired incredible knowledge on various mythologies, supernatural beings, and Sacred Gears. Having an interest in exploration and archaeology, he also investigates the mysteries of the world while exploring with his team such as Great Red, extinct civilizations like Mu and Atlantis, and ancedotes of legendary people.

    Master Combatant: Having received training from Azazel since childhood, Vali became an extremely proficient combatant capable of defeating the Cadre, Kokabiel without using his full strength. In Volume 4, he overwhelmed Issei, who was using an incomplete Scale Mail and even with the latter using Ascalon against him. After receiving training from Sun Wukong, his combat skills has improved to where he could defeat Aži Dahāka on his own, an enemy Vali previously fought against with his entire team and failed to defeat. When combined with his D×D Lucifer, Vali's skills allow him to fight on par with Crom Cruach.

    Master Magician: Vali has also shown to be extremely talented in using magic, most frequently Devil Magic enhanced by his demonic power and the power he absorbed through Divine Dividing. He is capable of learning Norse Magic in a very short period of time and was able to immediately and effectively use it during his fight with Loki, a Norse God familiar with the magic style. In Volume 20, he was able to produce a sword made from magic in order to slice off a weakened Rizevim's arm without using his Divine Dividing.

Defensive Magic: Vali can use defensive magic to protect himself and others from powerful attacks. He used it to repel Issei Hyoudou during their fight and to defend against Shalba Beelzebub's attacks, despite being weakened by Samael's poison. Issei noted Vali's defensive magic is more sturdier than Diodora's whose magic is enhanced by Ophis's snake. Teleportation Magic: Vali is capable of using teleportation magic, as he is capable of teleporting to various locations and even being capable of sneaking into the Underworld without the permission of the Devil government. Summoning Magic: Vali is capable of summoning Gogmagog from the alternative dimension where he is kept. Flight: Being a half-Devil, Vali can fly using his 8 wings, in addition to the dragon wings provided to him by Divine Dividing. Equipment

Divine Dividing (白龍皇の光翼ディバイン・ディバイディング, Dibain Dibaidingu): His sacred gear and sole weapon, classified as one of the original 13 Longinus, which holds the spirit of the Vanishing Dragon, Albion. It takes form as a pair of light wings, enabling high-speed flight, while working opposite to the Boosted Gear, where it divides his target's power in half every 10-seconds, the halved power it added onto his; reaching his maximum limit, the excess power it released through his wings, keeping him at top performance. Later on, Vali could use Half-Dimension without Balance Breaker, and gained Reflect, letting him redirect incoming attacks.

    HS DxD - Scale Mail Divine Divding Divine Dividing: Scale Mail. Divine Dividing: Scale Mail (白龍皇の鎧ディバイン・ディバイディング・スケイルメイル, Dibain Dibaidingu: Sukeiru Meiru): Divine Dividing's Balance Breaker that creates a White Dragon Armor similar to Boosted Gear Scale Mail. In this form Vali is able to use Divide without the 10 second limit. Half Dimension (ハーフ ディメンション, Hāfu Dimenshon): The Divine Dividing also has the ability to halve the size of objects and living beings, and the user does not need to make any contact with the target to use this ability. Vali in his Juggernaut Drive Vali in his Juggernaut Drive. Juggernaut Drive (覇龍ジャガーノート・ドライヴ, Jagānōto Doraivu): A form unique to the Boosted Gear and Divine Dividing. The Juggernaut Drive temporarily removes the seal placed on the Heavenly Dragons granting the user immense power. The Juggernaut Drive, however, causes the user to lose sanity while having their lives devoured by the power. However, Vali is able to avoid this using his large amount of demonic powers as an alternative source of power instead of his lifespan; however, if used for extended periods of time, it will eventually cause him to go berserk. Even after deactivation, Vali suffered from immense exhaustion. Empireo Juggernaut Overdrive (白銀の極覇龍エンピレオ・ジャガーノート・オーバードライブ, Enpireo Jagānōto Ōbādoraibu): A new enhanced form that surpasses Juggernaut Drive. Vali obtained it after he successfully sealed all of the past possessors' consciousness. In this form, the color of his armor changes to silver. Like Issei's Cardinal Crimson Promotion, it does not consume his lifespan. When first introduced, Vali can only sustain this form for a short period of time before he must deactivate. By Volume 24, however, he is able to maintain this form for a much longer time. Compression Divider (コンプレッション　ディバイダー, Konpuresshon Dibaidā): In this state, Vali can use an enhanced version of Half Dimension, which halves a specific target constantly until they vanish from existence. This ability is very powerful as it killed Pluto in just a second and was able to compress Aži Dahāka's forbidden magic. Diabolos Dragon Lucifer (魔王化－『D×D』・L－ディアボロス・ドラゴン・ルシファー, Diaborosu Doragon Rushifā): Vali's DxD form. This form is the combination of the White Dragon Emperor's power and the Lucifer power that Vali synced through Ophis' blessing. Similarly to the Diabolos Dragon God Issei possesses, the armor is a mix of silvery-white and jet-black and also possesses the same organic characteristic. And unlike Diabolos Dragon God, he manifests the Crest of Lucifer instead of the symbol of Infinity(∞) on all of his Jewels. Vali gains twelve wings of Lucifer in this form, which can be ejected and turned into wyverns, similarly to the Dividing Wyvern Faeries that Issei is able to create. The power that Diabolos Dragon Lucifer possesses is enough to completely destroy a 5,000 meter-tall mountain in one attack and fight on par with Crom Cruach, the strongest Evil Dragon. Vali can only sustain this form for a short time. In this form, Vali's power surpasses that of the original Lucifer. Satan Compression Divider (サタン・コンプレッション・ディバイダー, Satan Konpuresshon Dibaidā): Vali builds up his power and releases an ultimate blast of silvery-white and black demonic radiance that halves anything within its range until it vanishes from existence. Azi Dahaka notes that this is not an ability or a technique, but a simple release of light. Satan Lucifer Smasher (サタン・ルシファー・スマッシャー, Satan Rushifā Sumasshā): Vali's own enhanced version of Longinus Smasher. Similarly to the Longinus Smasher, a cannon muzzle appears from the chest cavity which then fires a bombardment of silvery-white and black aura. Dividing Wyvern Fairy (白龍皇の妖精達ディバイディング・ワイバーン・フェアリー, Dibaidingu Waibān Fearī): In this form, Vali can detach his wings which then form into small white Wyverns that can also use Divide and Reflect, as well as using Half Dimension. The Wyverns are able to change into cannons that fires out a powerful shot of Lucifer’s aura. The Wyverns are also able to use Albion's hidden technique Reduce (減少, Genshō), an ability that releases a deadly venom which could kill anyone as it cuts down not only their bodies but also their souls, however, this is ineffective towards Ophis, Great Red and Ddraig. White Dragon Emperor Albion Manifestation (白龍皇アルビオン顕現, Hakuryūkou Arubion Kengen): Vali gained the ability to summon Albion into battle by performing a chant.

    Keys: Kuroka

    Kuroka, later named Kuroka Toujou is a Nekoshou, a rare variant of Nekomata. She is the older sister of Koneko Toujou, making her the firstborn daughter of Fujimai and her human lover. After their parent's deaths, she and her sister were turned by the Naberius clan into reincarnated Devils. However, after killing her previous master to protect her sister, Kuroka became an SS-Class Devil, one of the most wanted criminals.

    Age 22

    She soon became a member of the Vali Team, who were previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade, upon joining the Team DxD, she was exonerated from her previous crimes because of her actions. She is also one of Issei's fiancees. After the defeat of the Alliance of Hell, she became Xenovia Quarta's Bishop.

    Kuroka is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous figure, long black hair with split bangs, and hazel-gold eyes with cat-like pupils. Her body measurements are [B98-W57-H86 cm] [B39-W23-H35 in]; height is 161 cm (5 feet 3 inches) and body weight is [49 kg].

    Her attire consists of a black kimono, a yellow obi, a set of golden beads, and an ornately detailed headband. The kimono features a red interior and it is open at her shoulders, giving view to her large breasts which rival those of Rias and Akeno in terms of size.

    In her Nekomata form, which she is in all the time, she grows a pair of black cat ears and two black tails. Personality

    At first, Kuroka was shown to be rather malicious, with her aura described as being more "outright evil" when compared to the "vice" of Azazel's. In the past, she was said to have murdered her previous master, as she was unable to gain control over her Senjutsu, and was driven mad as a result. This initially seemed true, with her first appearance having her declare her intention to kill Rias, Issei, and her sister after the latter refused her, and that was after using poison to weaken Koneko and Rias, all after commenting on her intention to use Koneko as "a piece under my control".

    However, she later claimed that vicious display was just her "going with the mood". Under normal circumstances, Kuroka is rather playful, nonchalant, and simple-minded, simply enjoying teasing people. She's rather vulgar, often using her beauty and sensuousness as a weapon among her arsenal of teasing others, most notably Issei. Fenrir once stated his belief that because of these traits she wastes her potential. Kuroka is also lustful and perverted as she enjoyed openly doing sexual things with Issei without restraint and is also proud of her sex appeal and breasts as she is offended when Bikou insulted her breasts. When Issei lost his perversion as a result of the Alphecca Tyrant, Kuroka was dismayed calling it a serious illness.

    Above all else, despite her mischievous nature, she can be a kind and compassionate woman who loves Koneko more than anything, wanting peace more than anyone. To raise Koneko after becoming orphans, Kuroka agreed to become a reincarnated Devil. She murdered her former Master to protect her younger sister from him, though it meant she'd become labeled as a criminal and continued to play that part. However, Kuroka often has a hard time showing this side of herself, often opting to tease her younger sister instead.

    She expressed an interest in having strong children, at first having propositioned Vali, but was rejected, then turning her attention to Issei, both of whom are the Heavenly Dragons' hosts. Her reason being because she wanted her species, the Nekoshou, to bloom once again, their kind being inherently rare. Before and after moving into the Hyoudou Residence, Kuroka is often described as a freeloader. Most of the time, she's seen playing video games and being a glutton, never assisting around the house and instead leaves that work to the others, unlike Le Fay. After being called out on this fact, Kuroka often offered Issei sex as a means of getting out of it. Like her sister Koneko, Kuroka is also shown to have a big appetite, as she would eat other people's snacks without asking and accompanied the Gremory group on their fishing trip solely to eat the fish they caught, claiming all the nutrients go to her breasts. Kuroka is the older sister of Koneko (then known as Shirone) who was born to a Nekoshou called Fujimai and a human researcher. After losing her parents, she and her sister were later taken in by an unnamed Devil from the branch family of the House of Naberius, and she was reincarnated as the Devil's Bishop using up two Evil Pieces. Demonic Power: As a Devil, Kuroka has all the common skills and powers of one, including the power to cast various spells. She primarily uses this in tandem with her Senjutsu and Youjutsu techniques. Koneko has stated that her power rivals that of an Ultimate-Class Devil and even with Tannin's help, it wouldn't be easy to capture her.[3]

    Immense Magic Power: As a Bishop who took two Bishop Pieces, Kuroka is able to enhance her magic and demonic powers to a greater extent than regular Bishops.

    Youjutsu Master: As a Nekoshou, she is highly talented in Youjutsu, being able to perform spells common among Youkai, whether for offense, defense, or support. She is skilled enough to instruct her younger sister in it, as well as effectively support her teammates in combat with her Youjutsu skills. A testament to this is the time, Kuroka could research and developed a Youjutsu poison powerful enough to affect Sun Wukong using his descendant as the test subject, causing irregular effects on Bikou with spells, curses, and medicines.

    Poison Mist: She can create a poisonous mist effective on Youkai and Devils, but Dragons and Dragons-based Sacred Gear users are immune to it. However, it's possible for Kuroka to strengthen and adapt her poison to affect particular beings, such as Sun Wukong through examining his descendant's constitution, being powerful enough to greatly weaken him despite brief exposure. Illusions: Kuroka is able to cast illusions such as creating mirage copies of herself to throw her opponents off.

    Senjutsu Master: Among her many talents, Kuroka became exceptional in Senjutsu, strengthening herself using Ki and sensing auras. She can control nature, turning the ground into mud to seal the movements of one of Fenrir's sons;[4] controlling the earth and plants, using them to attack.[5][6] She can combine Senjutsu and Youjutsu to release a concentrated energy blast.

    Touki (闘気, Fighting Spirit): Kuroka covers herself in an aura of ki, increasing her strength, defense, and speed. Kasha (火車, Burning Chariot): Kuroka can summon multiple big wheels that are covered in black flames. Stealth: Kuroka uses her Senjutsu to conceal her presence from other Devils by changing her ki flow. Master Magician: Being a Bishop worth two Bishop pieces, Kuroka has remarkable magic potential, abilities, and talent, letting her surpass her previous master in a short amount of time. She has shown to be skilled in Teleportation, Defensive, and Devil Magics, she could store objects such as the magical chains, Gleipnir inside of another dimension.

    Defensive Magic: Kuroka has shown the ability to create a sturdy defensive magic circle to protect the room that she and her comrades were staying in.

22. #22Bikou

    Keys: Bikou

    Bikou is a Monkey Youkai who is member of the Vali Team previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade, now a part of Team DxD. He is the descendant of Sun Wukong and the current Monkey King. Bikou is mostly seen in his human form as a young man with short light-colored hair (black and later reddish-brown in the anime), brown eyes, and an athletic build.

    He is most often dressed in ancient Chinese armor that was used during the Three Kingdoms period. Personality

    He has a flippant and playful personality, and likes to joke around with no elegance and is obsessed with battles just like Vali Lucifer. He also appears to laugh in a vulgar way just like Kuroka does (according to Fenrir). History

    As a member of Sun Wukong's clan, Bikou comes from the Mountain of Flowers and Fruit like his ancestors. He was given the title of the Monkey King at some point before the series but decided to leave the mountain and join the Khaos Brigade, becoming a member of the Vali Team. Youjutsu Expert: While not at his ancestor or Kuroka's level, Bikou has showcased the ability to perform Youjutsu.

    Replication: Bikou has the ability to make many duplicates of himself to attack his opponents. Transformation: Similar to his ancestor, Bikou has the ability to transform and is usually seen in his human form. In DX.1, he has proven to be able to transform into Rias as he and the Vali Team pretended to be members of the Oppai Dragon tokusatsu program. Senjutsu Expert: While not at his ancestor or Kuroka's level, Bikou has showcased the ability to perform Senjutsu.

    Touki: Bikou can use Touki, increasing his offense, defense, and speed. He can channel touki into Ruyi Jingu Bang to enhance its offense and defense power. Immense Strength: Bikou is shown to be on the level of an Ultimate-Class Devil. He was able to go toe-to-toe with Tannin, a former Dragon King, and an Ultimate-Class Devil (although Tannin was holding back). According to Sun Wukong, Bikou has grown significantly stronger from fighting powerful enemies after joining the Vali Team.

    Immense Durability: Bikou was able to withstand Tannin's Fire Breath with little injuries (however, Tannin was also holding back at the time). In Volume 24, he was able to endure an attack from Yuuto, who was wielding Gram. He has a huge amount of endurance, being able to withstand being a guinea pig in Kuroka's gruesome Youjutsu experiments to create a special poison powerful enough to affect Sun Wukong.

    Immense Speed: Bikou has been shown to be extremely fast, able to keep up with Kiba at high-speed combat.

    Master Combatant: Bikou is a formidable combatant, able to use and mix different fighting styles. He could fight powerful supernatural beings such as Tannin and Grim Reapers. He could hold his own against Yuuto, a master swordsman who mastered Gram, the strongest Demon Sword. Working with the current Zhu Bajie and Sha Wujing, he could overwhelm Sun Wukong the Victorious Fighting Buddha after the latter was weakened by Kuroka's special poison.

23. #23Fenrir

    Keys: Fenrir

    Fenrir is a member of the Vali Team previously affiliated with Khaos Brigade. He is a wolf that possesses giant fangs that can kill a God, Satan, and even a legendary Dragon. He was created by Loki, making him the oldest brother of both Midgardsormr and Hel, as well as the father of Sköll and Hati.Fenrir has the appearance of a giant wolf with ash grey fur, standing at about 10 meters tall. In Volume 11, his size has drastically decreased.

    Age: 1000+

    In the anime, Fenrir's fur was a greyish blue and he had two large yellow horns coming out of his shoulders. Personality

    Following his first appearance, Fenrir has been shown to be extremely loyal to his father and creator, Loki. After being subjugated by Excalibur Ruler & having his loyalty switched from Loki to Vali, Fenrir developed his own instinct, as well as gaining a strong attachment towards Le Fay Pendragon.

    In the short-story "Wolf's Emblem", he was the narrative voice and it was shown that he possessed self-awareness and human-like intelligence, though his way of thought was different than a normal human's. Even more so, he has a stronger sense of pride, having very high standards and low tolerance for those who are incompetent. He also has his own view of hierarchy within the Vali Team, in which he ranks Kuroka and Bikou at the bottom.

    Despite being known as the God-Devouring Wolf, the only Norse God he fears is Vidar.

    God Slayer: Fenrir's strongest and most infamous attribute, a forbidden technique in his fangs and claws, which can deal critical damage to powerful beings, such as Gods.

    Immense Strength: Fenrir is regarded as far more dangerous than his father Loki, an Evil God, and he is considered on par with the Heavenly Dragons before they were sealed. He was able to claw through Issei's Scale Mail with contemptuous ease, tear apart spatial distortions created by Vali's Half-Dimension with his jaws, easily overpower Tannin, a former Dragon King, and even Vali in his Juggernaut Drive was unable to defeat him. In fact, before losing most of his power, he was among the "Top 10 Strongest Beings in the World", comparable to or weaker than Typhon.[1][2] During the match against "Team Rias Gremory", it is revealed that Fenrir can transform back into his larger form, in which he can use 80% of his original strength.

    Immense Durability: Fenrir is extremely durable, able to fully take on the attacks of the Gremory Team, Vali Team, and Tannin without injury. Even after being bombarded by Rias Gremory in her Forbidden Invade Balor the Princess form, he was able to continue to fight against her without any problems despite his injuries.

    Immense Speed: Fenrir is able to move at god-like speeds, making him extremely dangerous when attacking with his fangs and claws. He was capable of easily dodging Rias Gremory's and Gasper Vladi's attacks.

    Enhanced Senses

24. #24Arthur Pendragon

    Arthur Pendragon is a member of the Vali Team that was previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade, now a part of Team DxD. He is a descendant of King Arthur, as well as a descendant of the witch Morgan le Fay, and is the older brother of Le Fay Pendragon.

    Age 20

    He was one of the two best swordsmen of the Khaos Brigade alongside Siegfried of the Hero Faction and is known as The Strongest Holy Sword User.

    Arthur is a bespectacled young man with blond hair with a strand of hair across his face, who is usually dressed in a business suit. Personality

    Arthur is a calm, dignified and polite gentleman who always speaks in a very courteous and soft spoken manner. He appears to be obsessed with finding an opponent suitable for his Holy King Sword, Caliburn. In combat, he is merciless and calculating as he cut down enemies in a cold and efficient manner. He is also a caring and a loving person as he cares deeply for his little sister Le Fay, comrades, and allies. He is honourable and fair, as he pays his debt to Issei for taking care of Le Fay. Fenrir claims he can't help but notice the "nothingness" inside him. History

    Arthur comes from the noble House of the Pendragon which consists of the descendants of King Arthur. He left the house after taking the Holy King Sword with him becoming an outcast and joining the Khaos Brigade in an attempt to seek strong foes. Arthur was originally part of the Hero Faction where he was Siegfried's rival before leaving the Hero Faction to join the Vali Team.

    It was revealed in the short story Maid of the House of Pendragon that one of the reasons he left the House was to protect his lover: Elaine Westcott.[1]

    Powers & Abilities

    Natural-born Holy Sword Wielder: Arthur is a natural-born Holy Sword wielder and is able to wield the strongest Holy Sword.

    Immense Combat Skills: Despite being a human, Arthur is a top-notch fighter with tremendous skills capable of defeating legendary beings; assisting his teammates in fight against one of Fenrir's sons and toying with him the entire time. During the Demonic Beast Riot and the Vali Team's attack on Hades' palace, he slayed numerous Grim Reapers, a notable feat as even Low-Ranked ones are stronger than average Middle-Class Devils. Arthur and his teammates held their own against Aži Dahāka, an immensely powerful Evil Dragon. Vali even considers him one of the five candidates for the strongest human.

    Master Swordsman Caliburn (コールブランドカリバーン, Karibān): Arthur's main weapon. The ultimate Holy Sword and the Sword in the Stone. The Caliburn can generate an extremely massive amount of Holy aura that surpasses even that of Excalibur and Durandal and is capable of ripping through space. Arthur can also use Caliburn to teleport himself or others to any location and can open small spatial portals to teleport its blade to strike enemies from any direction unexpectedly. He has mastered the Strongest Holy Sword, to be among the Strongest Humans.

    Le Fay Pendragon is a member of the Vali Team that was previously affiliated with the Khaos Brigade, now a part of Team DxD. She is a witch who is a descendant of Morgan le Fay, as well as the legendary King Arthur, and the younger sister of Arthur Pendragon. She is a first-year high school student at Kuoh Academy and a member of the Occult Research Club. She is also Issei Hyoudou's contracted magician.

    Age 19

    Le Fay is a cute, foreign girl with a slim body, shoulder-length blonde hair, and blue eyes. Her body measurements are [B77-W56-H78 cm], height is [150→154 cm] (4 feet 11→5 feet 3 inches), and body weight is [45 kg].

    Her attire consists of a sorceress-like dress with a huge blue hat with a black bow and yellow stars and a matching cape with pink flowers and a white interior. In Volume 11, she changed her dress to a Japanese schoolgirl uniform consisting of a grey blazer with blue plaid accents over a white dress shirt with a black tie, a black skirt, and black shoes while retaining her trademark hat and cape.     Le Fay is a happy, enthusiastic, and outgoing young woman. She often displays an expressive face. She is also shown to be very polite, addressing everyone, enemy or friend, with the honorific "sama". She is shy in lecherous situations and acts surprised whenever she sees such a situation occur, causing her to stutter her words. She also has a small fear of insects.

    Master Magician: As a descendant of Morgana Le Fay, a legendary witch, she has prodigious natural talent as a magician, being multi-talented in a wide range of different magics, in addition to even Forbidden Magic which she learnt in the Golden Dawn. She has proven capable of creating a powerful spell for teleporting herself and others from Georg's dimension. Both Kuroka and Ravel have acknowledged Le Fay's magic talent and potential, surpassing those the latter handpicked to become Issei's contracted Magician by a wide margin in many aspects. She has proven capable of fighting alongside her teammates in the Evil Dragon War, the first Sha Wujing, and could match Sha Wujing.

    Elemental Magic: Le Fay showed great skill in using elemental magic, as she is skillfully capable of using various elemental attacks for offensive purposes. Defensive Magic: Le Fay showed great skill in using defensive magic to create a defensive magic circle to shield herself from attacks or create a magic barrier to protect an entire area. Teleportation Magic: Le Fay is highly skilled in using teleportation magic, being able to use it to teleport herself and others to any location. Le Fay is capable of sneaking into the Underworld without the permission of the Devil government due to her mastery of teleportation magic. She was even able to teleport Xenovia and Irina out of Dimension Lost's Balance Breaker, which is very difficult to leave for an unskilled magic user and only Gods can resist to a degree. Summoning Magic: Le Fay is capable of summoning Gogmagog from the alternative dimension where he is kept. Le Fay demonstrated a unique summoning magic spell, which allows the user to swap the position of one person with another; as Le Fay and Kuroka used it to swap Fenrir who was with them for Vali. Security System Magic: Le Fay is shown to be adept at Security System Magic, as she was able to counter the security magic of Meredith Ordinton, who is noted to be a master of Security System Magic, due to being familiar with her techniques.     Gogmagog seems to be unskilled in expressing emotions but does appear to be sentient, being capable of distinguishing between friend or foe and working together with its allies. History

    The Gogmagogs were originally a group of Golems that were created by the Ancient Gods to be used as mass-produced weapons of destruction. The Gogmagogs, however, were eventually abandoned by the Ancient Gods who deactivated all of them and abandoned them in the Dimensional Gap. After hearing from Ophis who once mentioned the discovery of a giant that could move in the Dimensional Gap, Vali and his teammates set out to look for the active Gogmagog

    Immense Strength and Endurance: As a Golem, Gogmagog has enormous strength and endurance. It was able to withstand the attack of Yu-Long without any damage.

    Weapon Transformation: Gogmagog can transform parts of its body into weapons, even those of the modern age.

    Machine Gun: Gogmagog can activate anti-monster machine guns equipped on both its arms to attack its enemies. Lazer Beams: From its eyes, Gogmagog can fire beams of light. According to Issei, these light beams are so powerful that even a Dragon King would not come out unscathed from them. 27. #27Sirzechs Lucifer

    Sirzechs Lucifer, formerly known as Sirzechs Gremory, was the Satan Lucifer who was in charge of Domestic Affairs, prior to the events of the Evil Dragon War. He is the former heir to the Gremory Clan, the eldest child of Zeoticus Gremory and Venelana Gremory and the older brother of Rias Gremory. Sirzechs is also the husband of Grayfia Lucifuge and the father of Millicas Gremory. Known as the Crimson Satan, he is the former leader of the Four Great Satans who ruled the Underworld with the former title of "Lucifer". His peerage is said to be the strongest group in the Underworld.

    Age 22

    Sirzechs is a handsome man who seems to be in his early 20's. He has shoulder length crimson hair and blue eyes (blue-green in the anime season 1-3) inherited from his father, Zeoticus, similar to Rias. In fact, Issei has described him as the male version of Rias.

    In his true form, Sirzechs takes the form of the Power of Destruction in the shape of a human with crimson aura. Personality

    As a Gremory, Sirzechs is shown to be very kind and caring towards others, preferring to have things sorted out through talking instead of fighting. He also has a very laid-back personality, preferring to do things at his own pace and causing his wife to punish him for it. Humorously, when he's up to his usual antics, the mere mention of his wife's name is enough to make him apologize immediately. However, Sirzechs does have a serious side, which he has only revealed twice: during his fight against Creuserey Asmodeus and his confrontation with Hades.

    Sirzechs has shown to possess an unbreakable and selfless determination to protect the people he cares about even if it means sacrificing himself. During his youth, Sirzechs joined the Devil Civil War after his youth choir of innocent Devil children was unreasonably killed by the Old Satan Faction solely to prevent any more victims. When Trihexa was revived, Sirzechs chose to join the neverending battle against the Apocalyptic Beast in the Isolation Barrier in order to prevent it from endangering the world even if it meant millennia of separation from his family including his beloved wife Grayfia and son Millicas.

    When Sirzechs was born, he floated in the air releasing the Power of Destruction which was so powerful even when he was a newborn, it could disintegrate or deform surrounding furniture and decoration without a trace. None of the doctors could touch him, except Venelana who held her son and asked her husband Zeoticus on what his name would be to which he replied, "Sirzechs".

    At 17 years old, in the Gremory castle town's public hall, Sirzechs would play piano and sing nursery rhymes with children. He was very close with the people of the Gremory territory. Attending a social gathering attended by Beelzebub's relative, he got into a fight with the prince by protecting the heir of Oriax until Grayfia intervened. Sirzechs fell in love at first sight with the silver-haired beauty. Power of Destruction (滅びの力, Horobi no Chikara): Sirzechs inherited from his mother the Bael's Power of Destruction which is further enhanced by the superior demonic power talents of his Gremory lineage. He mastered Power of Destruction to an overwhelming level, eliminating anything it touches. Azazel has stated the main reason why Sirzechs was chosen to be a Satan was due to his mastery of it. Ruin the Extinct (滅殺の魔弾ルイン・ザ・エクスティンクト, Ruin za Ekusutinkuto): Sirzechs' special technique, also known as Demonic Bullets of Annihilation. Through years of training along with the demonic power talents of the Gremory, Sirzechs has become able to shape his Power of Destruction into numerous, highly mobile spheres able to eliminate things without a trace as well as circumvent the defenses of his target, resulting in minimal damage to the surroundings. He was able to precisely guide his destruction energy sphere into Creuserey Asmodeus' body through his mouth and destroy Ophis' snake without causing any damage to the latter. During his fight with Issei, Ddraig noted that Sirzechs' Power of Destruction is at an abnormal level, speculating that Sirzechs may have placed all his talent and effort into the concept of “eliminating," even able to affect beings significantly stronger than himself, such as Trihexa, something that overturns the normally Raw Power-based sense of Highschool DxD. Human-Shaped Aura of Destruction (人型に浮かび上がる滅びのオーラ, Hitogata ni Ukabiagaru Horobi no Ōra): Sirzechs' true form. He can convert himself into the Power of Destruction that destroys everything regardless of his will. The full releasing of his powers was enough to cause an earthquake felt in the entire Realm of Dead. According to Azazel, Sirzechs compresses the Power of Destruction into a human shape that releases ten times more demonic power then original Lucifer. This form's power is so strong that Azazel commented that Sirzechs could have easily defeated Hades, one of the "Top 10 Strongest Beings in the World".     Ajuka Beelzebub (アジュカ・ベルゼブブ, Ajuka Beruzebubu), formerly known as Ajuka Astaroth (アジュカ・アスタロト, Ajuka Asutaroto), is the current leader of the Underworld and the only Satan left after the events of the Evil Dragon War.

    Ajuka is the Chief Advisor for the Technology Department and the creator of the Evil Pieces system and the Rating Game. He is the former heir to the Astaroth Clan and comes from the branch family of the Astaroth Clan.

    Age 20

    Ajuka is a bewitchingly beautiful and attractive young man in his early twenties, with light blue eyes and green hair that is slicked back. He has a mysterious aura around him, which he claims makes him seem devilish. Personality

    Ajuka is a rare person among Devils who “creates”, preferring to create new things and claiming that it is one of his hobbies. Ajuka, however, doesn’t care much about his role as a Satan, focusing more on his hobby as a scientist and inventor over his job, and also has an easygoing nature like his fellow Satans. Despite this, Ajuka isn't irresponsible and will fulfill his role as a Satan when required, proven when he kills the Devils of the Old Satan Faction who threaten the peace of the current Devil society and create a method to defeat the Jabberwocky and Bandersnatch to protect the Underworld, he also tried to resolve political issues that Sirzechs couldn't handle.

    He also possesses a dry sense of humor towards his enemies, particularly from the Old Satan Faction, as he called "praises" all discrimination and criticizes what the Devils from the Old Satan Faction throw at him, and tends to mock his enemies if he deems them worthless.

    Ajuka values his friendship with Sirzechs, Serafall, and Falbium. According to him, the only reason he became a Satan was because Sirzechs became one himself,[1] as well as declaring that whoever became Sirzechs' enemies would become his, declaring this to Shiva. After the three sealed themselves in the Isolation Barrier with Trihexa, Ajuka resolved to shoulder their respective duties and watch over the Devils in their place on account of their friendship.

    He is a very kind and caring person, as he helps Issei and the Gremory team with their various problems, he also thanks and apologizes to Issei regarding the trouble Diodora has caused them. While Ajuka normally takes a lenient stance on politics, he is willing to interfere to prevent innocent people from being sacrificed in political schemes such as when he protected Riser and Ravel from the Great King Faction regarding the King Piece. Despite opposing the Old Satan Faction, Ajuka is lenient enough to show mercy to Tsufaame Tereaku Leviathan although he killed her when she refused to surrender. He also wished to help any surviving descendants of the Old Satans aside from those who craved world domination such as Ingvild Leviathan. Calculation Demonic Power: Due to his interest in calculations, Ajuka had developed his demonic powers to specialize in calculations. His Demonic Power is so unique that among all the Devils, he can absolutely control all phenomena with just magical equations and formulas. Kankara Formula (覇軍の方程式カンカラー・フォーミュラ, Kankarā Fōmyura): Also known as Equation of Military Supremacy, it is Ajuka's specialized move which has the ability to control all phenomenon using equations and formulas. With it, he has shown the ability to take control of his enemies' demonic power attacks, change their shape, direction, and also increase their power. Master Magician: Ajuka is a genius in researching demonic magic spells. In his youth, he shown to have known many different magic calculations, it is particularly shown when he formed and developed anti-spells and methods against the Jabberwocky and Bandersnatch that are attacking the Underworld during the events of Volume 12. Ajuka and his servants created different magic-circle techniques that worked on the rampaging monsters.

    Genius Intellect: Ajuka is an extremely rare genius described as possessing such knowledge from a young age that no one in the Underworld other than Azazel could compete with him. His immense intellect has contributed to his skills as a researcher, inventor, and tactician with Sirzechs stating he was irreplaceable.

29. #29Grayfia Lucifuge

    Grayfia Lucifuge is the wife and Queen of Sirzechs Lucifer and the mother of Millicas Gremory. She is also the older sister of Euclid Lucifuge and the sister-in-law of Rias Gremory. Grayfia is known as the Strongest Queen and the Silver-Haired Queen of Annihilation, and is the only member of Sirzechs' peerage who stayed behind after the events of the Evil Dragon War. Grayfia is a beautiful young woman with a voluptuous body, appearing to be in her early twenties with back-length silver hair that features a long braid on each side with small blue bows at the ends, while the rest is let down which ends in twin braids and red eyes (silver in the anime).

    While on her days off as a maid, Grayfia's normal outfit has few noticeable differences is that she looks younger, her eyes are red and she has a faded-pink scrunchy on her, as opposed to the blue maid outfit. Her outfit is a black shirt with golden-caramel accents at the edges of the shirt and spread horizontally near the bottom, with two light golden trims going down the shirt; and the shirt splits slightly above her stomach, exposing her midriff. Around her neck and shoulders is a long, cyan scarf made from light material that reaches her hips. Her jeans are blue, with a white outline at the top.

    In most of her appearances, she is seen wearing a blue and white French maid outfit with long sleeves and a white maid headband over her head with red lipstick as a cosmetic accessory.

    While participating in the Azazel Cup as "Bina Lessthan", Grayfia uses demonic power to change her appearance into a younger version of herself as a teenager and wears a dragon mask to conceal her identity. Personality

    As a Devil noble and the former heiress of the Lucifuge Clan, Grayfia is very strict and serious with a calm, dignified and refined personality, with perfect etiquette.

    As Sirzechs's wife and Queen, Grayfia is often exasperated by her husband. She also does not like admitting her relationship to Sirzechs while she is "on the job", to the point of pinching Sirzechs's face if he mentions it and denying it. Grayfia also has an issue where she becomes a "troublemaker" as stated by Azazel, who was told by Sirzechs, when she becomes drunk.

    Despite her serious personality, Grayfia is a very kind and wise young woman who deeply loves her family and enjoys doing her "job" as a maid of the Gremory Clan.

    As an older sister, Grayfia is very loving towards her younger brother Euclid and younger sister-in-law Rias though is also strict with them as she would sternly scold them for misbehaving, as she would often scold Rias for her selfish behaviour which cause trouble for her family in Devil Noble society due to having high expectations for her and frequently remind Rias of her responsibilities as the Gremory heiress as she tried to change Rias's flaws in order to make Rias a splendid Devil noble. Likewise, when Euclid committed terrorism and support Rizevim's dangerous ambitions out of blind loyalty towards the original Lucifer, Grayfia is harsh in reprimanding him during their reunion after centuries. Grayfia comes from the House of Lucifuge, a noble family of Pure-Blooded Devils from the Extra Demons, whose family served under the original Lucifer. Grayfia was originally from the Old Satan Faction that opposed the Anti-Satan Faction, where she stood in the front lines as one of the most powerful Devils. It was during that time that she met Sirzechs and fell in love with him. During the Devil Civil War, she would meet him in secret. The two of them married each other after the end of the conflict between the Old Satan Faction and the Anti-Satan Faction, eventually giving birth to a son. Their romance became a well-known romantic story among the young Devils and was even made into a movie.

    Powers & Abilities

    Immense Demonic Power: Even for an Ultimate-Class Devil, Grayfia is a highly powerful Devil. She's noted by Rias and Euclid to be one of the strongest Devils produced by the Old Satan Faction and is titled the Strongest Queen. Her power is stated to be on par with the Four Great Satans, having once fought evenly against Serafall for ten days in the Devil Civil War with neither able to gain an advantage and even Sirzechs, a Super Devil and the current Satan Lucifer, is terrified of his wife when she becomes angry. After the war, her power was further enhanced by the addition of Sirzechs Queen Piece. In Volume 25, with the support of Asia and initially Fafnir, she was able to fight evenly against Artemis.

    Transformation: Grayfia was able to use demonic power to appear the same age as a teenager, while under her alias, Bina Lessthan. Master Magician: Grayfia is highly skilled and talented in magic, enhanced by her demonic power and Queen Piece. In Volume 4, she was entrusted to analyze the transference magic circle used by Nilrem during Khaos Brigade attack on the Three Faction leaders. In Volume 22, she can create a red magic circle in the form of a dragon to fire a blast of tremendous energy that not even Armaros, an expert of anti-magic, can negate.

    Enhanced Offense and Defense: From the Rook trait of her Queen Piece, Grayfia has offensive and defensive enhancement, giving her enhanced strength and defense.

    Enhanced Magic Power: From the Bishop trait of her Queen piece, Grayfia can strengthen her magic and demonic powers.

    Enhanced Speed: From the Knight trait of her Queen piece, Grayfia has speed enhancement, increasing her speed. She was easily able to dodge Artemis' arrows during their fight.

    Flight: Being a Devil, Grayfia can fly using her wings.

    Master Chef: As part of her maid duties, Grayfia is highly skilled in cooking. Equipment

30. #30Serafall Leviathan

    Serafall Leviathan, formerly known as Serafall Sitri, was the Satan Leviathan who was in charge of Foreign Affairs, prior to the events of 666. She is the former heiress of the Sitri Clan and the eldest daughter of Lord and Lady Sitri, and the older sister of Sona Sitri. Serafall is a beautiful girl; looking in her late teens with black hair, tied into twin tails and blue eyes (Pink in season 2-3). She also has a child-like body (albeit with large breasts). Her body measurements are [B85-W56-H80 cm]; height is 160 cm and body weight is [48 kg].

    Age 20

    Due to her hobby and interest in magical girls, she ocassionally dresses in magical girl's clothing (from Magical Girl Milky Spiral Seven, the same outfit Mil-tan wears), magic wand and all, prompting Issei to call her the nickname "Satan Girl" (魔王少女 Maō Shōjo). Outside of her hobby, Serafall would wear noble woman clothing when fulfilling her political duties as a Satan. Personality

    Unlike her serious younger sister, Serafall is cheerful, friendly and possesses a childlike personality, which is evidenced when she addresses her sister as "Sona-chan" or "So-tan" and her close friends such as Sirzechs as "Sirzechs-chan". Adding to her childlike personality is the fact that most of her lines end with a star and her intense fascination with magical girls, which she took to cosplaying as a magical girl as a hobby even audition in the human world for a live-action film adaptation of the Magical Girl Milky. She also has a deep sister complex which she developed after Sona was born as she excessively doted on her younger sister, and has a tendency to get her into embarrassing situations.

    Despite her childlike nature, Serafall can also be selfless and determined, as she joined the neverending battle against Trihexa and resolved not to bid farewell to her beloved sister as she is afraid of hesitating if she saw Sona cry. History

    Serafall is the older sister of Sona Sitri and the oldest sibling of the Sitri Family. During the war between the Old Satan Faction and Anti Satan Faction, she was part of the Anti Satan Faction that opposed the Old Satan Faction, which ended in their victory, and she was eventually promoted to the position of Satan Leviathan, losing her right as the heir of the Sitri Clan in the process.

    Powers & Abilities

    Immense Demonic Power: As the current Leviathan, Serafall is a highly powerful Devil. In the Devil Civil War, she could fight evenly with Grayfia for ten days with neither able to gain an advantage. Her sister once stated that Serafall could destroy a small country in minutes over if she so much as "glitters". Serafall is also regarded as the strongest female Devil in the Underworld, something made very notable as there are other powerful female Devils such as Grayfia Lucifuge and Roygun Belphegor, who are also known for possessing Satan-class powers, with the former even being enhanced further by a Queen Piece and the latter (formerly) by a King Piece.

    Ice: Differing from members of the Sitri Clan, Serafall's demonic power specializes in ice manipulation, which she has mastered to where she could freeze one of the Bandersnatch alongside an entire region of the Underworld. Celsius Cross Trigger (零と雫の霧雪セルシウス・クロス・トリガー, Serushiusu Kurosu Torigā): Serafall's signature technique, which converts the land itself into a frozen wonderland, as shown when she froze up an entire region of the Underworld, along with the monsters created by Annihilation Maker, with ease. Expert Magician: Serafall is shown to be very adept at magic.

    Fire Magic: Serafall has also shown to be well adept in using fire magic when she used a beginner spell called "Fire Shot", but raised to the point this "beginner's magic" can destroy entire meadows in an instant. Teleportation Magic: Serafall has demonstrated the ability to teleport herself and others. Master Politician: As the former Satan in charge of Foreign Affairs, Serafall is a highly skilled and talented diplomat in handling negotiations with other mythological factions, described as possessing an idol like charisma that contributed to her talent in diplomancy.

    Master Actress: Serafall is a talented and charismatic idol and actress who perform in her own magical girl TV show called Miracle☆Levia-tan which could compete with Issei's Oppai Dragon in terms of popularity.

    Flight: Being a Devil, Serafall can fly using her wings.

31. #31Sairaorg Bael

    Sairaorg Bael is the heir of the Bael Clan. He is the oldest son of Lord Bael and the only child of his first wife Misla Bael, the older half-brother of Magdaran Bael, and the cousin of Rias Gremory and Sirzechs Lucifer. He was known as the strongest young Devil before being beaten by Issei. Due to being the master of Regulus, he is considered the possessor of the Longinus; Regulus Nemea.

    Age 23

    His peerage consists of Devils that are scorned by other Devils. Sairaorg is a handsome young man with black hair and violet eyes. He is very tall and has a muscular build due to the extreme training he has done. Issei notes that his face resembles that of his cousins Rias and Sirzechs. His height is [194 cm] and body weight is [135 kg]. Personality

    Sairaorg has a noble and calm personality and greatly respects his opponents. He also likes to fight strong people, to the point that Rias Gremory, his own cousin, called him a battle maniac. He is shown to be a kind-hearted and compassionate person and has a very straightforward personality. He even shows unconditional kindness to his estranged half brother. Sairaorg is extremely dedicated to fulfilling his dream to create an Underworld where any Devil regardless of their background can make their dream come true as shown in his unbreakable determination in protecting Auros Academy, which is an important stepping stone to his dream, from Grendel's rampage. Sairaorg takes great pride in his strength and the fact that he trained for it; this is shown when he felt insulted by Bedeze Abaddon's offer to give him a King Piece.

    He possesses a great deal of pride and honor as both an heir and warrior, though he does not possess the arrogance that his clan possesses. He is very mature and composed enough to handle things, although he and his mother have been shunned from the rest of his clan due to the abuse that he received from his father and other clan members (not including Zekram Bael). History

    Born as the eldest son of the Bael Clan, Sairaorg didn’t inherit the Bael's trademark Power of Destruction that Rias and her brother inherited from their mother, who came from the Bael Clan. Because of this, his younger half-brother Magdaran Bael was appointed to become the next heir of the Bael Clan. Sairaorg and his mother, Misla Bael, were then shunned and scorned by the Bael Clan, including his very own father, to the point of being sent to the countryside of the Bael territory.

    During his time there, Sairaorg was constantly bullied by other Low and Middle-Class Devils, until Misla advised him to become strong in different ways. Sairaorg then started training his body to its utmost limits to become powerful and due to this, he defeated his younger half-brother, which made him the next heir of the Bael Clan. Sairaorg desires to become Satan to prove his worth even with his lack of special demonic powers.

    Sometime before the series, Sairaorg found Regulus, the Lion King, sealed in the Longinus, Regulus Nemea, after its possessor died and it materialized itself. Sairaorg then tamed Regulus and made it his servant through 7 Pawn Evil Pieces.

    Powers & Abilities

    Lion Tamer: Sairaorg has attributed himself to be able to tame Regulus Nemea due to this trait inherited from his mother; Misla Bael, who hails from the Vapula Clan, which has the power to tame lions.

    Touki (闘気, Fighting Spirit): He has enormous Touki, achieved from rigorous physical training, enough that just by releasing it he can generate wind pressure and crack the ground. It increases Sairaorg's physical prowess & durability, enough to protect him from both Rossweisse's Full Burst and Ex-Durandal, his potent life-force even allowing his right arm to remain after being cut off by the holy sword instead of vanishing. Sairaorg can focus his Touki into his fist to release a shockwave able to cause a great amount of devastation to a Rating Game field. His life-force is said to make it possible for him to use Breakdown the Beast for a limited time.

    Immense Strength: In search for strength different from demonic power, Sairaorg rigorously trained his body, developing immense physical power even by devil’s standards that allowed him to defeat Magdaran for the position of Clan Heir, and become the Strongest Young Devil. He outclassed Zephyrdor, and later Issei in Scale Mail, cracking the armor from his fist's pressure alone despite missing, & then nearly broke through with a direct strike even after Issei promoted to Rook & Boosted, earning Ddraig's praise, all while wearing restraints. He defeated Kiba, Xenovia, and Rossweisse with ease after releasing said restraints & his Touki, was still stronger than a Queen-promoted Issei to the point of shattering his helm with one strike before he Boosted (though only rivaled him in the anime), & surpassed his might using the Regulus armor, to the point of almost killing him with one punch that smashed through Triaina Rook’s enhanced defense. He fought Issei in his Crimson Armor, their clash shaking and cracking the artificial space, and pushed Issei to the limit despite losing. could hit away all the missiles of Heracles's Detonation Mighty Comet with his fists, & then, while using only minimal strength, struck Heracles with such power that he destroyed a building behind him simply from the aftershock of his punch. Sairaorg fought Grendel head-on while in Regulus' armor, throwing him into the air despite severe injuries from the giant Dragon and Holy Flames. When enhanced by Imperial Purpure, he outclassed Bedeze, the 3rd Ranked champion of the Rating Games, breaking his portals and releasing shockwaves over a great distance Issei believes that Sairaorg rivals or surpasses Satan-Class in that form, & when so empowered he knocked back Star Blaster's blast with one punch, then defeated Balberith, albeit the latter is said to have fought half-baked His strength alone has earned Shiva's praise, describing it as "genuine destruction". Cao Cao also stated Sairaorg's strength made his True Longinus worthless in comparison.

    Immense Durability: He developed tremendous, almost ludicrous durability and pain tolerance from training, taking straight hits from Issei in Scale Mail, before and after promoting to Rook, only getting a bloody nose from the latter strike. He endured multiple attacks from Kiba, Xenovia and Rossweisse without serious injuries; his arm remained despite being cut off by the two Knights wielding Ex-Durandal, and he kept on fighting. Since then, Sairaorg has taken multiple destructive blows from opponents, such as Heracles; the most notable being from Incinerate Anthem and followed by a stomping from Grendel, afterwards tossing the latter into the air despite serious injuries and then continuing to fight the savage Dragon seemingly unhindered. He later withstood his own punch donned in his lion armor, and swiftly recovered enough from his battle with Bedeze to rejoin the Evil Dragon War. His most notable feats were withstanding blows from the True Longinus and Star Buster Star Blaster, deflecting the latter while using Imperial Purpure.

    Zeoticus Gremory is the current Head of the Gremory Clan. He is the father of Rias Gremory and Sirzechs Lucifer, the grandfather of Millicas Gremory, and the husband of Venelana Gremory. Zeoticus has the appearance of a middle-aged, handsome looking man with long crimson hair that is tied in a loose ponytail with a black hairband. He has bright blue eyes just like his two children, Sirzechs and Rias. He also has a short, red beard with protrusions similar to fangs or horns. Personality

    Coming from the Gremory Clan that has extraordinary affection, Zeoticus has demonstrated an extremely kind disposition. He is similar to his son Sirzechs in that he is laid back and has a playful side, as he likes dressing up as his clan's mascot "Gomorin" and playing the part. Also like Sirzechs, his antics get him into trouble with his wife Venelana and he becomes frightened when she catches him in the act of fooling around. Demonic Power: As the head of the Gremory, Zeoticus has strong demonic power. He displayed the ability to overwhelm numerous bandits with his demonic powers.

    Flight: Being a Devil, Zeoticus can fly with his wings.

    Master Chef: Zeoticus is a master chef, having honed his cooking skills in the human world, he can cook delicious food comparable to high-end restaurants.

33. #33Venelana Gremory

    Venelana Gremory (née Bael) is the current Lady of the Gremory Clan. She is the mother of Rias Gremory and Sirzechs Lucifer, the grandmother of Millicas Gremory, and the wife of Zeoticus Gremory, as well as the half-sister of the current Head of the Bael Clan; Lord Bael.

    Appearance

    Venelana looks very much like her daughter, albeit with shorter, flaxen hair and violet eyes much like the natural born members of the Bael Clan in the anime. Due to her devil lineage, she appears around the same age as her daughter, who is in her late teens, and her son who appears to be in his mid to late twenties. Personality

    Venelana has been shown to have a serious personality. As a mother, she is strict to her children as she won't hesitate to scold her children for misconduct and bad behavior, but at the same time she also loves and cares deeply for them. She can seamlessly switch her demeanor from that of a proper, young noble lady to that of the head Lady of the Gremory Family. Venelana can also strike fear at others when she's angered, such as her husband, Zeoticus.

    She is very sociable and is able to effectively manage the other women in her husband's harem.

    Venelana is quite the intelligent woman when it comes to the business world, as she possesses a talent in finding hidden gems that have not yet been properly evaluated at their true price, due to having good connections. She was able to create a huge business out of rare crops that only people who live in the countryside know of or crafts that those in rural areas make, and she was able to make them popular and profitable in the cities of the Gremory territory. History

    Venelana is the eldest daughter of the House of Bael that is famous for their Power of Destruction.

    Immense Demonic Power: Venelana is powerful enough to be known as the strongest woman from the house of Bael of all time. It was mentioned by Zeoticus that it may be his wife's genes in Sirzechs as a dominating genetic factor that results in his son's immense power as a Super Devil. When angered she can release an enormous black aura capable of sending opponents flying.

    Power of Destruction (滅びの力, Horobi no Chikara): Coming from the Bael Clan, Venelana can use the Power of Destruction. Expert Businesswoman: Venelana is an intelligent businesswoman, finding hidden gems that have not yet been properly evaluated at its true price, due to having good connections. She was able to create a huge business out of rare crops that only people who live in the countryside knows or crafts that natives make, and she was able to make them popular in the city of the Gremory territory.

    Flight: Being a Devil, Venelana can fly using her wings.

34. #34Millicas Gremory

    Keys: Millicas

    Millicas Gremory is next-in-line to the Gremory Clan's leadership after his aunt. He is the son of Sirzechs Lucifer and Grayfia Lucifuge, the nephew of Rias Gremory, and the grandson of Zeoticus and Venelana Gremory. Although his father was Lucifer of the Four Great Satans, his title does not apply to Millicas, as it was only required for Sirzechs and is not an inherent position, thus Millicas' family name is Gremory. Millicas is a cute young boy with short crimson hair inherited from his father, Sirzechs, and red eyes (blue-green in season 3 of the anime) which he inherited from his mother, Grayfia. Personality

    Millicas is shown to be a well-mannered boy. Despite his young age, Millicas is shown to be very responsible even planning about his future peerage. He also prefers being referred as "Millicas" rather than "Millicas-sama" by the people close to him. History

    Millicas was born a few years before the start of the series.

    Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: As the son of Sirzechs Lucifer and Grayfia Lucifuge, Millicas possesses an incredible amount of talent in demonic power, which Issei said to be at the same level with Vali. The rest of the Occult Research Club also commented that Milicas's control over his demonic powers was beyond what he should be able to do for his age.

    Power of Destruction (滅びの力 Horobi no Chikara): Like Sirzechs and Rias, Millicas also possesses the Power of Destruction, which he inherited from his grandmother. Despite Millicas' young age, he has shown to have better control of his Power of Destruction than Rias, being able to shoot them like a shotgun as well as controlling its direction. Enhanced Speed: During a mock battle with Issei, Yuuto, and Gasper, it shows that despite his small stature, Millicas can move at incredible speeds.

35. #35Riser Phenex

    Keys: Riser

    Riser Phenex is the third son of the Phenex Clan after his elder brother and an unnamed second older brother. He is the youngest son of Lord Phenex and Lady Phenex, the younger brother of Ruval Phenex and an unnamed older brother, and the older brother of Ravel Phenex. He was the main antagonist of Volume 2 of the novels. He was once Rias Gremory’s fiancé who has inherited the powers of the immortal bird, Phoenix, granting him immortality and instant regeneration. His all-female peerage consists of fourteen members. Riser is a tall and handsome young man in his early 20's with short blond hair and dark blue eyes.

    His outfit consists of a burgundy blazer with gold embroidery on the right with matching pants and black dress shoes. Underneath his open blazer is a white dress shirt that is not fully buttoned (just one button short), giving a slight view to his chest. Personality

    During his introductory volume, Riser is shown to be an arrogant, aggressive playboy with a holier-than-thou personality, tongue-kissing two of his girls just to agitate Issei and making improper advances on Rias. Kiba pointed out that Riser has no qualms in "sacrificing" his peerage members during Rating Games if it meant winning against opponents, being something he favors, taking advantage of the fact that he has a full set.

    He is also condescending towards lower-class Devils, mocking Issei on his improper use of the Boosted Gear after the latter was defeated by Mira in one blow and labeling him as a weakling. Despite this, Riser does show an honorable side, as he allows Rias and her peerage ten days to prepare themselves for their Rating Game, knowing he would simply crush her and her peerage had she not accepted. Like most devils, Riser has no good opinion about humans or the Human World, in general, previously mentioning that he hated the wind and fires of the Human World.

    Later, after his defeat by the hands of Issei, Riser fell into a slump following his defeat, not moving out of his house after the loss. It is also explained that Riser developed a fear of Dragons as a result of losing to Issei, and he became traumatized, upon seeing Issei and Dragons he would quake in fear. Riser is also shown to be a pervert, not only purposely creating an all female peerage, but also his desire to see Rias and Akeno's breast partially being what brings him out of his slump. After recovering from his trauma, Riser seems to have reformed from his old ways, showing a degree of respect for his former combatants, especially Issei. For example, in Volume 10, he gives Rias advice on Rating Games prior to her match against Sairaorg, and in Volume 12, he gives his condolences to Ravel and Rias after Issei's supposed death.

    In the Extra Life of DX.1, during their rematch seeing how Rias' Peerage easily defeated his, instead of being enraged and insulting everyone, he humbly accepted the result. He began to show interest in fighting strong foes, especially Issei, despite the clear difference in power. Riser states that he does not mind losing, saying instead that he will use it a stepping stone to get stronger which is another sign of his maturity. Riser is the third (and youngest) son of the Phenex family and the second-youngest sibling in the family, behind his sister Ravel. At some point before the start of the series, his family set up an arranged marriage between him and Rias (with her family's approval, as well) in an attempt to unite the two families and to preserve the bloodline of Pure-Blooded Devils. Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: As a Devil, Riser has all the common skills and powers of one, including the power to cast spells. It is shown Riser can teleport himself to any location. In the LN, Riser was stated to possess a rainbow-colored demonic aura. In DX.1, his demonic power increases after training and manages to fight against Issei in Balance Breaker evenly, managing to put up a fight against his Crimson Armor despite being overwhelmed by its power initially. 36. #36Diodora Astaroth

    Diodora Astaroth was the former heir of the Astaroth Clan. He was the son of Lord and Lady Astaroth. He was a gentle-looking, handsome young man with blond hair as depicted in the novel (dark green hair in the anime). Diodora also had a big deep scar on his chest from when he injured himself to have Asia heal it as part of his plan to make her a heretic. He usually wears expensive clothing. He also has golden eyes, but they are almost always closed or squint Ed.

    Age 19

    Personality

    While initially appearing to be a gentle, well-mannered, and charismatic young man, Diodora was in fact a narcissistic, sinister, vile, callous, and wicked person who would do "whatever it takes" to achieve his desires. He had an utter obsession with nuns and holy-maidens, which was exemplified by the fact that all of his servants were once nuns and maidens that he had acquired after "breaking" them. He enjoyed seeing them with expressions of pain, sadness, and despair which he found to be an ultimate form of entertainment. This showed Diodora to be an incredibly sadistic Devil.

    He was also very imprudent, as was exemplified when he used the Ophis' power in a careless way despite Shalba Beelzebub forbidding him from doing so, as it allowed the Three Factions higher-ups such as Sirzechs and Azazel to catch wind of the Khaos Brigade's plot due to noticing his irregular increase in power. Despite this, he is very intelligent, deceptive, and manipulative, capable of manipulating others into doing his bidding. An example would be how he managed to convince the nuns and holy-maidens who would become his servants that he was in love with them, only to use them for his own twisted pleasure, showing that he is also incapable of love.

    He was shown to have a loathing towards Dragons and those connected to them: he once called Issei a "filthy dragon". After being overpowered and defeated by Issei thus breaking his will to fight, he became immensely fearful of him and dragons as well. Demonic Power: Diodora showed some skill in using his demonic powers, as he was able to hurl conjured blades at Issei and create barriers during their fight. His power was greatly enhanced with Ophis' snake, surpassing Rias Gremory's demonic power and allowing him to completely overwhelm Seekvaira Agares, another High-Class Devil, with ease.

    Magic: Diodora showed some skill in using magic.

    Defensive Magic: Diodora demonstrated the ability to create a defensive magic circle to shield himself against attacks. He also demonstrated the ability to create a large barrier to trap Issei in order to stop his attacks. Teleportation Magic: Diodora has demonstrated the ability to teleport himself and others. Hypnosis Magic: In the anime, he used a form of hypnotism on his peerage to suppress their shame and embarrassment to fight against Issei's Dress Break spell. Equipment

    Ophis' Snake: After joining forces with the Khaos Brigade, he obtained a snake which he used to increase his power. He used it during his Rating Game against Seekvaira Agares and his fight with Issei Hyoudou. He lost the snake during his confrontation with Issei Hyoudou.

37. #37Misla Bael

    Keys: Misla

    Misla Bael (née Vapula) is the mother of Sairaorg Bael, the first wife of Lord Bael, and a former member of the House of Vapula, a family of lion tamers and one of the remaining families of the 72 Pillars. Misla is a beautiful young woman who has long brown hair and purple eyes.

    Age 32 Personality

    Misla is a very kind and caring mother, loving her son over herself as shown when she opted to stay with her son, Sairaorg, despite the harsh treatment she received from her husband's family. Misla is also shown to be a wise mother, advising her son to become stronger in different ways to overcome his lack of talent. Despite the horrible discrimination she suffered from the Bael Clan including her husband, Misla held absolutely no ill feelings such as anger or hatred towards her husband or the Bael Family as she told Sairaorg to take pride in his heritage as a Bael, despite the discrimination he had suffered, even blaming herself for birthing Sairaorg without letting her son inherit the Power of Destruction. Originally from the House of Vapula, Misla married into the House of Bael and eventually gave birth to Sairaorg. When the Bael Clan discovered that Sairaorg did not inherit the Bael's Power of Destruction, Misla and her son were treated badly, even by her own husband. This eventually resulted in her being sent to the countryside of the Bael territory along with her son. She later went into a coma, which Misla's butler says is a common disease faced by Devils in which they would remain comatose and eventually die. Before her coma, she made Sairaorg promise her that he would become stronger than anyone else.

38. #38Beluga

    Keys: Beluga

    Beluga Furcas is Sairaorg's Knight from the House of Furcas, a family that tames horses and one of the remaining families of the 72 Pillars. Beluga has the appearance of a handsome young man with brown hair and green eyes. In battle, he wears medieval armor whilst riding upon Altobrau who was emits blue-white flames, which gives him the appearance of a medieval Knight.

    Age 24

    Personality

    Beluga is fiercely loyal to Sairaorg. Like Yuuto Kiba and Karlamine, he also follows the pride and honor of a Knight. History

    Not much is known about Beluga's history, other than at some point before the series he joined Sairaorg's peerage.

    Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: As a Devil, Beluga has all the common skills and powers of one. Enhanced Speed: As a Knight, Beluga possesses enhanced speed and mobility. While riding on Altobrau, Beruka moves at an incredibly high speeds, comparable to that of Yuuto Kiba; who has god-like speed. Replication: Beluga has also shown to have the ability to create many duplicates of himself and his horse which have the same presence and enhanced speed as the real Beruka.

    Horse Tamer: As a member of the Furcas clan, Beluga has the ability to tame horses. He tamed and rides a Pale Horse named Altobrau (アルトブラウ, Arutoburau).

    Master Spearman: Beluga is a highly skilled lancer, which he combined with horsemanship on Altobrau. He could fight on par with Yuuto Kiba in a clash of weapons.

    Flight: Being a Devil, Beluga can use his wings to fly.

39. #39Coriana

    Keys: Coriana

    Coriana Andrealphus is Sairaorg's Bishop from the House of Andrealphus, one of the extinct families from the 72 Pillars, which held the rank of Marquis. Coriana is an attractive and curvy young woman with long, wavy blonde hair and red eyes. She wears a red business suit with purple accents, and purple underwear underneath it. Personality

    Coriana is loyal to Sairaorg, much like the rest of his peerage, as she willingly used her body and stripped in front of Issei Hyoudou during their Rating Game in order for her team to win. History

    Not much is known about Coriana, other than at some point before the series she joined Sairaorg's peerage. However, she was likely shunned by the other Devils given her mixed heritage.

    Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: As a Devil, Coriana has all the powers and skills afforded to one such as being able to cast spells and cause pheneoma. It was noted that she excels in all categories of demonic powers, but she's more of a support-type.

    Enhanced Magic Power: As a Bishop, she can strengthen her magic and demonic powers.

    Magic Talent: Befitting a Bishop, Coriana has various skills in magic and demonic powers, excelling in almost all categories.

    Ice Magic: She can release spear-like projectiles created from ice using her demonic powers during her battle against Issei. Flight: Being a Devil, Coriana can use her wings to fly.

40. #40Misteeta Sabnock

    Keys: Misteeta

    Misteeta Sabnock is Sairaorg's Bishop from the House of Sabnock, one of the extinct families from the 72 Pillars, which held the rank of Marquis.

    Misteeta has the appearance of a young boy with light green hair and violet eyes, with two identical hair ornaments; one on each side. Personality

    Misteeta is extremely loyal to Sairaorg like the rest of the members of their master's peerage. History

    Misteeta Sabnock was shunned by the other Devils, being a descendant of an extinct household from the 72 Pillars with human heritage. He was accepted only by Sairaorg who took Misteeta in as a member of his peerage. As a result, he is very loyal to Sairaorg.

    Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: Misteeta has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

    Enhanced Magic Power: As a Bishop, he can strengthen his magic and demonic powers.

41. #41Gandoma Balam

    Keys: Gandoma

    Gandoma Balam is Sairaorg's Rook from the House of Balam, one of the remaining families from the 72 Pillars. The trait of this household is having superhuman strength. Gandoma is an enormous man who is about 3 meters (around nine feet) tall. He has a muscular build and his arms and fingers are thick in size. His face resembles that of a monster rather than a human with his skin being tan in color. His eyes are pale blue-gray.

    Age 30 Personality

    Gandoma is extremely loyal to Sairorg like all of the members of Sairorg's peerage. History

    Not much is known about Gandoma, other than at some point before the series, he joined Sairaorg's peerage.

    Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: As a Devil, Gandoma has all the common skills and powers of one. Immense Strength: As a member of the Balam Clan, Gandoma has natural superhuman strength, which was further increased through physical augmentation of a Rook Piece and further training, being able to defeat Koneko with a single strike even when he himself was on the verge of retirement.

    Immense Durability: As a Rook and a member of the Balam clan, Gandoma has incredible defense and durability, which has allowed him to withstand powerful physical attacks from Koneko Toujou in her Nekomata Mode Level 2 and even Rossweisse's Norse magic. Even after taking a full burst magic attack from Rossweisse while his aura was disrupted by Koneko, he managed to muster enough strength to take down Koneko.

    Magic Resistance: He has a very high resistance to magic attacks, even those from Rossweisse's powerful offensive magic, requiring Koneko to disrupt his aura with Senjutsu enhanced attacks for Rossweisse's magic to take full effect. Flight: Being a Devil, Gandoma can use his wings to fly. Equipment

    Rook Piece (戦車の駒, Sensha no koma): Gandoma was given the Rook Piece, which grants him enhanced offense and defense.

42. #42Tannin

    Keys: Tannin

    Age 1000 Tannin is a purple Dragon and a former Dragon King, also known as the Blaze Meteor Dragon. He was reincarnated by Mephisto Pheles, becoming an Ultimate-Class Devil and helped train Issei in order to help him attain his Balance Breaker. Tannin has the appearance of a fifteen meter tall, gigantic western Dragon. With the exception of his lower body, specifically his belly, the inner portions of his long tail and legs, that are beige in color, a majority of Tannin's body is covered in dark purple scales. Tannin also has a triangular head with yellow horns, a pair of large, keen red eyes with lavender sclera, and serrated yet sharp canine teeth. He also has claws with long sharp, yellow nails, on his hands, and large bat-like wings with rigid tips.

    Age 1000+

    In the anime, he possesses a distinctly humanoid form & wears black armored pauldrons that extend down to his arms and a loincloth decorated with metallic accessories.

    In his mini-Dragon form, he is similar in size to Asia Argento's Dragon familiar, Rassei. Personality

    Tannin has a warrior-like personality and dislikes those who are lazy. Unlike other Dragons that are generally selfish, Tannin cares a lot for his fellow Dragons; willing to become a Devil both in order for his race to continue and to take care of his people in the Dragon mountain. Standing tall with a pride befitting a true Dragon, Issei sees Tannin suitable, true and worthy of his calling as a true Dragon King in every way possible, despite the latter being reincarnated as an Ultimate-Class Devil. History

    Tannin, one of the five Dragon Kings, once challenged Great Red to a fight, but was ignored by him. Sometime before the series, he was reincarnated into a Devil by Mephisto Pheles. He became a Devil for two reasons: the first was to participate in the Rating Games, the second was for the Dragon Apples, a fruit that now exists only in the Underworld, which a certain race of Dragons needs to eat in order to survive.

    He then joined the Rating Games, becoming one of the Top 10 and became an Ultimate-Class Devil where he gained the right to receive his own territory and chose the area where the Dragon Apples grew. He even started conducting research on how to artificially grow the Dragon Apples. Sometime before the series, Tannin entered into a semi-retired state from the Rating Games so that he could train the younger generation of Dragons. Powers & Abilities

    Demonic Power: Tannin has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

    Enhanced Magic Power: Due to the Bishop trait of his Queen Piece, Tannin can strengthen his magic and demonic powers.

    Immense Strength: As both a former Dragon King and an Ultimate-Class Devil himself, Tannin is extremely powerful, with his strength touted as on par with even the Four Great Satans.

    Enhanced Speed: Due to the Knight trait of his Queen piece, Tannin has increased speed and mobility. Against Bikou, despite his gigantic size, he can be rather agile, avoiding the Monkey Youkai's attacks.

    Immense Durability: Tannin has considerable defenses as a Dragon, which is further enhanced through the Rook trait, withstanding multiple attacks from the Gremory Group ranging from Kiba's Sword Birth, Xenovia's Durandal, Koneko's punch, Akeno's lightning attacks, and Issei's Dragon Shot with little to no damage at all.[1] Before Issei properly attained his Balance Breaker, his punches dealt no damage to Tannin's scales, and even injured himself. And fire breath.

    Viser was a Stray Devil whom Rias and her peerage confronted.

    Viser was a young woman with a voluptuous figure with short black bangs and long black hair but her lower body was gigantic and beastly with four legs, each having sharp claws, and a snake as a tail. Her overall appearance was reminiscent to that of a Centaur.

    In the anime, Viser still retained her voluptuous upper body, although her short white hair is replaced with long, black hair. Her centaur-like appearance has also been slightly altered, with her front legs featuring humanoid hands with red claws (the same color as her sharp nails) and her stomach featuring a cavity with teeth to devour her opponents. In the middle of her battle with the Occult Research Club, her face changed bearing piranha-like teeth, pointed ears, and black sclera in place of the usual white. Personality

    Viser was a ruthless Devil who had an extreme lust for blood, evidenced through her introductory speech. In the anime, she shows some exhibitionist traits, rubbing her bare breasts in pleasure in front of her combatants. Not much was known about Viser, other than at some point she was likely reincarnated into a Devil, and left her master and started to consume human bodies for food. Plot

    The Red Dragon Emperor's Awakening

    Viser was introduced in the Volume 1 of the light novels when Rias and Occult Research Club were ordered to dispose of her because of her actions. During the battle, she was incapacitated by Yuuto (cutting her arms off), Koneko (punching her in the stomach), and Akeno (electrocuting her with lightning). Overwhelmed by their power, she was soon confronted by Rias, whom she asks to kill her. Complying with her last words, Rias terminates her using her Power of Destruction.

    Spear: Viser wields two spears that appear to be strong enough to pierce the ground.

    Enhanced Strength: Viser's monster-like lower body possessed superhuman strength, shown when she manages to briefly hold down Koneko.     Keys: Isabela

    Isabela is a voluptuous woman with short, light brown hair and grey eyes. Her hair has three red highlights across, and wears a plain white mask which covers the right side of her face. Her outfit consists of a black jacket and matching jeans. The jacket has wide shoulders and a wide collar, and features three leather straps on both her arms. It is also slightly open, revealing her rather-large breasts and cleavage, and it is cut off at her midriff. Her jeans have a section (on her right pant leg) cut off, revealing some of her thighs and rear end, and also features three leather straps on her calves, just below the ankles, and two extra straps on her right pant leg to keep it in place. She also wears black fighting gloves and boots to enhance her blows. Personality

    Like the rest of the members of Riser's peerage, Isabela is loyal to Riser and will carry out the orders given by him. Unlike most of the other members, however, she has shown to be respectful and cordial to opponents that have defeated her such as Issei. History

    Not much is known about Isabela, other than at some point before the series, she was revived as a Devil by Riser. Plot

    The Red Dragon Emperor's Awakening

    Isabela first appears in Volume 2 at the Occult Research Club, when Riser introduces his peerage to Rias after the two of them decide to have a Rating Game. During the Rating Game, Isabela fought against Issei, losing to the latter after Issei used Dress Break to strip off her clothes and blasts her with a (second) Dragon Shot.

    Demonic Power: As a Devil, Isabela has all the common skills and powers of one.

    Enhanced Strength: Befitting a Rook, Isabela possesses high strength, her attacks were strong enough to push Issei back a bit, needing to boost his powers until he rivals a High-Class Devil to defeat her.

    Enhanced Durability: As a Rook, Isabela has high defenses.

    Enhanced Speed: Despite being a Rook, she is noted to be rather quick on her feet, often emplying footwork into her fighting style.

    Expert Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Isabela is noted to be well-versed in a fighting style resembling Boxing, using punches and kicks, in addition to flicker jabs against Issei, who was barely managing against her.[1] In their rematch, she improved enough to where she could handle fighting against Issei donned in his Scale Mail.     Anti-Magic Mask: For unknown reasons, Isabela wears a mask that covers the right side of her face, which has some kind of anti-magic spell added onto it, remaining intact despite Isabela being hit by Issei's Dress Break twice.

    Rook Piece (戦車の駒, Sensha no koma): Isabela was reincarnated using the Rook Piece, which grants her enhanced offense and defense.

45. #45Ile and Nel

    Keys: Ile, Ile and Nel, Nel

    Ile and Nel are two of Riser Phenex's Pawns. Ile and Nel are two very young girls with turquoise hair, which they keep tied to one side of their head with a yellow ribbon (opposite to their sister), and blue eyes. Both of their outfits consist of gym uniforms, which consist of white t-shirts with blue accents, black tight spats, and blue sneakers over knee-high socks, similar to the Kuoh Academy's girls' gym uniforms, albeit without the logo. They also wear an orange wristband on their left wrist. Both of their chainsaws are colored blue, but they carry them in different-colored gym bags when not in use (Ile carries a blue bag, while Nel carries a red bag)

    Age both 13 Personality

    Despite their innocent appearance, Ile and Nel are very dangerous and will cut down their opponents without a second thought, taking a playful amusement while chasing their target to do so. However the twins have demonstrated a habit of underestimating their opponents which in their fight with Issei resulted in their humiliating defeat History

    Ni and Li are two of Riser Phenex’s Pawns. Ni and Li are two young girls, appearing to be in their teens. Being twins they sport similar appearances, with the major difference being Ni's red eyes and blue hair, in contrast to Li's blue eyes and red hair. Also, Ni ties her hair in a ponytail, while Li has hers in a braid with a pink bow tied at the end. Due to them being Nekomatas before being reincarnated as Devils, both of them retained their trademark light brown cat ears with black stripes. They also wear piercings on their ears, with Li having two gold earrings on her left ear and Ni having blue colored ones on her right. Similarly, both of them have a fang sticking out of their mouths, with Ni having hers to her left, Li having hers on her right, thus mirroring each other. While they appear to be the same height in the anime, in the manga Ni appears a bit shorter than Li

    Both age 19

    Both of them wear short skimpy, white sailor uniforms that reveal their abdomen, shoulders, and lower breasts, and wear short black skirts. They are also shown to tie their orange ascots in different ways respectively. Also, they're always seen wearing red and blue fighter's glove and leg guards matching their hair color respectively.     Both appear to be equally cheerful and appear to be childish even during a fight. They also show a feline personality, sometimes ending their sentences with a "Nya" (にゃ), mimicking a cat's meow. History

    Not much is known about Ni and Li, other than at some point before the series they joined Riser's Peerage after being possibly reincarnated by him. Demonic Power: As Devils, both girls have all the common skills and powers of one.

    Ki Manipulation: While it is unclear to what extent, Koneko has noted that both Ni and Li are ki users just like herself.

    Enhanced Strength: As Nekomatas, Ni and Li have natural high physical strength, and were strong enough to deal significant damage to both Issei's legs.

    Heightened Senses: As Nekomatas, Ni and Li naturally have great senses such as smell and hearing. Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Together, the two are shown to be skilled in close quarters combat, which they use along with their incredible reflexes. They're also shown to be rather quick and agile.

    Flight: As devils, they can fly using their wings. Equipment

    Karlamine is a young woman with light brown hair and green eyes. Her outfit consists of a full set of silver armor with black accents that appears to be a cross between a European Knight (her chest plate, gauntlets and greaves) and a Japanese Samurai (her hip plates and shoulder guards), and wears a headband that goes across her hair and forehead. She is equipped with a broadsword and a dagger, both of which are held with brown belts slung across her hip. The broadsword is slung on her left hip, and features a red jewel on the pommel and has bandages across the handle for grip. The dagger, which is located behind her hip, features a gold hilt with bandages on the handle. Personality

    A female warrior who follows the code of honor of a knight. She also comes off as a bold person, coming out in the open and demanding a proper challenge from her opponent. While she views those who come out directly up front in battle are idiots, she admits to have respect for them. According to Ravel, Karlamine is a "sword maniac", preferring to fight others in an intense sword match.

    Karlamine also cares for her comrades, being unpleased at the fact that the Pawns in her group were being used as sacrificial pieces.

    Demonic Power: As a Devil, Karlamine has all the common skills and powers of one.

    Fire: Karlamine can produce powerful flames, which she coated around her sword and dagger during her fight against Kiba. Wind: Karlamine can produce wind, which, in addition to her flames can create a powerful whirlwind that covers a wide area. Enhanced Speed: As a Knight, Karlamine possesses superhuman speed, capable of rivaling that of Yuuto.

    Master Swordswoman: Karlamine is heavily skilled in swordsmanship, being able to fight on par against Yuuto in terms of sword skills. Equipment

    Sword: Karlamine's main weapon, while it was destroyed during her initial battle with Yuuto, she eventually got a replacement.

    Dagger: Karlamine's secondary weapon that appears like a dagger.

    Knight Piece (騎士の駒, Kishi no koma): Karlamine was reincarnated using a Knight Piece, which enhances her speed, making her faster than an average person.

    Keys: Misa

    Mira is one of Riser Phenex's Pawns. Mira is a young girl with blue hair and light brown eyes. Her hair is styled with six short ponytails, with four of the six. The front of her hair features split bangs going across her forehead, with side bangs framing her face.

    Age 15

    Her outfit consists of a white haori with a red obi, which is worn under a red happi coat. She wears bandages on her forearms and shins, and wears black guards over her hands. For footwear, she wears a pair of zōri.[2] Personality

    Like the other members, Mira is very loyal to Riser and will follow his orders without hesitation. She has been shown to be a very serious fighter, but has also demonstrated a habit of underestimating her opponents.

    While initially having a bad impression of Issei for being a pervert, she later becomes a fan of his. History

    Not much is known about Mira, other than at some point before the series, she was revived as a Devil by Riser. Demonic Power: Mira has all the powers and abilities common to Devils, including the power to cast spells.

    Enhanced Strength: Mira has shown that she possesses high strength despite her small size, being able to knock Issei out with ease.

    Fire Magic: Mira has the ability to emit fire from her staff which is used to increase the destructive power of her attacks.

    Bōjutsu: Mira is an expert combatant using Bōjutsu martial arts in tandem with a long wooden staff. Equipment

    Bō Staff: Mira's weapon of choice which she uses in combination with her martial arts.[3]

Her outfit consists of a white top with black accents that is modeled after a Chinese cheongsam, red shorts, and armored, knee-high boots with matching gauntlets. The top features a diamond shape on the chest area, giving view of her breasts and cleavage.

    Age 18

    Siris is mostly seen with a giant Zweihänder that is mounted on her back when not in use. It features a black blade with silver edges, and has a black hilt with a red handle. Personality

    Despite being a Knight, Siris does not uphold a Knight's code of honor and is willing to follow the orders given to her without any doubt. History

    Not much was revealed about her past, only that at one point in time, she was revived as a Devil by Riser. Demonic Power: As a Devil, Siris has all the common skills and powers of one.

    Enhanced Strength: Siris is also strong physically, being able to wield the huge weapon like Zweihänder with ease.

    Shock Waves: Siris was able to create powerful gust of winds and shock waves with her attacks. Enhanced Speed: As a Knight, Siris possesses increased speed and mobility.

    Expert Swordswoman: Siris is skilled in swordsmanship.

    Zweihänder: A large two-handed sword that is Siris' primary weapon in battle.

    Knight Piece (騎士の駒, Kishi no koma): Siris was reincarnated using a Knight Piece, which enhances her speed, making her faster than an average person.

    Xuelan is one of Riser Phenex's Rooks. Xuelan is a well-endowed young woman of Chinese descent with shoulder-length black hair and blue-green eyes. Her hair has two Chinese-style buns on both sides of her head, while the front features bangs that form a slight V-shape across her forehead.

    Her outfit consists of a navy blue qipao with gold accents, a white sash around her stomach, and black, low-heeled shoes. The qipao is open at the chest area, giving view to Xuelan's breasts and cleavage. She also wears black armguards over her forearms. She does not wear any undergarments Personality

    Enhanced Speed: Despite being a Rook, Xuelan is noted to be capable of moving and attacking using high speed.

    Expert Martial Artist: Xuelan is noted to be rather adept at using Kung Fu as her fighting style, making full use of punches and kicks.She improved her skills to the point of being capable of fighting against Koneko who started using her nekomata powers and ki for a time during their rematch.

    Flight: As a Devil, Xuelan is capable of flight using her wings.
