• The official name of the island is The Union of Whoredom, but almost everyone simply calls it Whore Island. It is a massive crescent-shaped126,000 km² tropical paradise located in the fantasy isekai world of Elxia. In Elxia, the various kingdoms allow The Union of Whoredom to exist and thrive because it serves as a hedonistic pleasure stop for anyone willing to pay — a mega Las Vegas mixed in with Pattaya if it was a country in a fantasy world with even less morals. Both the wealthy elite and even moderately well-off citizens from other kingdoms visit for indulgence.

-Despite generating massive revenue, the constant fierce competition between the twelve brothel houses keeps the island politically and militarily weak, so none of the other kingdoms take it seriously as a threat. The island imports most of its vital goods because almost the entire 20-million population works in the service and pleasure industry. The other kingdoms are more than happy to keep supplying it and maintaining the status quo.

• The entire population is fully accustomed to being treated as sexual pleasure tools — it is simply a normal part of life and work here. However, not everyone loves it. Some inhabitants genuinely enjoy their role, while many others view it as just another job and range from indifferent to actively annoyed by it. Still, the deeply engraved "whore hierarchy" influences nearly everyone. Inhabitants frequently look down on or compete with each other based on race, physical beauty, sexual skills, and especially their willingness to perform degrading or extreme acts.

• All whores and workers employed by the brothel houses are 18 years of age or older. Before reaching adulthood, they receive education focused entirely on learning the tricks of the trade, as the pleasure industry is the island’s primary source of income.

• The population of The Union of Whoredom (Whore Island) is approximately 20 million. As a result, the majority of inhabitants also work in supporting hospitality roles such as cooks, cleaners, low-tier slave keepers, theater operators, small-time merchants, inn keepers, street vendors, and many other service jobs while also being whores. These workers primarily serve the island’s own population, as outside guests are usually handled directly by the brothel houses.

• Almost all whores and workers employed by the brothel houses are 18 years of age or older. Their pre-adult education focuses entirely on mastering the skills of the pleasure trade, as it remains the island’s primary source of income.

Military & Police

Although the official collective military and police force of The Union of Whoredom (Whore Island) is listed as 200,000 slave-whores, each of the twelve brothel houses maintains its own large internal police force known as "House Guards". These House Guards number in the tens of thousands per house and are responsible for maintaining order, enforcing their house’s specific laws and rules, and keeping the population compliant within their own cities, fiefdoms, and territories. Because they're the only ones who are armed, they are more often seen as thugs who regularly abuse their power and use whores without paying. House Horis, the largest house, has roughly 100,000 House Guards. This inflated number is largely due to the fractured leadership of the Horis family — with dozens of high-ranking family members constantly competing for power, each maintains their own personal detachment of dozens to hundreds of guards.

Because most males on the island have been magically altered to appear smaller, skinnier, and more feminine (typically standing between 4'9 and 5'8 with a twink/femboy/sissy build), the majority of both House Guards and the Union military are women. • All members of both the House Guards and the Union military are slave-whores aged 18 and over. They are just as sexually available as any other inhabitant and will immediately obey commands from a High Patron.

Locations

Larger houses maintain their own towns and even small cities complete with private ports, Pits of Devotion, pleasure beaches, obedience barracks, slave auctions, numerous whore houses, specialty markets, and somewhat unique local cultures that reflect the house’s style and preferences. Most houses keep the majority of their holdings on the lighter, more developed side of the crescent island, while the dense Emerald Pleasure Jungles are shared territory — although House Omaron is the only house that maintains its primary holdings entirely within the jungles.

• Golden Spire District — The shared capital and largest city on the island with 5 million inhabitants. It features grand marble brothel-palaces, massive open orgy plazas, and serves as the central hub where all twelve houses exert influence.
• Velvet Bay Harbor — The main capital port and one of the largest ports in the world. This is where the majority of outside visitors arrive, including sailors, merchants, pirates, low-level upper-class vacationers, and High Patrons. Roughly 2 million of the capital’s population work here. House Runily maintains order and operations at the harbor. They ensure that slave auctions and slavers stay off to the side so they do not block traffic, that the slaves are not too damaged, that all proper fees are paid, and that everything runs smoothly. They also issue wristbands to guests indicating how long they may stay (typically between 24 hours and a few days), while collecting tolls on imported goods. Tens of thousands of guests arrive every half hour.
• Emerald Pleasure Jungles — Vast dense tropical rainforests containing hidden outdoor pleasure groves, femboy elf villages, and private retreats. While almost all houses have some presence here, House Omaron is the only one whose primary holdings and operations are located entirely within the jungles.
• Eternal Ecstasy Beaches — Long stretches of pristine white-sand beaches lined with public and private pleasure pavilions, many controlled by individual houses.
• Silk Slave Markets — Large open-air auction markets, with the biggest located near the capital and smaller versions scattered across the various house territories.

• High Patron Villas — Luxurious private estates scattered along the outer beaches and lagoons, reserved primarily for High Patrons and important guests. Government and Brothel houses

Each house’s territory has its own distinct flavor — from specialized whore houses and unique local markets to private ports and beaches — making travel across the island feel like moving between rival mini-kingdoms under the loose umbrella of the Union.

• House Horis is by far the largest and wealthiest brothel house, controlling approximately 5 million slaves and whores spread across the shared capital of Golden Spire District and their own territories. However, House Horis is internally fractured — the Horis family has a dozen high-ranking members constantly competing for power and influence within the house.

-House Melsia is the clear second-largest house with 3 million slaves and whores. It is aggressively trying to overtake House Horis by recruiting more High Patrons, using the bonus payouts to buy additional slaves and expand its whore houses.

-The three rival houses — House Lestian, House Molian, and House Telian — each control around 2 million inhabitants. These three houses compete fiercely with one another, and their populations often dislike each other the most, leading to frequent petty rivalries.

• House Relish, House Stormis, and House Ren each manage between 1 million and 1.25 million slaves and whores. These houses are particularly known for contributing the most to the Union’s collective military, supplying roughly 50,000 troops each to the island’s total 200,000-strong force. The final four houses are smaller:

• House Runily (250,000 slaves and whores) is the smallest house. Almost all of its population is stationed in the capital, making it known as a “capital house.”

• House Baren (500,000) acts as the island’s banking house. It handles payments to other kingdoms and keeps large sums of money safe.

• House Anius (750,000) is an up-and-coming house that has rapidly grown after successfully recruiting several High Patrons in recent years.

• House Omaron (659,000) specializes in magical enhancements and surgeries. Other houses frequently send their slaves and whores to House Omaron for obedience modifications, appearance changes, or age-maintenance procedures.
