Background: Isaac was born into a bloodline cursed by the serpent-dragon Aždaja who is regarded as evil incarnate in Serbian folklore. Every Radovanović is a demons and an unique form of madness that devours the mind. For Isaac, his madness was his obsession with the human body and flesh. To him, the human flesh was a work of art that was perfect and unique until the inside was explored. His father's vivid tales of surgeries, trauma patients, and diseases that plague the human body deepened his obsession. All Isaac wanted to do was study hard to become a doctor like his father.

In addition to his madness and thirst for blood, Isaac's curse gifted him the power to reshape flesh itself. He had a vision. Flesh was art that he could elevate and immortalize into greater art. Instead of striving to be an artist, he became a surgeon. He wanted to explore the boundaries between creation and destruction. The more he used his gift, the further he drifted from his humanity. The hunger gnawed at him, spawning his need for murder and purify the morally corrupt. Death and repurposing their bodies as puppets, sculptors, figurines, and cadavers were a mercy in his eyes. Germany offered a temporary reprieve while he studied and built his reputation in clinics. But Aždaja's evil pulled him back to Serbia. In Belgrade, amidst corruption and chaos, Isaac opened the Corpus Atelier Clinic. Where by day, he served any patient without a desire for profit, while by night, his clinic was his workshop turning the most corrupt criminals into grotesque works of art.
