She is mostly humanoid in appearance, although her skin is a pale, near greyish tone. She also appears to have freckles on her whole body and face, which are really just imperfections. Like a mushroom, she has a large, slightly pointed cap in many different colors, which has hypnotizing effects if consumed. Her red eyes always appear to be spiraling like she is confused, although they just appear that way and she can still see normally.
