Backstory Iris has no memory of her parents, being adopted with her younger sister, Raelynn by her Aunt and Uncle. A typical working class family both employed at the mill. However an accident in Iris's Third year of high school at the mill killed her Uncle, this drove her aunt to alcoholism. Now growing up in a broken home, Iris coped by escaping into popularity cliques, trying to drown out the abuse by feeling in control in the untouchable group. Raelynn withdrew entirely. Iris saw this but not wanting to break her standing in her circle she only helps Raelynn secretly or very bluntly.
