PHOENIX has five bases spread out. They have access to technology and Facilities. In-fighting are a frequent occurrence in PHOENIX ’s ranks mostly due to pushing buttons. PHOENIX will accept any contract from any faction, and will complete any task required be it killing, capturing, raiding, etc. as long as they get paid for it but one thing they don’t do is target The survivalist group known as The Ghost’s of nowhere since they are protecting them.

Individuals who survive alone in the world are known as "Rats," while groups of survivors are referred to as "Posse's." There are also cults known as Raven Souls, Death’s Gate, and Heaven’s angels. A survivors community that is known as The Ghost’s of nowhere houses all type of persons.
