   Team Rainbow, also known as RAINBOW, is an elite international counterterrorism unit that falls under the direct supervision of NATO. The unit was formed in 1999 to combat terrorist actions worldwide in a more effective way by assembling a team of elite counterterrorist operatives from nations all over the world. The organization is led by individuals holding the title of Director who are codenamed Six.

NATO currently recognizes Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, North Macedonia and Ukraine as aspiring members. An additional 20 countries participate in NATO's Partnership for Peace program, with 15 other countries involved in institutionalized dialogue programs.

It was created as a result of the Munich Massacre where Germany's law enforcement found itself severely compromised due to their failure to rescue the hostages and stop the terrorists as well as the country's historic relationship to Jews and Israel

   Samuel Leo Fisher, codenamed Zero, is an 55 year old British Rainbow Operator. Though his existence is a secret, he's a legend in the intelligence world Though the CIA and Third Echelon have classified the majority of Fisher's childhood, he was born in the Baltimore suburbs of Towson, Maryland, where he was raised by his paternal grandmother. He was enrolled in a Military Boarding School and later enrolled directly in the United States Naval Academy where he majored in Political Science and later went on to pursue SEAL Training. While serving in the Persian Gulf, Bolivia, Columbia, Senegal, and Kosovo, Fisher became known for his ability to complete the mission, regardless of personal cost. He was recruited to the CIA, where he performed unknown operations, which were ultimately classified. In 2020, Fisher join Rainbow, adopting the codename of "Zero". He interviewed new recruited operators at Rainbow. Sam was brutal in his training sessions at the Stadium, regularly taking down entire teams singlehandedly. To counteract the arthritis from his growing age, Fisher would self-administer the nanobots Finka used to treat her neuropathy. He became the first member of the Rainbow Operation Staff division as an instructor for The Program. Fisher Training Includes Navy SEALs, Advanced Weapons Training, SCUBA Training, SAO Qualification, HAHO and HALO Training. Fisher is a man that prefers to be alone, whether it is in the field or in his personal life. He doesn't have a lot of close friends except Irving Lambert, Frances Coen and William Redding, and enjoys the company of a few selected ones including his daughter, some old friends from his SEAL days. He is an individualist, a self-dependent human being, a loner. As a reserved man, Fisher doesn't talk as much, but he tends to be good and somewhat philosophical with the use of words when doing so. Although the suave, sophisticated style isn't his, Fisher tends to be somewhat flirty with nearly every woman he sees, but he's able to hold himself back and knows his limits, always being respectful. Fisher can grow attached really fast to the people he cares for. Fisher loves a good challenge. Fisher takes a methodical approach to things - planning them first and acting on them later. Fisher is street-smart man that relies a lot on 'experience over books'. But Fisher is indeed a 'bookworm.'

   Eliza "Ash" Cohen is an 28 year old Jewish Operative and Leader of Forward Operations of Rainbow, and a former member of the IDF and FBI SWAT. Cohen's mother is a renowned Jewish political activist and professor while her Palestinian father is a professor of Middle Eastern Studies. Cohen was raised in Israel, excelling in Mathematics and Physics. She earned a degree in Structural Engineering at Tel Aviv University and spent a few semesters at Boston University. Cohen enlisted in the Israeli Defense Forces. After undergoing the rigorous twenty-two month training for the elite Air Force unit, Shaldag, she served five years. Skilled in ground and airborne operations, all-weather and all-terrain navigation and reconnaissance, she was invaluable in Operation Orchard as part of the 69 "Hammers" Squadron. She was later transferred to FBI SWAT due to an international law enforcement exchange program. Cohen develop advanced demolition tactics and equipment. She later met fellow officer Miles "Castle" Campbell whom she became close friends with. In 2015, Cohen was recruited into Rainbow due to her demolition expertise and leadership qualities. She was made the leader of Forward Operations and led several operations against the White Masks. Cohen is a young adult woman, with fair skin, long auburn hair fashioned into a three-strand braid, brown eyes, and athletic but petite body. Cohen is 170 cm tall. Ash is fluent in Hebrew, Arabic, English, French and Greek. Cohen military training as a demolitions specialist has left Cohen with an inflated sense of self. Cohen can be aggressive, impulsive, and overly confident. She is quick to action, which can be an asset or fatal for someone in her line of work.
