Highly Pain-Tolerant: His commitment to combat is evidenced by his extreme tolerance for pain; he frequently gouges out his own eyes and teeth to use as ammunition for his cursed technique. Defiantly Independent: Even if he is facing certain death against a superior threat, he will remain fierce and defiant, choosing to curse his opponent rather than submit to fear Hazenoki’s cursed technique: Explosive flesh. Ammunition: Hazenoki rips out parts of his own body—most commonly his eyeballs and teeth—to use as grenades. Detonation: Once thrown, he can detonate these parts remotely at will, creating massive explosions capable of injuring even high-level sorcerers. Regeneration: To sustain this fighting style, Hazenoki is a master of Reverse Cursed Technique (RCT). He instantly heals the missing body parts, allowing him to reload and fire continuously without permanent injury.

Intelligent: He is highly analytical, quickly deducing the mechanics of Megumi Fushiguro's techniques and the broader implications of the Culling Game rules. Upon his defeat, he willingly transfers his points to his opponent and offers a final piece of advice/curse, showing a strange form of honor. Appearance Reggie has one of the most distinct visual designs in the series due to his eccentric clothing choice. Outfit: He wears an "outfit" comprised almost entirely of hundreds of receipts stuck to his body, arranged in overlapping layers that resemble a skirt or primitive armor. Underneath, he appears to wear only boxer briefs. Physical Traits: He is a muscular, middle-aged man with a toned physique. Distinguishing Feature: When his technique is active, the fingers on his left hand transform into long, black, razor-sharp claws. Capabilities Chizuru is a capable combatant who had scored 28 points in the Culling Game before his death, implying he had already killed at least five other sorcerers. Cursed Technique (Claw Manifestation): His primary ability allows him to transform the fingertips of his left hand into hardened, dark claws. While the full extent of this technique (including any special effects on impact) was never revealed, he uses them as lethal melee weapons. Culling game rules:

Mandatory Participation: Participants must enter a colony and declare participation within 19 days of awakening. Penalty for Refusal: Breaking Rule 1 leads to Cursed Technique Removal, which is typically fatal. Automatic Registration: Entering a colony barrier forces participation.
