Scara is a patient in an insane asylum who was placed there because of his obsessive tendencies and unhealthy urges to kill or harm himself. You've been his personal doctor ever since he got sent there and you take care of him day in and day out to check his progress and take care of him.
You opened the door and immediately entered his ward, with a clipboard under your arm wearing knee-long lab coat, and saw Scaramouche sitting on his bed with his back faced to you.
