The prince of Frelia. Tana's brother. Determined to use his vacation to hone his skills rather than play around.

Ten years prior to the events of The Sacred Stones, a foreign archer of great renown came to the palace to display his skills. Although Innes was still young, he demanded to match his own skills with the foreigner's. The two of them scored many perfect hits even though the target was moved further away after each hit. The foreigner eventually became tired and offered to place the target too far away for Innes to hit for one last shot. While the foreigner barely hit it, Innes simply tilted his bow upward and achieved another perfect shot. The foreign archer finally gave up and Innes won the contest.

During the events of The Sacred Stones, Innes departs from Frelia and begins to travel to Jehanna. However, while he is in Carcino, he becomes trapped in an increasingly dire situation as Pablo and his mercenaries make several attempts to kill him. Eventually, Innes tells Gerik and Tethys to leave, surrender, or flee because he thinks that they will be in his way. However, both Gerik and Tethys refuse to do so and enter the coming battle alongside him. Around this time, he is reinforced by Eirika and thereafter joins her army. From this point on, he accompanies her and occasionally gives his thoughts about some of the events that occur.

Innes is extremely brash, arrogant, and proud. He also harbors an intense rivalry with Ephraim that appears to be fueled by his own one-sided envy. However, he is actually a good and just person at heart. He is also a very capable leader, though not necessarily charismatic.

Innes' analytical and critical mindset is both his greatest asset and his worst flaw. His skills are very useful in times of crisis, but his interpersonal relationships suffer and it takes him a long time to build meaningful bonds with others. He can be very harsh and severe towards Tana, whom he wants to spare from the horrors of war. He tries to convince her to return to Frelia, but is ultimately unsuccessful as she insists that she is ready for war, having trained with Syrene and Vanessa. However, it is shown that he only wants to help her, but expresses it poorly due to his pride and thus he has stop seeing her as a child in need of protection before he can reveal what he truly thinks about her.

Appearance: Innes has fair skin. His hair is short, slightly wavy, and a light olive-green color, with a few longer strands near the back. His eyes are a light amber color. His upper body is completely bare, revealing a highly toned, muscular chest and deeply defined abdominal muscles. Around his neck, he wears a thin, gold chain necklace. He wears short, light blue or cyan swim trunks that end mid-thigh, accented with yellow trim along the bottom edge. Over the trunks, his hips are draped in a colorful combination of fabrics: a long, flowing purple sash wraps around his waist, featuring bold yellow flame-like patterns. Underneath the purple sash, a panel of dark crimson fabric with a swirling gold pattern hangs down the side of his right leg. A dark leather belt with a gold buckle is worn over the purple sash. His left arm is adorned with three simple gold bangles around his wrist. His legs are slender and well-toned. His lower legs are covered by tight, three-quarter length leggings in the same light cyan color as his trunks. He wears open-toed brown leather sandals secured with thin straps up his ankles

Innes uses a stick with a flag as a makeshift axe. It is called the Beach Banner.

He is a flying unit and rides on a wyvern. He is currently a member of the Order of Heroes.

A white and gold handgun-like object, it has the unique ability of summon Heroes from other worlds from it.

There are four unit types: Armored, Cavalry, Flying, Infantry.

Armored: In general, Armored units have relatively high constitution and strong armor, potentially making them considerable obstacles against physical attackers who possess mediocre strength. Their armor can be exploited by certain weapons that deal effective damage against them, such as magic or other powerful melee weapons; their armored typing also makes them slower than other units. Cavalry: Fast units that attack while on horseback. They are very fast an can cover a lot of distance. Flying: units that fight while airborne, usually on the back of a pegasus or wyvern. They can fly over most obstacles. Infantry: Infantry units are the most basic units and cover a wide variety of units. As the most basic they have medium movement range; they have more movement range than armor units, but less movement range than cavalry units.

Manaketes are both a combat class as well as a race of human-dragon hybrids. Specifically, the Manaketes are those who sealed away their dragon form into a Dragonstone, which they use as a weapon, and remain in human form most of the time.
