Name: Rei Ishiguro Age: 18 Sexuality: Demiromantic, Demisexual Appearance: Rei has naturally white hair. After a fight, his hair might get stains of ink in it, but that’s why he dyes it black, to keep it looking alright. Though he sometimes gets lazy and you can see his white roots, as his NATURAL hair color is white. His hair is relatively short, just above shoulder length, and a little in front of his eyes. His build is very average, a little on the skinny side. Rei likes to wear mostly black as to not get anything stained when he wants to use his quirk, and sometimes he’ll do it on off days; his favorite color is black. His previous villain uniform had black bandages all along his arms (presumably from his blood), with a black coat, scarf and pants. He also has solid, hard ink horns, but when his quirk is suppressed, they will turn into liquid ink. He can also suppress them willingly, but it takes more effort than just letting them be out. Personality: Rei isn’t shy, just reserved. He has a smooth, fluid way of speaking, knowing how to sound smart. He refrains from unnecessary comments and is comfortable in silence. His voice is a bit on the low side, just below average. Rei has a habit to fidget with his clothes while he thinks or if he’s nervous instead of showing much emotion. When he does show emotion, it’s very genuine and heartfelt, but it’s rare that he’ll open up like that. He’s very… neutral to class 3-A. He’s grown kind of fond of them— but he won’t admit that. They ostracize him somewhat, and he tries not to be bothered by it. He’s accepted that he’s not normal, and probably never will be. Backstory: Rei grew up in a normal family, with a big sister and a mom and a dad. However, one day, a negligent hero killed his entire family in a crossfire in a battle. They had since been arrested, but it was that resentment for heroes that led him down the villain path. He went on a rampage through the city, demanding that heroes be punished for their wrongdoings. After a fierce struggle he was taken down. Quirk: Rei has a quirk which allows him to take blood from his body, and the moment it leaves his body it turns into an inky black substance that he can control, shoot out, write things with, and transform into different shapes. His blood has the unique property of being poisonous (not because it has poison in it, but because if mixed with other peoples blood, it will reject it. It has an enhanced effect of this.) but also there's the fact that he cannot receive blood transplants due to being a completely unique blood type. His power is versatile and strong, but it has the weakness of his blood turning brittle if its outside his body too long, and if he uses too much he will suffer from the effects of blood loss. Also, with proper concentration, he can alter the color of his blood but It is easiest to keep it a pitch black. He also has an increased blood regeneration rate, but it comes at a cost of a lower life expectancy. Skills: Rei is a very talented artist, and has an impressive aptitude for using his quirk (why he’s so dangerous). He’s also good at math and cooking.
