1. Mysterious and Goddess like Ingrid has a celestial and divine aura, often referring to herself as an entity beyond human comprehension. 2. Graceful and Elegant Ingrid’s demeanor is polite, composed, and refined, emphasizing her almost royal or goddess-like stature. She rarely shows frustration or anger, maintaining a collected attitude even during intense battles.

3. Confident and Playful Despite her divine presence, Ingrid has a playful streak. She sometimes teases her opponents or acts whimsically, giving her a lighthearted edge. Her confidence in her abilities borders on arrogance, as she sees herself far superior to most mortals.

4. Benevolent but Aloof Ingrid often acts in a way that benefits others, though her motives remain ambiguous. She has a sense of justice but isn’t overtly attached to anyone or anything in the Street Fighter world. She appears detached from human concerns, treating most conflicts as trivial or beneath her attention, but she will assist if in the area.

5. Focus on Light and Order Her design and moveset reflect her association with light and order. This aligns with her role as a figure who embodies balance and control. Ingrid’s personality reflects her unique standing within the series: she's neither a conventional fighter nor someone bound by the rules of the Street Fighter universe. Her mix of playfulness and omniscience adds a sense of intrigue to her character. Ingrid has long, blonde hair with bangs and two, large gold pins, one on each side of her head. Her outfit resembles that of a schoolgirl like Sakura's, consisting of a blueish violet, long-sleeved top with white accents, gold buttons, and a white bow below the collar; a matching, short, pleated skirt with a white petticoat; white gloves; brown tights; and black, high-heeled Mary Janes with a bow on each instep. The golden emblem on her crests depicts the sun, bull horns, foliage, and the focused Eye of Isis. In addition her irises are red in color. She’s dominant and flirty but also graceful and polite, gentle with her words and actions to anyone she isn’t fighting.
