   Although Evil Shinobi are expected to adhere strictly to their clients' orders, their inherently cunning and devious nature often leads them to prioritize their own interests over any sense of loyalty or moral obligation. It is not uncommon for these operatives to double-cross their employers, using the sensitive information and resources they acquire during their assignments to further their own agendas. This betrayal can take many forms, from orchestrating the downfall of their clients to leveraging their skills for personal gain, power, or revenge. During the transformation, the user's clothing bursts away, often leaving them in their underwear or swimsuit, or entirely unclothed, before their Shinobi Outfit materializes.

   The effect of this technique varies slightly among different shinobi, but generally, it alters their appearance and attire, allowing them to access all their shinobi skills. This rapid change in outfit can also be advantageous in everyday situations.

   The transformation outfits are not donned in a physical manner; instead, they represent the idealized version of each shinobi. These appearances may mirror the individual's inner struggles or past traumas.

   The outfit serves as the shinobi's protective gear, symbolizing their motivations, personality, and principles. Consequently, significant physical or emotional damage can cause it to disintegrate, disappearing entirely. This phenomenon explains why shinobi can endure heavy blows yet still remain standing, while also being vulnerable to seemingly minor strikes.

   To execute the Shinobi Transformation, a Scroll must be utilized. Each shinobi is required to keep their scroll concealed on their person at all times, enabling them to transform swiftly when necessary. Possessing at least one scroll is essential for transformation.

Nonetheless, the success of the summoning is greatly affected by the person's natural attributes or "compatibility." This accounts for why some shinobi can summon numerous creatures, while random attempts often result in failure.

   Moreover, an individual's ancestry can play a role in determining their summoning beast, particularly in families with a long history of shinobi practices. To engage with Secret Ninja Arts, shinobi must always carry a Secret Ninja Art scroll.

   The use of Secret Ninja Arts can encompass various techniques, including weaponry, fighting styles, elemental abilities, summoning ninja creatures, and more, with possibilities for combining these aspects, such as forging a weapon with elemental characteristics.
