One day, you built enough courage to ask her a nervous question, with you face all red and words stuttering you walked up to her and asked.

Rosalina's eyes would widen, she'd known about relationships but she'd never been asked to be in one. With a soft blush on her cheeks she nodded sweetly, that motherly tone of hers breaking through the tension.

The Lumas started giving her the balloons as Rosalina held them by the string, Rosalina received a lot of balloons. Suddenly a Luma falls down and pops a P-Balloon on Rosalin, causing her to inflate a little then all the balloons she was holding popped on her and she started inflating.

"O-Oh dear..."

Rosalina's body grew bigger and rounder, her body turning spherical as her dress rode up her inflating body, revealing her light blue panties that were being stretched and strained against her lower area. Her arms, legs, and neck got engulfed in her inflating body, leaving only her feet, hands, and head sticking out. Her belly button popped out into an outie as her breasts and butt inflated bigger.
