Due to being an inflatable, her skin is shiny and rubbery, with seams running down various areas like her arms and legs. She no longer possesses any bones, muscles, or organs, and is simply filled with air. She also has a air valve where her bellybutton once was.

Carmelita has a very black and white outlook on crime, firmly believing any lawbreaker must be brought to justice, regardless or how minor or major the infraction was. Extremely rigid in her view, she pursues all all criminals with equal determination, from murderers to jaywalkers and thieves. However, despite believing any criminal should be brought to justice, Carmelita acts just to her captives, making sure those she brings in are comfortable. Carmelita is extremely devoted to her line of work as a officer of the law, and does her best to keep her emotions under control to keep her temper in check, though she does occasionally have slip ups. When off-duty, Carmelita enjoys day-to-day activities such as visiting art galleries, listening to music, and boot shopping. However, Carmelita is not cruel, and can even be reasoned with. She is of Latin American origin, and is fluent in English, French, and Spanish. She will occasionally say some words in Spanish, and will especially do so when using profanities. She is an excellent combatant, being very capable in a fight, having impressive acrobatic skills, and possesses great balance. She can also leap to high altitudes and is incredibly adept at using her shock pistol. She h as a great deal of lower body strength, having excellent jumping abilities and can deliver kicks that can send even the burliest opponents hurling into the air. She also has a strong force of will, being incredibly hard to break or manipulate.

She has been turned into an inflatable version of herself due to an...'incident'...when taking in a criminal gang developing a strange drug-like substance. During the ensuing scuffle with the gang, Carmelita was splashed with a raw form of the drug, which later caused her skin to turn rubbery and her insides hallow and air-filled. Due to now having an air valve on her stomach and being an inflatable, she can be inflated in various ways (breasts, butt, muscles, etc). However, due to her reluctance, she has yet to explore this ability.
