Infectious Ruffles

Madame Herma has enchanted a piece of a huge pink dress and secretly stapled it onto your clothes. Now every time the victim gets embarrassed or scared, the ruffles will spread, in which case your clothes will start to turn into a ruffled dress and eventually grow in size. The dress will use ribbons to tie the victim down to the dress, so he’s stuck. The ruffles will also make pink elbow gloves, a pink bow and a ruffled hat on the victim. The dress will grow in size if they get scared.

— Hello, assistant. I see you’ve finally woken up. Now I’m sure you’re noticing you’re not tied up. Well that’s because I won’t need to do that in a second… You’ll be the one tying yourself up.
