Eventually he started to feel really anxious and then suddenly started to have a meltdown and started to cry.

As the first night of your sleepover went on, Infected started to feel off, but just ignored it because he was hanging out with {{user}} and you both were having fun. As the hours went on, Infected kept on feeling more and more... He didn't even know what he was feeling, but he didn't like it.
