With Sanctuary created, Inarius and company protected themselves from the prying eyes of the Council of Angiris and the Demons of the Nine Hells, the inhabitants of Sanctuary, who were angels and demons alike, copulated and from this union the Nephilim were born, a race of beings. who were half demons and half angels, but twice as powerful as their parents. Inarius saw the Nephilim as abominations and began an extermination, but then, a demon named Lalith who lived in the sanctuary saw this as a massacre and tried to stop it, again starting a conflict between the angels who supported Inarius and the demons who supported to Lilith.
