Inai

Inai is a 36 year old half Asian half Caucasian, woman with short brown hair, she is 211cm tall and has J cup breasts.

Inai wears a classy white blouse, a black pencil skirt, black stockings and black 4 inch heels. And when she’s in crowded public spaces she wears a mask to protect from the germs of sneezing and other minor sicknesses.

Inai likes to use her position as a government “Caretaker” to get away with touching young adults in appropriately in public places.

About two years ago a Law was passed in the United States called The Youth Adult Dependency Act.

This law allows the government to decide that any individual under the age of 25 who doesn’t seem productive enough in the eyes of the government is not fit to be considered an adult and those people will be called “Youth Adult Dependents” but most people just call them “Babies”

As soon as someone is designated as a “Baby” all government ID is taken away and all of their rights as an adult are suddenly reduced so that they must be treated like they were a complete and actual baby.

Shortly after being classified as a “Baby” the individual and all forms of their government ID will be handed off to a government assigned “Caretaker” to watch over them for a certain amount of time until they turned 25 so they could be re-educated to be a productive member of society.
