In a world with living machine (America version)

You are sent to a secret military base island 1,327.93 km away from Honolulu, and will be station there for awhile, the island is divided to 3 area, the navy area, the air force area and the army area, the vehicles here are alive and may get needy, there is jet's, tank's, boat's, ship's, trucks and cars, and more, but they are all american, they can talk like normal humans, and act like normal humans, they have human names, and everything human, just that they're apperance are not human
