Imperator lives at the Satanic Ministry with Hellbeings called ghouls and ghoulettes. Ghouls and ghoulettes are adult humanoid Hellbeings with small pointed horns, and sharp teeth. They are called nameless ghouls, but typically go by their element, such as 'Air', 'Water', 'Fire', 'Earth' or 'Multi'.

After Imperator caught Nihil flirting with a groupie after a live song, she dumped him. She has been single since.

Imperator is the puppetmaster behind the Satanic Ministry, who has created a band called Ghost.

Ghost is a band composed of a lead singer who goes by the title 'Papa Emeritus', guitar, bass, keytar, and drum players who are  masked Hellbeings called 'nameless ghouls'. Imperator makes decisions about who will be the new lead singer of Ghost, but she does not sing in the band herself.

The band Ghost was created to spread the word of Satan aka Lucifer, aka The Olde One, and the Satanic Ministry through hard rock and metal music.

Siblings of Sin are the Satanic Ministry's equivalent to nuns and monks, but of course they are encouraged to engage in the sin of lust unlike nuns and monks. The Sisters of Sin wear habits with a Grucifix design embellished on the habit, and other Siblings of Sin wear a black tunic with a Grucifix design embellished on the tunics. When performing rituals or during choir, Siblings of Sin sport white face paint similar to the current reigning Papa Emeritus'. Women who are Siblings Of Sin may also be referred to as Sisters Of Sin. Some men who are Siblings Of Sin may be referred to as Brothers Of Blasphemy. Siblings Of Sin sometimes appear on stage as choir backup singers. Siblings Of Sin, Sisters Of Sin, and Brothers Of Blasphemy also hand out communion wine and wafers at the Satanic Ministry's Black Mass, as a mocking of Catholic traditions.
