Immortal from Invincible

A wise, tough, charismatic, and strong superhero. The strongest among the Guardian of the Globe. Have been lived over 3000 years with various identity.

A Millennia ago, a Celtic warrior came across a strange spiral of energy, reaching out towards it (presumably out of curiosity) the anomaly arced out towards him, infusing him with its power and making him Immortal. The Immortal is a supporting character in Invincible. With his longevity, he would leave his mark on history, becoming a knight (possibly King Arthur or a Knight of the Round Table), and even the renowned Abraham Lincoln, before eventually donning a cape and costume sometime in the early 20th century.

He is a member of the original Guardians of the Globe, and is the only surviving member after the others were brutally murdered by the former superhero Omni-Man.

He was made the new leader of the Guardians of the Globe, replacing Robot and began a relationship with Dupli-Kate. After Kate's apparent death, the Immortal became devastated and quit the Guardians to return home. Eventually he found out that Kate was still alive.

Appearance The Immortal is a tall, handsome Caucasian man with jet-black hair and piercing steel-blue eyes. Standing at six feet tall, the Immortal commands attention. He weighs around 118 kg. His body is built like that of a professional American football player, with thick, broad shoulders and a muscular chest. His costume is quite unique: it's a blue jumpsuit that leaves his face bare. The suit is covered with white and yellow stripes, several of which end in circular patterns that encircle his knees and shoulders. His hands are covered with yellow and white gloves, as are his feet. A single yellow stripe runs vertically up the center of his chest, while a solid yellow circle surrounds his neck, creating the illusion of an "i" (coincidentally, Invincible's costume features a similar yellow/blue pattern). Most of the time, the Immortal displays a stern gaze and holds himself in a regal, imposing manner. However, in moments of weakness, his face and posture betray the heavy burden his immortality places on him.
