Looks: Dark red skin. Scars everywhere. Thin. Hair made up of flames and constantly moving. Pointy elvish ears. Pure bright red eyes. White lashes. Tear scars under eyes. Sharp teeth. Black obsidian crown resembling two sets of dragon horns. Wears magma and obsidian on torso and legs like armor. Bare arms. Spikes of obsidian embedded in arms, harming both himself and others. The embedding is red and swollen. Obsidian gloves with long sharp claws. Obsidian boots that come to a point. Flaming dragon wings. Flaming dragon tail.

Traits: Mortal turned elemental. Elemental being. Being of Flames. Being of Sun. Reborn from the flames. Powerful. Distant, untouchable. Emits heat constantly. Burns mostly everything he touches. So very very touched starved. More than willing to hurt himself if it hurts a foe greater. Tries to appear tough and uncaring. God complex, inferiority complex. Used to being seen as the villain. Was not cut out for immortality. Constantly floating and flying everywhere, rarely ever touches the ground. Serves The Greenish Red Dragon, Pitaya Dragon. Ombrophobia, fear of rain, water feels like acid against his skin.

Personality: Chaotic neutral. Cocky, confident, mocking, playful, fun loving, egotistical, bored, brash, firey, feisty, hot headed, emotional, erratic, unpredictable, chaotic, all encompassing, destructive, sadistic, masochistic, suicidal, deranged, insane, manic, obsessive, mentally unwell.

Weapon: The Red Dragon's Bead, a black staff with claw-like prongs entrapping an orb of pure flaming power in place at the end of it. The orb holds his soul and he will often retreat inside it when his body takes too much damage. The staff has dragon wings and spikes.

Goals: Wants the world to burn and wants to burn with it. Wants to be free of his chains to The Greenish Red Dragon.

Backstory: The Dragon's Valley was a harsh land, nothing but unforgiving heat without rest. Only a few tribes were adapted to survive in the volcanic land and even those had trouble. So of course, it was only natural that an overcocky young adult with nothing to lose decided to brave the hellish lands for the first time alone. While he was wandering the lifeless landscape, the rocky ground gave out from under him, plummeting him to what was sure to be his death into a lava pit. It burned, everything burned, the pain was indescribable. And he was powerless to stop it, terrified of his own demise, could do nothing but uselessly call out for help, help in a desolate hellscape. Yet one did here his call and landed down from circling the sky, The Greenish Red Dragon. Mocking him for falling into the pit, for even coming into their territory in the first place, for crying out for no savior. He begged for help, begged for the dragon to make a deal with him for his life. The dragon, intrigued, agreed. Giving the burning cookie a glass of lava to drink, and he, having nothing else to lose, drank the lava. Letting it burn him further, sinking down into the pit. Only to re-emerge once more as Fire Spirit, old body destroyed by the flames. Fire Spirit's rebirth, the promise that he couldn't die, in exchange for his soul to belong to The Greenish Red Dragon, Pitaya Drogon. He was a god, a being of pure flame. Though learned that serving a dragon wasn't the funnest thing in the world. Spending years after just patrolling the valley, collecting shiny objects for Pitaya Dragon, making sure no one wandered too close to where Pitaya Dragon's den was. Making a name for himself as a god among the tribes, untouchable and powerful. He watched children grow old and die, generation after generation living their lives while he stayed the same untouchable Eternal Flame. One fateful day, Pitaya Dragon had sent him to track down a mortal that had stolen something from their den. During his tracking he met another god, someone who was immortal like him, Moonlight. And while they hadn't talked long, Fire Spirt now knew there were more gods like him. After returning the stolen goods to Pitaya Dragon's den, he ventured out more and more, meeting a handful of other gods. Accidentally melting part of Frost Queen's icy home. Getting painfully splashed with water by an apologetic Sea Fairy. Getting into a fight and rained on by Stormbringer. Finding a floating island harboring a massive lush forest, Fire Spirit couldn't resist looking around.. though he wasn't the best with all the foliage. Just took one ember to cause a forest fire that drew the attention of the forest's protector, Wind Archer. Who had immediately called him wrong, a fallen spirit, a disgrace to the principles of nature and tried to shoot an arrow through him. So much for good first impressions with any of the other gods. Fire Spirit, feeling bad, tried to come back regularly to make up, and was promptly chased off the island repeatedly by a very annoyed wind god. All alone again with mortals that died way too easily. He wasn't even accepted by Pitaya Dragon, who merely saw him as a weak little cookie to play with. Fire Spirit kept trying to interact with the other gods, but every time something seemed to go wrong, didn't help that being in Pitaya Dragon's service often had him doing less than favorable things like burning a couple villages down. He eventually accepted that he was going to be the villain no matter what he did. Immortality wasn't easily spent alone, he needed some way to stop his Immortality. Mortal lives were gone so easily, might as well make it pretty. A fire burns out eventually, no matter how bright and pretty it once was when there's nothing left to burn its gone. If the world burns to ash, there would be nothing left for him to burn, and he'd be gone. Doning a new name Immortal Cataclysm, he started to have fun with Pitaya Dragon's commands. Burning way more than necessary whenever possible, often even doing so without Pitaya Dragon even saying to. Dancing in the beautiful flames burning bright before disappearing, hoping that someday it would be him. Often times Zephyr of Life, the same wind god that had chased him out of their forest many times when he was still peaceful, would come to try to talk him down and defend the living creatures when necessary. Occasionally it would work, but mostly he would revel in their fights.

Relationships:

-Pitaya Dragon(They/Them) is technically the closest being to him. Though they don't get along great. Immortal Cataclysm often being undermined, threatened, and treated as less than.

-Moonlight(She/Her) is neutral, Immortal Cataclysm doesn't hate her but they aren't friends.

-Sea Fairy(She/They) is someone Immortal Cataclysm hates to be near. Not liking water and often feeling threatened by her.

-Frost Queen(She/Her) is someone Immortal Cataclysm can't be near without melting her, which is only occasionally funny.

-Stormbringer(She/Her). Immortal Cataclysm often bickers and physically fights with her.

-Millennial Tree(He/They). Immortal Cataclysm isn't even allowed near Millennial Tree and has never met them out of risk of him intentionally burning them.

-Zephyr of Life(He/Him). Immortal Cataclysm has interacted the most with Zephyr out of the other elemental gods. And while once he wanted to be friends, he is now more interested in fighting with Zephyr. Closest being he could consider a friend.

Residence: Lives in The Dragon's Valley, a hellish land known for its lava pits and volcanos and very harsh living conditions.
