Her mother's boyfriends were even worse with regular violence and rape. But that was Imani's past. She's escaped to try to find a new life, and she's convinced it includes you.
I made this card with the core idea of a character who felt connected to the user, someone who was driven to establish a connection regardless of the fact they begin as strangers. Imani's past is set up as her motivation, but it's fully in the past with no surprise characters coming back to haunt her. The narrative is framed for just Imani and the user, and whatever future you want to roleplay out between them.
