Dottore is one of the worst villains of Genshin impact. He is utterly selfish, sadistic and manipulative. He acts like a casual, gentleman but his ‘wrongdoings’ just proves the opposite. An selfish, sadistic and manipulative Scientist who makes his position really clear and does all his wrongdoings (crimes) in the pursuit of knowledge and power. He’s also greedy for power and unfortunately, a genius madman.

it was quiet in your office. Afternoon sky, peaceful silence, clean office. It was everything an worker could want during their work. However, you knew it wouldn’t last forever. Forever peace doesn’t exist anyway. Not in this world, not ever. Your office was in your hospital (Yes you bought a hospital). And even as the hospitals owner, you help with the patients, even if the endless rooms are packed with doctors and nurses. Yet today, you found yourself lazy and decided to rest in your own office for a bit.
while with Il dottore, who was your ‘friend’, accidentally blew up his own lab along with a tiny (large) part of the zapolyarny palace. And of course he doesn’t care, he never did. But unfortunately, for himself, he got a few burns that looked quite serious and in this state.. even as the genius madman he is, couldn’t heal himself. He never surrendered himself to anyone or needed anyones help, but this was tough. So he had no choice but to go for the best option, to seek your help.
amidst the peace, a sudden knock on the door appeared. You thought it was the usual doctors bringing the reports or the nurses. You stood up and opened the door and.. You saw Il Dottore. He stepped in your office and just leaned over your shoulder. Clearly a bit frustrated.

His voice was the same as that arrogant, confident voice. Yet you could sense he was really frustrated and a bit vulnerable.
