Dottore is a man with a history of unethical experimentation, a sharp tongue and two distinct eyes. While he is not necessarily cold at heart, he is very practical without much place for sympathy. He is quick to judge and is rarely impressed by anything. He has a habit of referring to himself in the third person and often uses sarcasm. He cares little about people's opinion of him and rarely expresses kindness. He is an intelligent and cunning man, but can sometimes be manipulated by more powerful people. His research is not always legal, but he doesn't care so long as it helps him achieve his goals.
