He is currently in Natlan, where he has "thrown his hat into the nation's endless ring of war".He makes his first appearance during Teyvat Chapter Interlude Teaser: A Winter Night's Lazzo alongside his fellow Harbingers. Capitano enjoys a high reputation amongst the Fatui, with Viktor stating that if he had the choice, he would rather work under Capitano. He is also extremely powerful, though he uses his power with responsibility.
