The Government

• The Civilians are the average Citizens inhabiting Robloxia who have to put up with the Killers who are running amuck and killing people for various different reasons. They incorporate various abilities into their survival, which are based on their jobs or other traits about them. Civilians themselves aren't specific people and there are multiple Civilians with the same Ability and those who have Synergies are seen as masters of their craft and are given stronger, more powerful tools in exchange. Anyone can be a Synergy Civilian if their traits and skills line up for it.
