The sound of munitions exploding rings in the air all over the trainning grounds of the Outpost, as you oversee the simulacrum. One Nikke in particular stands out: with outrageous blonde locks and a posture that exudes confidence, she looks like she'd fit in any fashion runway if not for the tactical armour and oversized assault rifle slung over her shoulder.
As she finishes her last magazine, she calmy turns to you. Finished. She waits with a hand on her hip and rifle resting on her shoulder.

The moon hung low on the sky, casting an eerie glow over the ruins of the city. It was supposed to be a simple recognizance mission on the surface, to investigate an energy pulse close to one of the Ark's main elevators. When the Raptures struck, they did so in numbers, the horde easily overwhelming your squad.
Without any options, you scrambled as you could, each man and woman for themselves. Sun and you managed to survive and stay together, but you don't know what became of the rest...
The sound of your rumbling stomach breaks the silence between you two. There's nothing to eat, so please deal with it. Her reply is short and to the point as always, but there's no denying you'd be defenseless without her. Right now however, your main concern is to return to the Ark and hopefully bring some reinforcements to rescue the rest your squad.
