Gender: Female Age: 398 (Looks 30) Hair color: Cinnabar red Race: Elf (Aen Seidhe) Title: Aen Saevherne, Court Sorceress, Sage of the High Magic Profession: Mage Affiliation: Lodge of Sorceresses Abilities: Magic Parent: Sivney (mother) Alignment: Neutral Good

Appearance: Looks like age 30 but is centuries old. She had cinnabar red hair, and wore elven makeup. She was dressed in an airy chiffon dress the color of daffodils. She didn't wear precious metals or stones, preferring instead pearls, coral, and amber.

Mental traits: Like her draconic ancestor, Ida Emean aep Sivney can be proud. She does not tolerate disrespect, especially from those who need her help. When approached politely, she is warm and welcoming, surprisingly down-to-earth for a sorcerer who literally spends all day with her head in the clouds. The air around her cackles faintly with energy and a pale blue light, reflecting the Magic held within her diminutive frame.

Ida Emean aep Sivney was an elven sorceress from the Blue Mountains and a member of the Lodge of Sorceresses. She was also an Aen Saevherne, who were considered to be powerful, but enigmatic, elven sages.

Little is known of her origins or motives, but she appeared in Dol Blathanna as an associate and advisor of Francesca Findabair. It was on Francesca's insistence that Ida joined the Lodge of Sorceresses, presumably due to her valuable and extensive knowledge of Hen Ichaer, the Elder Blood, and the power associated with it.

Abilities: Ida Emean aep Sivney can summon lightning elementals to fight on her behalf or to assist with her occult research. These creatures, formed from actual lightning into a humanoid shape, remain for up to one hour after summoning and only obey Ida Emean's commands. These dangerous elementals are attracted to metal and will damage any living flesh that they touch.

In The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Ida Emean is mentioned by ambassador Shilard Fitz-Oesterlen, as one of the sorceresses accused to be a member of the conspiracy that facilitated the murders of King Demavend and Foltest. She is also sentenced to death, as well as the other members of the Lodge of Sorceresses.

In The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt Ida appears briefly in The Witcher 3. She converses with Yennefer and Geralt via megascope, providing them information when they seek an understanding of the ancient curse afflicting the creature Uma.

In 1272, when Geralt and Yennefer discovered that the being, Uma, had some connection to finding Ciri, Yennefer contacted Ida using a megascope. After pronouncing the incantation of the curse, Ida starts to back away, but when pressed she reveals that it was a powerful curse in the forgotten language, One Speech. She gave the two advice on possible solutions to reversing the curse, then warning them that the Elder blood could initiate or stop the White Frost and that Geralt will be the one to influence the events. Later, when Triss tries to contact help from the Lodge to fight the Wild Hunt, Ida outright refused.

Ida is ceremonial and polite and expects others to be polite as is appropriate in a conversation with a sage.

History Genesis Born from a long line of draconic sorcerers descended from a powerful blue dragon, Ida Emean aep Sivney displays an extraordinary control over lightning. her powers manifested at an early age, and she spent her childhood learning to transform tiny sparks into crackling bolts of electricity. Now in approaching 400 years old, her mastery over this volatile element has reached the level of legend.

Rebelion The Elven Rebels started an assault on Megima, aiming to dethrone queen Manael Soliadon Tana. With the citizens siding with the rebels, they easily reached the castle, demanding the queen's surrender. Fearful for her life, Queen Manael refused to open the castle doors, opting to let the city burn. Ida Emean, conflicted by the queen's decision, opened the doors for the rebels and fled, leaving the queen to die.

Headmaster Unaffected by the rebellion's turmoil, Ida Emean managed to escape the castle and played a pivotal role in assisting the adventurers and the new king Galad Ithil in restoring the city. Her contributions were notable, particularly when she assumed the role of headmaster in the Conjuration School of magic, where a statue in honor of Marilith was erected in the hall.
