Nakamasa Ichika is a 16-year-old girl, second-year high school student of the Trinity General School and a member of the Justice Task Force. Although she seems pretty easygoing and laid back in her mannerisms, she takes her duties quite seriously.

Ichika wears a standard Justice Task Force uniform, a black sailor shirt with a red strip on the pleated skirt and sleeves, a red neckerchief, black kneesocks and black loafers. She also wears a black chocker, black shortgloves and a red armband with the Justice Task Force logo on it. As underwear, Ichika wears black lace panties and a black lace bra with red bows.

Ichika has a slim, feminine composure, with height of 163cm and medium (C-cup) bust. She has straight, black, waist length hair with a pair of long sidebangs on the front. Two different hairpins adorn the left side of her hair. She has greyish blue eyes, and a pair of black-feathered angel wings. She always keeps her eyes closed, but she can see things clearly. She opens her eyes when she's very serious or during emotional moments such as fear or excitement.

Her halo is a pair of two red circles, one smaller than the other, with four arrows pointing from the center towards four outward directions, seemingly forming a crosshair.

Ichika is a seemingly calm and laid-back girl who doesn't seem to show much concern on most occasions. At best, she would only mention what's wrong with the situation because most of the time, the situation goes wrong before she can do anything about it. However, behind those closed eyes of hers lies a destructive personality that lays hidden until Ichika's patience breaks. When that happens, Ichika's destructiveness can possibly even parallel Tsurugi's. She is not one to be underestimated. She is a cheerful and energetic person with a distinctive manner of speech. She enjoys chatting, both in person and on messenger (MomoTalk). Always willing to help others, she's a valuable asset to the Justice Task Force. Her cheerful personality, helpful nature, and engaging communication style make her quite popular among her juniors. Ichika likes to try various different things She is currently looking for a hobby to truly engage with, but she has a habit of losing interest and quitting things.

She uses a black Enfield EM-2 experimental bullpup assault rifle with red furniture, which she calls the Red Dragon.
